This is very strange. It is a 180 degree reversal of his behavior for the past three years. It seems coincidental with the Facebook page opening and the info from an insider posted. I will be one of many awaiting his replies.
My broker says he can put-in a bid for CLYW now. Don't know the mechanics of doing the Greys but that's what he says.
Can someone tell us with some certainty what would happen if current management is ditched before the trial(s) and a receiver becomes responsible for forward motion, including the suits pending?
If you are correct, then we already know the outcome of the Daic trial -- CLYW will forfeit or make sure it loses. Does this then make putting CLYW into receivership before the trial a better alternative? If you are wrong, how do we procede? Lots of unknowns.
Screwing this up now with the information being provided by insiders will almost certainly result in civil charges against Turrini and perhaps a criminal indictment.
I'm mulling over the new information that Turrini has had two years to get company financing yet hasn't raised a penny. This has to be by choice.
All you have to do is go to Facebook. But here it is.

Answers from a Calypso insider by Fix Calypsowireless on Friday, June 24, 2011 at 1:05pm
We have received a letter from a “company insider” answering some of our questions. He identified himself and is willing to be identified publicly, but believes that would only make matters inside the company worse.
Here we go.
1. Why has the company ignored its stockholders for the past three years? What the heck happened with Pattin and Turrini running the company and allegedly ruining it? Why have filings been so meager?
1) Some were granted authority to file SEC filings for a 12 Month period and filed 13 8K's including information we found out about that the company had not previously disclosed, especially the "2009" agreement that was withheld from me for several months after I was on board. In September of last year, Board members A and B decided they could do a better job if they just ignored the Board and did it themselves. Without the possibility of a majority vote, the independent Directors have been essentially removed from the management of the Company.
2. How can an illegitimate board and officers that were never elected by the stockholders do any company business?
2) The law says we can...It also says what the investor can do about it if they don't like it. I have obtained an order from the Court demanding the Company have an election of directors. The problem is that my money I was going to use two years ago for that purpose to have that meeting had to be used instead to hire attorneys to block Drago and maintain the T-Mobile case (details" that were withheld from me when I came on board). While I was able to keep us alive for two years, the "officers" were unable to raise a dime for the company, in spite of their continual promises of a financing "next week" for two years. (Note that any share holder can go to the Delaware court and get a receiver appointed to bounce the current board because of my lawsuit. Unfortunately, at this point the receiver would probably just liquidate CLYW.)
3. Many now believe there is a plan in place to take-down the company so the "officers" can steal the intellectual property. Your response?
3) I don't think that they personally are trying to steal the intellectual property for themselves.
4. Why has there been no news from the company regarding the T-Mobile and Daic cases since last year? Why silence regarding the lawyers hired using the stockholders' money? Any legitimate company would keep its stockholders informed.
4) See my response to #1 about disclosure. And it was not the shareholders money, it was my money.
5. What is CLYW doing to return to the Pink Sheets? WTH happened to get CLYW delisted?
5) Absolutely no idea and I would like to know also. The independent directors have demanded a board meeting to find out but the "officers" have ignored that demand. They have not said a peep about what is going so you know as much as I do.
6. You called yourself an "Insider (almost)?" What do you mean?
6) An Insider (almost) is a company official kept in the Dark by the officers of the Company so that the officers can make Company policy decisions instead of the board.
Good luck to us all and remember that it is DRAGO, Drago, Drago that we need to use our precious resources on right now. (IMO, not shared by A or B, apparently).
I am just a shareholder who tried to help and lost all of his money and most of his mind trying. The only reason I am still here is to keep the officers from completely running amok.
You can quote me on any of this if you wish.
Question for you...why does this EXACT same thing keep happening to the company? Since 2007 at least.
The Facebook page just published a letter from a CLYW insider. Very interesting.
New information from a CLYW insider posted on Fix Calypsowireless Facebook page. Interesting!
Why? It seems to be working after three years of silence from the unelected BOD.
Wireless Telecomm News.

The poster committed fraud by pretending it had been sent through another corporation's web site. That's FBI-level stuff.
If true, isn't this proof of unlawful market manipulation? A felony?
Doesn't matter. The new Facebook site should be beyond the reach of any potential BOD scoundrels.
I save every post on this board. MU-HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!
Note the name and date. The Calypso Wireless corporate site was last updated in 2008 by Richard Pattin to say absolutely nothing.
I've joined "Fix Calypsowireless" on Facebook. Seems someone on the BOD has seen the new site, too.
New and improved Calypso Corp. Message Board ...
"Do to unforeseen circumstances, it has become necessary to reconstruct the Calypso Wireless, Inc. Corporate web site. Please know that we are diligently working to complete this reconstruction within the next two weeks and that we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused to you..."
I'll bet, "unforeseen."

What's with the noisy sales popups you can't close? Time for a new message board?
My. The first release in how many months/years one day after angry shareholders opened their own site on Facebook (Fix Calypsowireless) to take-back their company. How coincidental. /S
Tell her I'm retired Navy. Bravo Zulu!
Please thank her from me for her service.
I think you first have to click on your name at the top of your facebook page before you enter a search for another person or site.
Don't know. It worked for me. Use the correct facebook page name?
Thank you.
You have to have a Facebook page (I know. Ugh!). Once that's done, search for Fix Calypsowireless. It then requires you to ask to be a "friend." Once you have been "friended" you can post on the Fix Calypsowireless page.
Scottrade lists and tracks Greys? Who knew.
Link?
There is a new Facebook page, "Fix Calypsowireless." It is place for stockowners and other interested parties to gather and talk about fixing CLYW. I had to request it as a friend before I could enter the page. Awaiting a reply. Lots to talk about, that's for sure.
Yup. Scottrade has it up and trading on the Pinks. But no bid or ask. ?? BTW, one notices the sudden silence from Daic's paid bashers...
How about www.fixcalypsowireless.com? Would cost about $12/month.
Any effort of ours that seeks the TX AG to go after the bums on the BOD needs to be public as well. Too easy for an AG to just ignore claims from robbed investors. Luckily, there are hundreds of business blogs available to make it go worldwide in 48 hours.
OK. How do you suggest we proceed? Will CLYW even show-up for the trial in August or default again, despite assurances from Markle? I am going through with the letter to the TX AG. This will be a criminal matter. I have three other message board members agreeing to sign it. However, criminal trials usually yield no restitution to investors. Is CLYW just another Pattin/DE Wine scam, to join Boston Dtox, Aegis Technologies, Biofuels Corp., and Gridline? Pattin seems to be in hiding. Wine was reported seriously ill after a drunken fall. His brokerage lies in shambles. Yet, the history of CLYW has been one of long-term near worthlessness punctuated by brief spikes of 1000%. What's next? (and hokies and other paid shills for DD, don't bother. I have deleted you).
OTC site is unchanged. Trading still suspended.

And not a share traded? Not one person willing to sell? Please explain.
We're not seeing any trading, let alone chaos. Very unlikely if the suspension has indeed been removed. What's going on? The BOD is, of course, mute.
SEC page shows both "Trading Suspended" and "Trading will resume on 6/21." Confusing.
Scottrade again listing CLYW at last close price. It had been N/A during suspension.
I'd also like co-signers for a letter to the Texas Attorney General's Office.
