My order for 10k @.082 filled only 100. Looks like MM's trying to kill/raise the bids by parceling out in small lots. Who sells 100 shares for $8.20?

I believe they are addressing this as the key to validity and transparency are audited financials. When they come out with these then many questions will have answers which can be trusted at a much higher level. This should help quell some of the quiet issues you mention.

Financing through dilution is common place in the pinks. The key is whether they use the funds to self enrich or increase enterprise value on par or exceeding the dilutive effect. IMHO

In addition, as an investment the low float, uptrending chart, and low MCAP make this a risk/reward play worth the chance. The key risk is financing right now, which the CEO has his full attention on and with more than two investment banks assisting in a PPM, they are doing the right thing. They have not filed with SEC for dilution of shares, they are seeking financing through the private placement route, utilizing warrants, conversions and other restricted equity to fund development and growth. This is a fairly early entry play and could be a 3 month to 1 year + hold but could be quite rewarding if they succeed in their quest for financing and launch of the Montavo mobile ad platform.
Low Float and O/S though capital raise program will increase O/S.

MTVO is currently in the process of a capital raise program to complete Rev. 2.0, then Rev. 3.0 which will be their product launch.
The capital raise program consists of three rounds, 1) interim/bridge loan to complete Rev. 2.0 and begin I/R and P/R campaign, 2) ~250k-3 mil target to complete Rev. 3.0 and take to market through the 2010 PPM with target s/p at .02-.06 3) 2011 PPM to expand national and international marketing of mMap.

Short Cover tomorrow and Friday for MM, short interest. Set your bids high, slap the ask and raise your sells to .03 or higher. Let's see if we can make them pay. Low float means they will have to raise the bid to buy shares to cover. Let them take down resistance levels. C'mon we can do it, let them know that Longs here are holding tight and strong and won't let them walk this one down.

It is the front end of development so is not fully operational on the back end. This is what Rev. 3.0 will complete, the back end of website.
Please do your DD before spreading false fears. This is why s/p and mcap is where it's at. With operational site and commercialization, this one flies.
Quiet accumulation now in anticipation of financing and completion of Rev. 3.0.

In addition, I have met with the company CEO and have reviewed the history of the company. I have also been in contact with another early investor group. We happen to all be local to the greater Seattle area.
You can paint a pretty clear picture, when you know what pieces of the puzzle fit where.

Montavo, critical information has been presented, including the one yellow sticky from last week.
Quiet interest exists both here and Yahoo m/b. Several groups already own significant positions. Expect things to maintain status quo for now while they build out their position. Let the MM's come to you on L2, greater value for those accumulating. FLD will happen sooner this way too. Local investors, family and management of MTVO already hold ~50% of retail float at prices .10 and higher.
Daily fluctuations, no need to worry about, MCAP extremely low compared to shell and IP (patent pending software) valuations alone. Current MCAP just a drop in the bucket to enterprise values which ADMOB and Quatro got from Google and Apple.
Look for big splash with release of Rev. 3.0 and commercialization. Management has past and direct advertising ties to big box chain.

True, not a lot of hype on the board nor do we want to spam this across other boards. Others are accumulating on the dips in this range. Looking to those who see the potential enterprise value for hold to buyout. In the meantime, this low float play may provide opportunities to capitalize in due time.
