Short Volume 50% !?

258,478 of yesterdays 525,978 shares traded were shorted. And that trend of around 50% seems to be the norm for FEEL. Any thoughts, cause that sure seems excessive.

I disagree. He/they can find time to file their reports and get the business going. The last filing from PASO was a quarterly for the period ending July 31, 2009 ! Even in stink sheet land, that is a joke. I work in healthcare, and see great potential in what they have going. They just need their business model to match their product.

E-Mail PASO and tell them to get current!! I e-mailed the CEO on Monday and inquired as to when they will get current with their pink sheet filings. I encourage all investors to do the same as this will help PASO prove they are legit. By the way, Bruce replied immediately and stated that: "We are currently working with our auditors and accountants to bring the financial information up to date and expect within the next 30 days for this to be completed." Looks like 750,000,000 a/s as of September 2009. I e-mailed CEO Bruce and he replied that they are working on getting their financials up to date.

I will give JC this much credit: he gets his financials done on time :) Better than most on the stink sheets.

Strong ask? I've been following OTOW for about a month now, and held my position (insert moron comments here) through the breakout and back down to earth. With such strong support on the ask side, something just isn't jiving? And please no comments with the word 'short' in them :)

Let's not get crazy with the standardized pink sheets 'buyout' talk. Makes the company sound like a sham, which I don't believe it is.

I'm with you Vader. There is too much successful mining going on in that area for this to be a total sham. As I stated before, I think our best bet is for Vipr to sell the rights. Let JC (and the shareholders) take our coin and move on. I will take a 10 bagger now, instead of holding out hope for something greater in the future (distant more likely).

Another boring, low volume trading day for OTOW. They are going to need a special PR soon to get this moving again or else I feel we creep back down to .002.

The best chance of success IMO is that one of the surrounding and established mining companies in the area (Lake Victoria?) buys us out. Don't you just have the feeling that our Pres JC would take the cash and run? And in doing so, we all benefit $$$.

But 10K shares at ask everyone and watch what happens.

Pink sheets listing update:

I e-mailed the President about bringing the listing from 'pink sheets limited information' to 'current information'. He responded that the attorneys are working on paperwork as we speak to get them up to date. I also inquired about uplisting to the OTCBB and he stated that would be the goal down the road once the business ventures are going strong.

I for 1 have not sold. Yes .0054 from last week is looking good now, and call me a fool but my sale order is in for .0099

That would put VIPR pps at 0.009 given LVCA's outstanding shares of 71 million vs. 1.8 billion. I'll take that any day!

Strange indeed. IHub shows 68 (million) buys to 31 sells but a total volume of 36? I never was great at math, but that don't add up.

I e-mailed VIPR and begged them to properly word any future PR's as March's went bad. I encourage others to do the same. We shall see.

It went BAD back in March. First off, the report was posted on their website prior to the PR release (maybe by 30 minutes or so). Then JC's PR was pretty much a negative tone. I know nothing about mining, but the report did show promise, and other companies are finding (and drilling) all kinds of goodies right in that area. So hopefully there is substance on VIPR's property and they can get to it or find someone else to scoop it out.

Outstanding Shares Question?:

Looks like as of 6/30/10 they have 984 million outstanding shares (1.5 billion authorized, 372 million float). Last year at that time the o/s count was 31 million (50 million a/s). I realize they had the merger this June, but am I missing something else? It looks like all those shares came into play end of June. Thats a 30x increase.

Great point Dubb. I think people are just frustrated with lack of news from VIPR. But you're right, great sample news along with eager buyers and some exposure could rocket the PPS. .01 would be a market cap of 30 million, which is on the cheap if they have gold and/or other minerals they can get to (or someone else can get to).
