OWL you are correct. With the action I witnessed today I would have never believed the shorts would be this high. I looked over the charts very hard and had points marked with time!
Honestly, I emailed a friend with my thoughts on the numbers. There were very few opportunities to cover and make a decent profit today with the large purchases that took place. Only a couple of dips even if they were green,as you know it does not matter when shorting, just cover at a lower number. OH what a Wicked WEB this short position is! If only the playing field was even to all? Imagine that! Yes, I read well into the email from the AT broker!
BTW I have read your information 2 times today. I will read it again I assure you. Again, I thank you for the information. You have educated all board members here. Keep up the good work.
P.S.
You have earned a personal mark from me.

You can go beyond the 300% but you have to call Scottrade and do it over the phone. At a higher rate of $25.00 not the 7.00.
Owl thank you very much for the information.
Nice move up to .45 lets see if we can hold.
Owl this Short position on penny stocks has always been a DARK AREA. For years this is where the naked shorting and illegal activites occured. The system is getting better, but I doubt the crooks will ever be stoped completely unless they hand out some JAIL TIME instead of fines. IMO
Owl, not argueing your post. Here is exactly word for word what the FIRNA has posted a the site. They even give the phone number for those that have questions.

Pursuant to a Securities and Exchange Commission request, FINRA has agreed to make reported short sale trade data publicly available. FINRA will make two types of files available: (1) Daily Short Sale Volume Files and (2) Monthly Short Sale Transaction Files.
The Daily Short Sale Volume Files provide aggregated volume by security on all short sale trades executed and reported to a FINRA reporting facility during normal market hours. The Monthly Short Sale Transaction Files provide detailed trade activity of all short sale trades reported to a consolidated tape.
For additional information regarding the available data, please see Information Notice 9/29/09 or contact FINRA Operations at (866) 776-0800.

Large drop in short activity today!
FDA Clock T...i...c...k............................................................................................................................................................................................................T...o...c...k
about 100 times slower than the usual clock!
Thats some great DD Doc!
Quote: Remember, and this is something that my 5 year old nephew understands but many here seem not to be able to grasp, these review cycles ARE NOT DEADLINES
Now that is rich! Ask your Nephew to circile the date he thinks the FDA will make a decision and post it. Keep in mind you should not influence his decision LOL? I will go with that date. It cant be any worse than all the dates tossed out on this forum by many including you and myself?
I'll go with your nephew when it comes to FDA.......LMAO
Thanks IBust I needed that!
I'll Check in tommorow.

I think if we look at the chart compaired to the short numbers we can clearly see what is occuring with the short position daily.
I wish I knew where they borowed these shares from? I have no proof but, I suspect from our own brokers!
Quote
I feel as though w/ the new set of reviewers and the FDA's "fast track" the DVIS is being completely re-evaluated by the FDA.
Could that be the reason as to why we on the way to a full 90 day review cycle?
Does anyone with knowledge about this process know?
I feel that they re-configured or re-submitted the DVIS and just didn't tell investors the complete story. End Quote
I agree with your first statement that the reviewers are doing a 100% review and not relying on past information from the previous administration.
I think in most cases they use 90 days or more. They report their own numbers, they have no over site so this number is whatever they say it is? We have gone over the 90 day mark in the past so this is no surprise to me now.
I don't think the Dominion has been reconfigured IMO. They removed 2 uses and Dean stated they would re-apply for those on separate 510Ks.
I do think that the Radiology Review was a stop gap measure agreement between the FDA and IMGG to possibly avoid the PMA route. Again My own opinion.
Yes I'm sure there are things we dont know as shareholders. But Dean Jane's has been very forthright with information to shareholders to date. At times may be to much! Overall I feel he has done a great job. We all learn something each day.
Good Post BAMA!
Well Joe B. We are not the only ones feeling frustration eh? May be they should climb in our shoes? LOL......
Fails to Deliver
Fails http://failstodeliver.com/default.aspxto Deliver Data
I had to click Home under Navagation, then put the stock symbol in the block, click Chart or Data. This worked for everything from BP to IMGG for me.
I saved this to my Faviortes for future use.
What is a Failure to Deliver?
A fail to deliver is recorded when a seller does not provide the shares of stock that were sold within the required 3 day settlement timeframe. From the SEC: "Fails-to-deliver can occur for a number of reasons on both long and short sales. Therefore, fails-to-deliver are not necessarily the result of short selling.

While were waiting, here's what a Form 8K is used for. Hopefully we will see one soon!
http://www.sec.gov/answers/form8k.htm
My guess is MM took it down to cover shorts! We will see the numbers at the end of the day. They can even buy or sell to each other and all sorts of other tricks. But in real numbers only a little over 50,000 in cash has moved today thats not a lot.

I agree. I only posted the information here because I thought it would be useful.
Hello all, I have been lurking here for some time now. Found this info on MYFT. The promoters were paid in MYFT shares. I don't know if this will effect the price or not. I felt it was useful information. Here is the link to the site the information came from:http://stockpromoters.com/search.asp

In response to post 18341 and 18335 on IMGG debt. I just went through May 10, 2010 10K report filed with the SEC. The debt I found did not match the total number listed from the litigation in post 18335. It appears to me some of this debt has been paid. I note that this document does not state where the listed debt on the 10K originated from but I have to assume that it stemmed in part from the fire.
The Accrued ongoing Litigation as listed on page 9 item #6 is 1,657,721.00 This is the actual number reported to the SEC.

I'm planning a tier stragety and sell on the way up, but hold some until the very end! If the price drops far enough back after the run up I may reinvest in more shares. This will strictly depend on how far it runs up. I never have any luck catching a stock at the top so I will use this method. I guess its a cost averaging in a way.
Thanks GI Joe. BTW I was not inferring that you were dishonest in any way. You have given good input to this board. I wanted your input because of your past experiances.
Thanks again

GI JOE
You have stated in the past you have been through a similar situation as we are in now. Whats you take on the situation if we receive FDA approval in the next 2 months or we do not?
Just asking your honest opinion? Please step out of the Shadow's and give us your opinion? No harm intended.
Shaka
We are close as we have ever been. Some of the wind has been knocked out of the sails because of IMGG past re-submissions as we all know. When we get FDA approval I suspect we will see volume like we have never seen in the past. I believe the first day we could see 25 mil. shares traded depending on what time news is released? Thats still not a lot considering the total is 375 mil. currently. Where the price per share will end up in 2-3 business days only the market can tell. Lots of IF'S. Will there be Deal for buyout announced, Production OEMS announced or will the Institutional investors move in purchasing shares etc? At that point any news will hype the stock but none will have the lasting impact like FDA approval.
Where to sell is the question we longs should consider now. Most here were shareholders when we reached 1.95 a share. Some sold and made a ton. Some didn't and are kicking there self you know where for making a greedy mistake! Some held and are currently in the hole? This is the one thing all longs should consider now. Those that have there market orders placed now will be first on the Que. I have mine set in increments. I wont attempt to sell all at the top. It rarely happens. I would just like to make a very nice profit and hold some shares for the future.
I wonder what 1000 shares of IMGG will be worth in 5 years with "what ever happens". At this time I don't think it will be the next APPL, but I will hold some just to see.
Your correct the shorts are getting nervous imo. I think they short and cover the same day.

Thats why the SEC has to be notified prior. Just let them catch Friends and Faimly trading just before the announcment. They will be in the same cell that Martha Stewert occupied.
Scottrade Account. There was a spike in price for a moment but now back to previous close.
20,989 shares traded this morning no change in price.

Yea, Dean is an honest man. I will wait for his answer. I have been here a long time, whats another month or so?
Sorry got to sign off I have isssues with my computer Joe.
Monday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well Joe now that I have my Keyboard and Mouse back up and running let me tell you what a fellow here investor "Mike had to say last week"Since IMGG's last contact with the FDA on April 23,2012 add 90 days to that ? I come up with July 23,2012. Is there some significance with Deans Proxy date being July 22, 2010. " These were Mikes words but made me think!
Joe I will wait until COB Monday to consider this one but it seems reasonable to me. Only time will tell.
I hope Dean Jane's addresses the Proxy request prior to vote date. I sent an e-mail asking questions and a response prior. It will effect my vote as well as many others here. I did ask about dilution and a time frame also. I'm sure Dean will address these and other questions prior to Proxy date.
IMGG is curently on "Fast Track" where minor questions can be answered over the phone or Faxed .
Computer screwing up! My apolg.
