Man, can you ask for anymore of an upright CEO? I mean, really, this guy just keeps impressing me. Of course, I know it, but to read it in print solidifies it. 99.99% of PK CEO's would be biting on the opportunity to have their stock pumped and make some serious cash. Not this guy...
And as far as the penny flippers, by the percentages they almost always lose. I know, I was one of them many years ago. I could never time the trades right, now matter how hard I tried. That's what steered me towards finding investments such as these, and then having iron patience to wait for it.
It seems insane, I know. But that's why I'd bet on Eric making getting off pink sheets a priority. It's a fine balance when you want to grow your company yet retain public interest via investors -- which is the main reason he went public (access more capital). If Eric is tapping the pockets of Hollywood types to invest in his stock, my guess is he wouldn't be doing it heavily on pink sheets. Many investors know pink sheets is not a level playing field and very rarely does true value reflect in a stock's price. That said, I'm impressed we're at where we're at. I know if news like this came out on a higher exchange, we'd be up substantially today.
But to digress, the true value in this company will be on a higher exchange when the shenanigans down here in the "pit" can't be played. We all know it and are willing to wait it out. But as Eric PUBLICLY builds up Hannover and as numbers start rolling in, we won't be around pink sheets for very long. He has a NASDAQ mentality, and my impression of him is he's a firey, spirited, motivated, get-things-done type of gentleman who will only put up with the pink sheets stigma as long as he absolutely has to. I know he has many things on his plate such as acquiring films/books and rolling them out, but think of Eric as a Chinese plate spinner. He can go to each plate and keep it spinning and keep it in the air. That's what I'd bet he's going to do about being on pink sheets, and sooner than we all think.
True, and I and I'm sure many others who have been here awhile enjoyed watching the proverbial moths flying around the flame. We all knew it was coming and that the music could stop at any moment. What's that I hear? Silence. The music has indeed stopped. I got my big fat comfy chair, do you have yours?
This latest filing cements what we've suspected and heard all along. I can't state how important this filing was to the transparency of Hannover. The financial prowess of the company is simply amazing. These guys get it, and they have been hanging it out there for months now for any who cared to listen and have a little faith that they would do what they said. And while that may be a dying notion these days, if you were looking for it you saw the financial brilliance that could be and now is from the new TDGI. I have never seen such fortitude from a CEO of a large company -- much less a small company -- delivering on their word. After all, if you don't have your word, you have nothing.
Imagine what some of these fellas who have been talking about flipping and buying back at .04 or below are going to think and feel when they wake up tomorrow to see this nice after hours stealth filing. I know, I've been there before. It will be that feeling in your gut that you've missed the boat again. How many times will it take for people to learn? This information has been out there in front of them for literally months now.
And it would make sense that he'd list LA rather than Arkansas, but just got me thinking as I read through a post by someone recently about the Hemdale name and Terminator distribution and opening an LA office. I'm sure it's just the combination of tiredness mixed with glee that I have from that filing. I still can't believe it, that was the mother of all filings I've seen yet, ripe with information and juicy with detail and substance.
Just yet ANOTHER follow through by our "under promising over delivering" CEO!!!
Anyone notice their Facebook page lists them as being in Los Angeles, CA? Not to start any rumors, but there has been some mention of them opening a Los Angeles office in addition to pursuing the Hemdale name. Now, I know it is just Facebook, but why put Los Angeles as your current city? Things that make you go hmmmm...
I'm all jacked up at 11:30 EST after reading the latest filing. Gonna be a long weekend to mull over the NUGGET of info that was just filed. Sweet!
Now I won't be able to fall asleep easily tonight! Seriously, after all the talk on the board the last few days of charts and retracements and flippers, this is going to be a hard pill for some to swallow. This filing is huge, and I imagine they will PR it Monday before the market opens. This latest filing added yet more transparency to the company, and they just allayed any fears people had about it being a pink sheet stock selling scam. Oh man, it just keeps getting better and better.
Congrats to all of us who held strong and stayed long with conviction in this recent run up. All the season investors were warning people SIGNIFICANT news could hit at any time. How's a Friday evening for you?
"All" is a very strong word like "never" While you may have been burned in the past, wisdom would tell you to apply that knowledge to each new situation you come across, like investing in TDGI. However, it would be prudent to intenalize those fears to yourself since you have no basis or fact to support your statements. Contrarian points of view are always welcome and in fact are encouraged, but your statements are obvious for what they are.
What's nice is these measures are transparent and are easily verified. We're looking good here...
Nice, sensible reply. You articulated what most of us here who have been in TDGI for longer than a week believe. This is an investment in Eric and his concepts and skills to deliver as much as it is about Hannover the company.
I've been waiting for these days of condescension and misinformation since I first invested in TDGI. None of this existed before the run up, now it's starting to come out. There is always resistance down a good path. Works in investing and works in life...
I think we hold the .045 line. I think the bottom's in. Of course, news changes everything.
TMJ, just wanted to let you know I'm glad you're here. I remember a few weeks ago when you were asking a ton of questions before investing in TDGI. You exhausted the patience of many here, but we all became wiser because of it. I'm glad to see an investor like you on board here, it adds strength to what many of us who have been watching TDGI for months know. I bet you're thrilled that you took a leap of faith and you're up nearly 100% in a relatively short period of time. That kind of gain really adds to your confidence in your investment, doesn't it?
True, and what is worth noting is we've had a strong upward move with some downward pressure, but we're still maintaining a closing price every day over our high since the reverse merger. Unlike 90% of the pinkies that run -- usually on no news and no substance, this one is holding its gains and consolidating for the next move up. I couldn't be happier at the textbook movement of this stock.
Anyone opening their position at this point, you're good to go, you will see significant returns as this story unfolds. But you will not make your fortune overnight, you must wait for Eric to deliver the goods.
Interesting observation...
Seems like the interest died today in TDGI - lowest volume day since the breakout. The simple observation is that people were expecting news Monday or Tuesday from ShoWest and didn't get it. Like with Sundance, the info will come after Eric's done there, but it will come. When it does, we're going to see another spike in volume and price.
It's always a mystery what market makers are doing. I too have been averaging up in the mid .04s to offer support. Don't really need anymore TDGI at this point, but I'm confident we have barely scratched the surface yet here.
Is it you selling then? Not sure what your answer meant.
Top of the morning to you too, sir!
VNDM might be a good thing. VNDM is methodically bringing the price down by suffocating the ask, however you'll notice they are on the bid at .046. I'd say if you're looking to enter, .046 may be where you want to look today as that's where it appears VNDM is bottoming out. Moving target? Maybe. Controlling the price for a lower entry point? Possible. Does it matter within the next month or two? Not a bit. VNDMs will come and go, but TDGI will keep pressing on. Join the ride or get out and walk...
They filled 20,000 shares to me at .048, then I sat there for a while and pulled it down to .047 as I could tell the MMs are wanting this to close at .047 or lower. No worries though, she'll be back tomorrow.
Not a dumb question to ask at all. As I've watched this stock, that's just how it seems to go. It did the same thing at .02, and it's doing it here. Usually when you have this kind of buying pressure sustained, there is a nice steady movement upward with consolidation along the way. If you look at a chart since Hannover merged into TDGI, you'll see it's in a continued uptrend. I feel your pain, but this one is well worth the wait. When you least expect it is when the next move will happen.
ETMM not showing my true bid... I have 100,000 at .0483 right now, and ETMM is showing .048. NITE is at .0481. Add your bid support!
Bid support time...
The website hasn't been "officially" launched yet as they are waiting to announce what they are rolling out this week at ShoWest. Fair question to ask, and I'd expect within the next few months there will be information there.
Looks like resistance is .055 short term. Any PR today brings the volume and pushes right through that minor resistance. Remember, book value is .058. That does not take into account ANYTHING done in 2010. .058 should be the new base. Once we get the momo flippers out of the way, we'll move on up. It's amazing how the masses can't wait. I understand the nature of pink sheets, but 10 minutes of reviewing the verifiable DD by Rain and others on the board will show you that this is not a momo play. You buy now, hold and make significantly more money. Simple.
No, it's perfectly normal. In fact, I have level 2 up when I'm doing my job...
I wasn't planning on buying either, but anything below .05 is a great buy at this point. Now I'm going to offer bid support.
Tried to buy 50,000 at ask, gave it to me on the bid. Typical...
Absolutely, and I think we can all expect a nice PR about their collaboration with Dreamworks. Uh, wow, this is taking an interesting twist no one saw. Unbelievable how it keeps getting better...
Buying pressure coming back... Wall at .055 looks to be fake.
This is huge. I'd expect a massive PR about this. Yet more validity and more prowess to our rather sophisticated and savvy CEO. Wow, never saw this coming. Huge, huge!!!
Looks like .05 won't break any time soon. I'm offering bid support at .05 just for the heck of it. Someone will have to sell me 200,000 shares at .05 to bring it down. Possible, anything possible. Probable, not likely. Good luck to you.
Nice .05 support. Long folks, don't forget your bid support. Put pressure on the MMs to keep inching up...
Yes, people, heed Rain's advice. We have the most reputable source on the board having called the T/A. Shocker, no dilution. No need to call and harass them, we already know the answer.
Thanks, Rain. Wanted all the new faces here to see what we've seen day in and day out for months. Most people expect a pink stock to be diluted to high heaven on runs. Not the case here. Keep holding for significantly higher gains...
I urge everyone to call the Transfer Agent and see for yourself that there is no dilution happening here: Standard Registrar & Transfer Co. (801) 571-8844. They're based out of Utah, so adjust your time of calling accordingly.
Outstanding Shares (O/S) will be 461,206,692 guaranteed...
Keep the float locked, hold for significantly higher gains. This is the real deal. Life imitating art...
10 minutes after closing and no T trades so far. Nice...
And it will come. Like we've all been saying here for months, this is a *GEM* waiting to be discovered. And no worries if you just got in today, most longs on this board don't see this move as anywhere near the end. Not even close.
Book value, per the FILED financials, would say so. I encourage all the newbies to go to: http://www.otcmarkets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=tdgi#getFilings
Read the latest financial filing as well as the filing by the board of directors stating no dilution... Nice to see TDGI finally reaching its fair book value, though we still have a ways to go. And don't forget, book value doesn't take into account the new films and developments of 2010. We're looking great here!
