Can anyone name an example of a stock that had a story similar to this, where deadline after deadline wasn't met, the O/S increased, but in the end everything worked out as planned?

I am new to trading, and simply don't have the experience to know of any instances where this may have occurred. I know that there is a rule on the board that we need to focus on QASP, but can anyone at least share the name of a company where their perseverence paid off?

The trouble with all of the theories behind silence that you people have, although they make perfect sense, is that the silence theory also makes perfect sense if you are running a scam into the ground while selling shares.

Bottom line, this company has failed to deliver on every single promise it has made thus far. That is the single reason the PPS is falling.

valid point John, but at what point does the towel get thrown in here? If this keeps dragging on, when would be the point to cut your losses? Are youg going to wait for the thing to fall to .oo1? I do plan on giving this one more time, but at some point there has to be an exit strategy.

maybe it's my risk tolerance, but a rise in the A/S with no explanation will be enough to put me over the edge.

I know there is a whole lot of great DD that has been provided on this board that suggests this whole thing is the real deal, but there are also a lot of red flags (O/S increasing, delays in acquisitions, lack of transparency overall) and at some point, the plug needs to be pulled.

an A/S increase is that point for me.

I hope the plan isn't to increase the A/S in an attempt to clear out those weak hands. Put a little too much in this one (at the time), and I might have to give up and move on if that happened.....

let's get real here. Financier didn't say he didn't believe in this thing in the long run, and quite franky I agree with his sentiment on the price through the next couple days if there are no announcements.

people are impatient because dates are being provided and then they are ALL being missed! Hopefully that streak ends today. Personally, i'd rather not be given any dates at all if they are all meaningless.

now if only we could see some developments that DIDN'T pertain to the flight school....

you don't have to rag on me, I asked a question. The capital trusts get paid in full before the preferreds see a dime. **edit** If i'm wrong here, then I apologize and the point is moot.

All i'm saying is that if there is belief that the trusts won't get paid in full, then this is seen as a negative for the preferreds getting paid. quite simple, really. I'm holding here and don't plan on going anywhere soon, just trying to keep up with the news.
