DON'T LOOK FOR 8K TOMORROW. It will Come, when it's DONE and Complete. Hey if it is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesay, Fantastic,,, but I'm expecting later in the week and hoping we're at .05+ before we see any 8K.

Look for maybe a MERGER Vote PR over the next day or two, that's all I'm expecting.

Rumor has it the 8K is for Seaway and Wisebuy! Hacketts audit is in the process and there will be filings in future as soon as the audit is done by the auditors, certified by them and ready for posting to the public! Can you imagine the PR Blitz that is possible with this stock.
PR's about Store openings, PR's about Mergers, PR's with quarterly results, PR's about new business strategies, PR's maybe regarding new Executives joining the team, PR's about the Hackett Hotties! LOL

Just all my opinion, but the list of substantial PR's is endless.

Let's just hope Tom and Co. can keep the Mo'Mo going and keep the PR's SIGNIFICANT. Gotta have some substance. Maybe the Hackett Hottie one isn't the greatest idea but hey, It's Football Season, ya gotta have Cheerleaders!

Newbies to investing should begin with Mutual Funds/ETF's before they put maybe 5% of their money in a pennystock.

Amazing. Crazy. What a badLAND to gain experience and find out what markets are all about. Because a bad/terrible loss in Pennyland right out of the chute, then the less likely they'll invest in the markets again in the future.

Yeah things 'seem' cheap here, but as we know in Pennyland that's a mistake 90% of the time.

However that said, for a NEWBIE and ROOKIE, at least you found a GREAT Chance for Success with this pennystock.

HOWEVER, if THIS PENNYSTOCK doesn't WORKOUT,,,, NEVER invest/tread in Pennyland again. This to alot of us is that 1 in a Million find.

But there are ZERO Guarantees of course. This is still HIGHLY Risky. Please do Thorough due diligence before any investing in anything.

One last thing, the timing of the whole thing.

Monday, at say 9:25AM, a few moments before the opening bell, would be the absolute Perfect time to release that Press Release.

We need to keep the Mo'Mo going and it wouldn't allow the MM's to plan ahead either.

We'd probably get 2-3 days worth of momentum from anything saying Cornell is done and gone.

Then you can hit the STREET with a positive Merger 8K and WOW then the share price would be in orbit.

Just a suggestion, hope you pass it along for consideration by management.

Whomever 'supposedly' has contact with Tom:

I STRONGLY suggest to you and to Tom, that he puts out a Clarification PR before the 8K which details the recent dilution and also addresses any remaining Convertible Debt (Cornell, etc.).

If Cornell is indeed DONE and GONE, the Street needs to know about it.

A OTCBB stock with NO convertible debt left, is in itself 1 in a Million. So LET THE PEOPLE KNOW!

You will get alot more mileage out of any truly positive 8K if the other questions/concerns have been answered in advance.

I did get filled on that 130,000 share print at .034

my 125,000 was part of it.

They're holding up my .034 Order for some reason.

Bidding .034 for 125,000 more now.

looks and feels like it. Would like a PR about Cornell to show up with 30 minutes to go in the day.

That way the Buying Frenzy will last for the first few hours on Monday. Than at around 11:30am- NOON you hit them with the 8K loaded with POSITIVES THAT WEREN'T KNOWN BEFORE.

Because you'd get an extra push because Shorters will come in after the 1st 1/2 hour of trading Monday. You'd also get WEAK Longs to puke out for a huge gain, but then they'll never be able to catch up.

Hope this makes sense.

Gotta trick them out, then shorters show up, then you have GAP NEWS HIGHER THAT SHOWS UP.
