Added a little again, in the low .004.
At times, you sound like preaching for shorting.
Are you interested in this stock to drop in order to buy in?
g.p.
Without going through the four reverse splits, (the last one a 1 for 2000,) Nexia has had many press releases but very few with positive actions that resulted in revenues exceeding expenses.
4/11 CEO talks of additional location, he obtained architechtural plans, seeking $1.5M financing...
9/22/10 Opening of Maramlade Landis salon, previously announced as the THIRD salon but by September, a replacement of the previous costly second salon
various: Rights to foreign distribution of many films, the big splash, including trips and expenses at festivals like Cannes, to promote 'The CaneFiles' which is now available on DVD? No mention when the revenues start coming in. (I remember another company that stated its revenues would start once their film reached a certain amount...)
The famous exchange of prefered shares, some retired last month.
Generally, lots of things looking good but nothing really happens except dilution, RSs, etc...
You already know I joined after such a reverse split and after the share price had settled a bit as the then proposed future of Nexia looked very good, imo. Another reverse split followed..
But enough. I gave my two dollar's worth opinion more than once already.
GLTY
g.p.
This last 'buy', a full $7.20 worth of Nexia, saved the day. lol
The subsidiary did not fare as well. .001 was GRNE's main price with only 1000 shares fetching the .0028.
Not looking good. We're not likely to see pre-equivalent value of the R/S (.20) no matter what charts indicate. JMO.
g.p.
Just your personal opinion or can you
back this up more?
If CEO correct, within a month or two...
... so, short shorts? lol
Staying long,
g.p.
On the 'disagree' side.
Have reduced (at a loss) by more than 50%.
GLTY
Tomorrow should tell if today's spike is a one-day wonder or if there is something behind this volume.
The closing, down to .0043, leaves doubts, doesn't it?.
GLTA for tomorrow... hoping we will not need it!
g.p.
Volume today and SP both well above recent averages.
Power of promotion?
Long, here, and would really like a rally on this one but,
as mentioned before, not expecting much for at least a month.
g.p.
What has changed over the past month for you to predict
.004 to .06?
I think the company does have potential but I am not expecting much for at least a month.
What have you heard?
g.p.
So, why the sudden urge to become very interested here?
Did the promotion suggests something more than the Company tells us? Could Sep-Oct happens now?
BTW, did NOT get any email myself... to date.
GL as Mod.

and...
Weighted average common shares outstanding – basic and diluted 450,735,244 362,967,079 446,470,182 354,695,650
as you can see, the average O/S for both 3 and 6 months has increased about 25% over last year.
This quarter loss has also increased.
hmmm...
g.p.
BTW, Sector 10 will keep almost the same name and
the extra 'E' should eventually be dropped, imo.
Is a new board necessary?
How? Why?
Is this just YPO?
g.p.
Many of us have in the past and
were left, often, as bagholders.
I do not know where you got that 'making good profit bit.
So far, the two salons have shown increased gross revenues and the net is a little closer to break even, but not yet.
Many have invested after a reverse split (there has been many) when it looked like this time, the Company was taking a better approach.
As you see, we're still about at 5% of the share value prior to the last RS.
Lots of movie talk but it looks like talk only.
You'll find this board is active but most others are not.
Good luck, should you decide to join us.
Just my two dollars worth...
g.p.
Some good news, this AM:
"2011-08-02 08:01 ET - News Release
CALABASAS, Calif., Aug. 2, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NetSol Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:NTWK), a worldwide provider of global IT and enterprise application solutions, today announced that it has signed an agreement to implement the complete NetSol Financial Suite (NFS)â„¢ solution, including its Wholesale and Retail platforms, for a company that will provide auto-financing services throughout China.
Total value of the agreement is approximately $4 million, which includes product licenses, business processes consultancy and on-site implementation services. Based on the contract, NetSol anticipates recognizing $2 million by June 30, 2012 and $2 million by the end of 2012..."
Pre-market already around .88. Will be interesting to watch, today...
g,p,
FWIW, TU, I think you did the right thing.
As for .05, that is far from certain!
Outside of readjustments in O/S and A/S, all else is conjecture:
Movies, real Estate, extra salons, BC, all have to show net positive results. NXHD, unlike GRNE, does not produce financials, just 'disclosures'.
g.p.
...but one never knows!
...and did you see today's PR?
Granting options (5 years) at .12.
Guess the share price will not jump on this news...
g.p.
Not good.
This is a large (relatively) investment for me.
The new direction does not say much and do not seem in a hurry to do so.
The Hawthorne claims (Table Mountain); Getting CMMC on an Asian market, etc... will not be resolved soon as all there is is a day-to-day committee... and you know how fast committees usually work. For now, I intend to hold... (I'm in no hurry either)
g.p.
Man, this rehashing of company data reminds me of
what is posted almost daily on another board (NXHD).
Any reasons for that surfing of company DD?
g.p.
You're quite right, imo.
I'm especially worried about all those movie talks.
Imagine a super hit that gets sold or that can be rented (DVD) before huge cinema distribution?
Just my three dollars worth.
g.p.
What is the NET?
Still negative? Closer to positive?
Normally, I would agree,
but imo, NetSol will be the exception unless
you consider $1.15 as a good comeback.
g.p.
ref to '16 Blocks' a 2006 movie that was hyped on another board:
"A hard-drinking, hard-living cop assigned the task of transporting a small-time criminal to the nearby courthouse finds that a simple, 16-block drive can be the longest ride of his life in director Richard Donner's urban action thriller. Hung-over, has-been cop Jack Mosley (Bruce Willis) has seen better days, and all that the force expects out of him these days is to stay out of trouble while he's on the clock. Eddie Bunker (Mos Def) is set to testify before a grand jury at 10:00 a.m., and it's up to Mosely to make sure that Bunker makes it to the courthouse in one piece -- a job that Mosely estimates will take a maximum of 15 minutes. A black van has been trailing the pair unnoticed, though, and after stopping off at a nearby liquor store to pick up some breakfast, Mosely emerges from the store just in time to save Eddie from the lethal bullet of a determined assassin. When backup arrives in the form of Detective Frank Nugent (David Morse), Mosely quickly realizes that the detective on Nugent's team is the same cop that Bunker is set to testify against. Now faced with the tough task of dodging bullets and eluding a massive onslaught of corrupt cops, Mosely must keep Bunker alive long enough to get him before the judge and ensure that justice is served. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi

Shows that even with well known actors, it takes a lot to just break even. Musing? no. Be realistic. The Kane Files are already 'old'. Not easy to make mony on movies, especially when the DVD is already on sale (well, within days,) and the movie was not widely shown.
Wish you all luck.
g.p.
A big trade at .001; 250 shares for a twenty-five cents trade.
SECIE.
g.p.
Domestic, mostly, again, going by memory.
I do not deny the possibilities but I'm not optimistic.
Up front revenues are great but are they enough to cover costs of presentation to all those festivals? Again, I cannot assume that revenues will start with the first rental...
At any rate, GLTA
g.p.
(BTW, not my OTC stock)
Not that simple, I'm afraid.
I remember, not so long ago, another OTC with possible revenues from movies. The closest they came was from a movie called '16 blocks', if I recall well. Even though it made money, The revenues were to kick in after something like $70M revenue was obtained. Came very close but...
So, unless you can show that revenues start with the first rental and/or first sale...
g.p.
BTW, assume the 26 to 1 RS to have gone through.
(.0014 X 26 = .0364)
Last closing shows .045 under symbol SECIE (see stocksource) and the company will NOT change its name, as per last filing.
I can only assume that a reverse split has occurred. Stock Source shows about 155M shares O/S.
(my broker shows last at .0014??)
g.p.
Yeah. We have no clue about Nexia's potential revenues from these sources. Where would a percentage of revenue start to come in, when would it start, if at all. So far, all I hear is optimism, nothing else. Can you elaborate?
g.p.
lol- Yeah, great things to come...
for us, an Income tax reduction!
I'm almost certain we're not the only two checking this board from time to time.
GLTY
g.p.
OK. Thanks. Appreciated.
g.p.
I appreciate your disclaimer and I assume you might be getting more information than we can get, but,
neither Stocksource or Pinksheet confirm your statement.
the only reference is from the July 11 PR :
" In addition, Nexia has prepared the necessary documents to reduce its authorized shares by about 75% and will file the documents making the reduction official with the state of Utah today."
(both italics and bold added).
From years of following this, a real confirmation of filing, followed by the actual action would be appreciated. We've lived here on optimism and faith...
Can you confirm your statement?
g.p.
Who are you? What is your connection with CCMI?
Why the posts, or elaborate...
g.p.
You definitely have the talk of an IR person.
Do you really believe BC can be resurrected?
g.p.
No, no name change.
Just a few months to 'finish the process' for changes started about a year ago.
Hoping he's not too much of an optimist!
Take care, eh?
g.p.
Only in a size 4, you say? Pity!
Yup, you're right. Got an answer.
"...I do agree that our WEB site could be a lot better but we have prioritized and the web site will not be on the agenda before the reorganization is complete..."
... and he hopes the reorganization will be completed in a couiple of months, so, there is not much to do but wait and wait and wait...
g.p.
Is he really? You can get a lot of mileage about what you will do today or later and that's what we have heard for years.
Movies? Your previous post quote dates! We still do not know if, by any chance, some movie becomes profitable, at what point Nexia will profit, (if at all).
It is hoped that, this time, the CEO did send the paper to have the A/S reduced yesterday and that it was properly filled.
Go back after every reverse split (there has been 4 or 5) and you'll see the same scenario: This time it is different...??
g.p.
At least, the share price remains around .01, or 5% of pre-reverse split official price, much better than the previous times where, by now, it would have been near .0001 again
quote: "... In addition, Nexia has prepared the necessary documents to reduce its authorized shares by about 75% and will file the documents making the reduction official with the state of Utah today..." end quote.
This is the closest to a done deal in quite a while BUT due to past experience, will wait until the official 100B to 25B is passed.
As for those series C, aren't they the shares swapped with about 3 or four others (like ARIO) years ago?
gp
BTW the news title :...and Reduces Authorized Shares seems to be slightly ahead of its time.
Look, notes like the a/s that '...will be reduced... " have been a constant with Nexia for years.
Most here will believe only AFTER the reduction is official.
g.p.
The web site does not say much!
PRs are few and far between for a Company with 'CommunicationS' in its name.
Will probably email; will report answer, if any.
Bark looked like a company with good potential but I would not "pump" this one. I've somewhat averaged down without going overboard. A failure would be bad but not disastrous. At this point, I feel it is a possibility (I'd consider a failure any RS also.)
g.p.
