Geezer I'm not sure how Yates is handling all the money coming in. I'll say this they've added a lot of fast paying Accounts at the present time. KeHE is definitely the big one at the event for promoting their product lines. There'll definitely be product Managers from various different chains of stores and also plenty of investors. I really don't care what some post on here as far as pertaining to the company. Know this that the company is entering the best days of its history in the making... PLSB
That very well could be the event for the big announcement we'll wait and see. I'm sure we're going to have something before then. Could the time be right? PLSB
Nope don't blame it on the CEO. There were other forces that brought this stock price down to where it's at presently. Company has changed course and has a new marketing strategy now. With the likes of these companies to help them in this new venture. This organic and natural food market is going to grow exceptionally over the next few years. On the KeHE click on view full site. Don't believe a word about the product not selling. As I have spoke with the production facility they're sending shipments out daily. I was also shocked to find out that this production facility is within 700 miles of 60% of the U.S. population.

We adhere to the highest quality control standards to ensure the best possible product meeting all of our customer’s specifications.

Penny stocks are an exciting and lucrative business. As most everyone will tell you, it's not for the weak of heart. There is definite money to be made in the OTC Markets and more penny stock millionaires are made every day. But the best way to win the game is to know the rules!
I take it that venue is being held at Sports Authority Mile High Stadium. I've got my certificates can't wait. PSLB
Thanks blade too much going on here. You just can't keep them down forever.
Is Pulse in position to acquire? I say yes because of all this going on within the company. Plus all these reputable Distributors and stores that their products are in at present time. There's convenience stores that are not even listed and one big one to me that's not listed is the Woodmans Market. When talk of a acquisition they're looking for a ABL line of funding.
Growth Strategy
/
Our growth strategy includes:
-
expanding our US distribution reach to service national chain stores;
-
increase awareness of our Natural Cabana® Coconut Water brand in the United States;
-
securing additional chain, convenience and key account store listings for all our brands nationwide and internationally;
-
increasing our warehouse direct to retail channel;
-
focusing on full service Class “A” distributors; and
-
focusing on placing our products in produce, natural and cold sets as opposed to the grocery aisles.
New Product Development
Our product philosophy will continue to be based on developing products in those segments of the market that offer the greatest chance of success such as health, wellness and natural refreshment and rehydration, and we will continue to seek out underserved market niches. We believe we can quickly respond, given our technical and marketing expertise, to changing market conditions with new and innovative products. We are committed to developing products that are distinct, meet a quantifiable need, are proprietary, lend themselves to at least a 30% gross profit, project a quality and healthy image, and can be distributed through existing distribution channels. We are identifying brands of other companies with a view to acquiring them or taking on the exclusive distribution of their products.
During 2016, we began eliminating several weaker, non-performing and slow-paying distributors and now have approximately 70 distributors and 20 wholesalers. This was a strategic decision as we moved our sales model concentration from direct store delivery through distributors to warehouse direct to retail which has led to reductions in overhead associated with direct store delivery distributors. The decrease in net sales was expected to grow net sales from a more profitable fixed expense base and to increase sales prices, reduce promotional programs, reduce freight-out which, collectively, will increase our contribution margin.
Some of the more notable regional and national grocery and convenience chain stores are: Albertsons/Safeway/Tom Thumb Markets, Walmart, Kroger/King Soopers/City Markets, Stater Bros, Food Max, Houchens/IGA/IGA Express/IGA Cross Roads, Kmart, 7-Eleven, United C-stores, Weis Markets, King Kullen, Dierbergs Markets, Hy-Vee Supermarket, WinCo Foods, Price Less Markets, Gristede’s Foods, Toot n Totem, Travel America, Walgreens, Smashburger, Bolla Markets, Shop-Rite Grocery, Natural Foods, Flash Foods and Associated Foods.
We currently develop, produce, market, sell and distribute our brands through our strategic regional and international distribution system, which includes over 85% Class “A” distributors and wholesalers such as Sysco, The Sygma Network, UNFI and distributors for Anheuser Busch, Miller Coors, Pepsi, Coca-Cola, RC/7-Up and Cadbury Schweppes.
Something to look forward to.

Mr. Yates explained some of the Company's future plans, "We are working on some very exciting developments for the Company that we would consider transformative in nature. There are several opportunities to expand our product portfolio that are in front of us. With the debt reductions in place, we are now actively looking for acquisitions to transform our Company for the benefit of our shareholders. We look forward to being able to announce progress in this area when the time is right."
Do you think that an ABL line of funding is coming any day with PLSB? Just take a look at these beverage companies what they got.

This is why they increased the A/S. Instead of increasing it to 1 billion they went for 5 billion to save on another filing to SEC. Old Main Capital wanted them to increase the A/S. This is out of the 10-K.
On April 3, 2017, we entered a financing arrangement with Old Main Capital, LLC, (“Old Main”), and delivered an installment Convertible Promissory Note (the “Note”) to Old Main. Under the terms of the Note, Old Main loaned us $200,000 on April 4, 2017. An additional $50,000 to be loaned after we file to increase our authorized common stock to at least 1,000,000,000. Each loan under the Note is due nine months from date of advance and bears interest at 10% per annum. In addition, pursuant to an original issue discount provision, the principle of the Note was increased above the $250,000 received by us to $294,117, which provides additional consideration to the Lender. In addition, the principle and accrued interest on the Note is convertible in whole or in part at the option of Old Main into our common shares at a conversion price per share equal to 65% of the average of the two lowest traded prices for our common shares in the 30 days preceding conversion. We have reserved 120,000,000 common shares for future issuances pursuant to a Reservation Letter dated April 7, 2017.
Looks like Cabana is telling Hubert's to move over or I'll put your other eye out. New play in the cool zone. LOL PLSB
Very nice piece of news. $$$$$PLSB$$$$$
I think your $150,000 will be right in line if not low. Here's another kicker for this quarter to as the Woodman's didn't have the product during second quarter and they started delivering it at the beginning of July to the Woodman's Markets. Now there's 10 stores in and around the Chicago metropolitan area. They have a total of 16 stores. They do carry both the Lemonades-Limeades and the Coconut Waters. Got to hope that sells from them stores we're good for the quarter. PLSB
Looks like Strawberry Lemonade on the menu tonight! PLSB
Thank you but no. I'm staying with PLSB. LOL
Well driller I tell you I've got some orders in to double down on this baby. It's my belief that these cheapies are just about over with. I'm looking for Mr. Yates any day now to announce the ABL funding and the new products coming online. When that hits the press it'll be all over. Look for blue skies and never ending vacations.
Bottom plays gives us more. We got new products on the way here just can't wait.
What better way than some of the in-store display's they have. Most people don't even look at sales flyers anymore. And let's look come October 4th and 5th they're doing a road show in Austin Texas yes.
Growth here will be good for the next few years.

Enjoy and thanks. Order numbers at BPD keep moving up.
With all the new developments in the distribution system within the company this is going to fly. We're going to see all this new distribution that was adopted by the company in 2016. We're going to see huge growth here for the next few years and I can see new products coming online very soon. With statements out of the 10-K like this.

Ask yourself that question!
Does the article say Robert E Yates Jr are CEO of this company is Robert E Yates!
Don't be spamming the board with articles like this that is not even associated with our company's CEO. This article says Robert E Yates Jr. Thank you
It's not a crock China. I asked every investor here why is China here? Company is working up to the announcement of the unveiling New Product Line through BPD is what I see. Product must enter the marketplace at some point of sales. Company does have a lot of options in front of them that has been stated in the past and what could that be. Could it be even a new line of mixers possibly like this company.
http://www.finestcall.com/#/
Who really knows what's coming but it's for sure that we are going to get a new product line whether it be a new packaging say half gallon size containers. I just can't wait for the new ABL and new product line announcement to come very shortly. Looks like there's a great wall here at .0012. I think the M&M's are actually holding this stock up. Maybe you'll find your entry point I don't believe it's going to be much lower. Yes you have said in the past it's only a trade stock but I look at it as a long-term good investment.
Thanks for the article that's some very good insight into the trend of the world beverage Market.
Just look at Coke they're selling off their co-Packers Bottling Companys say. They're more focusing on their product formulas and development of new products. That's where the big profit margins are for these companies in the beverage industry. Mr. Yates accounts receivables look good and orders are looking very good too and that'll be used for a good deal. Too many distributions added here lately they do have their work cut out for the next several months.
I'm sure Mr. Yates has enough rocks in the trick-or-treat bag with the likes of new products to get a good deal done. Going National with the brand. Just maybe he gets a warrant deal done that'll not be due till say 2021 or 2022.
I'm going to say that it'll be 4% below that. So around 8% is what I'm looking for.
Yes we see it day in and day out one good thing about it the company is fully disclosed. Except where the product might be found here's another place that offers the product click on drinks and just see what's listed. They offer the Lemonade and the Cherry Limeade at this place.
https://www.grubhub.com/restaurant/piece-of-velvet-fulton-708-fulton-st-brooklyn/282973
It'll be bundled all into one. When that happens things are going to change course very quickly.
There's one thing for sure an ABL credit line and when that hits we don't know. This will happen to bring the New Products online.
