Who cares who is going to jail, that is "past," I am looking at the future. Barnett went to jail without any effect on OOAG's shares.

If a Venture Capital Group bean counters deems OOAG share structure appropriate they will acquire it.

A Venture Capital Group can use this share structure and bring a small but real working company to market. VCG's have staff that can clean paper work so fast, that's what they do, and they do it very efficiently.

Just a matter of when.

past has absolutely nothing to do with OOAG share structure going forward. It'll all be new and clean. No scam. VCG have there reputation on the line when they bring a company to market, even a small one.


When a VCG takes over OOAG's share structure the stock will rock so fast there will be not catching it. And it won't be a scam.

When a VCG really wants these shares they.will....

fix all the paper work. To them time is way more important then the upfront costs.

On a 15 million or so share day OOAG shot to .015 not long ago, this thing will fly if a real company takes over this share structure.

Woooo "FINRA," that is.a scary bunch of letters......

Number one: I doubt if anyone here works for "FINRA" that would mean no one knows what "FINRA" will do with OOAG's share structure.

Number two: OOAG's delisting has been predicted for years yet it still trades. This proves no one on this board really knows what the "SEC" or "FINRA" will do with OOAG which is not a POS by the way.

No one knows what will happen to OOAG's share structure in the future, and the future is where OOAG's destiny is.

share structure and applies a working company to it no doubt rafael your dime prediction will be cheap. Could happen anytime.

OIL , though some of the stories I read I have read them over and over for years.

OMDA OIL may change direction and state of affairs. Even if it was going to jump to Nasdaq one of these days by chance, still will stick to same old version bringing back AB into the stage from time to time to make it more scary and I think to myself "Why did they invest originally in the OTC market ?".

rafael, my OOAG investment has paid me 100%......

and my remaining chunk of shares are now free.

It is my prediction that OOAG has a good chance of being taken over by a Venture Capital Group. If this happens OOAG will reenter the market as a fully operating company not a scam like it has been in the past.

If this does happen, your .10 prediction could be pretty realistic. A VCG will bring OOAG back to market according to regulations.

Another question. About 4 or so weeks after.......

that OOAG run to a penny and a half some other folks did some filings transferring OOAG's office to Denmark. My question is, these are not the same folks that ran OOAG up to a penny and a half?

I sold a little of my stock and that sale paid for my purchase plus a good gain. Those were the Hijackers?

I had my reasons for buying OOAG shares and one was a possible Venture Capital Group (VCG) takeover turning OOAG's share structure into a viable working company.

I have never stated nor has any other OOAG poster that I know of except for your post, said anything about a hijack of OOAG shares.

need someone to coddle them. If they need to be coddled then they should put there money in a bank or someplace safer then a penny stock.

Berating OOAG buyers with a know it all holier then thou philosophy is not my idea of a reason to stop me from my purchase of OOAG's stock.

in the Mexican desert. No movement, no future, a whole lotta nadda TINO was. Except for this unverified certificate that someone took the time to fill out not much has changed.

I forgot to add, Tino's stock has bumped up and someone is selling to willing buyers a 5million share chunk generating about 15k dollars. This money could be used on the company as you speculate, but it could also be used to fill out another unverified certificate in the future. Or it could be used on some high quality tequila. Time and waiting will tell.
