If that's the ugly duckling version of the SPORT, I can't wait to see the gussied up version of it!
Looking good!
Haven't heard of all of them but Intel sticks out !
Just another FUD shoveler
Looks like a bloody Monday across the board in the offing. Fingers crossed.
And sell for a loss and then reap big profits as LTCG ?
Another problem with telesurgery is the fact that you still need a competent surgeon in the OR at the remote site to assist and or take over if an issue or problem is encountered.
This concept was initiated by the military with the hopes of a stateside surgeon operating on wounded soldiers in the field of battle. It never materialize for these reasons.
Telesurgery, as it stands today involves the remote observation and guidance of a surgeon via an Internet connection. Active involvement is yet to materialize for the reasons as stated by IITF (latency/connectivity/bandwidth).
Understandable
Let's use a merger with JNJ for example. They offer us a 1:5 share exchange. $20:$100. Someone with 1000 TITXF FPIC shares suddenly has 200 of non-FPIC JNJ shares. It is held for one year. Long term cap gains or short term?
Here is a question for the tax savvy members out there. Titan is an FPIC corporation and as such is subject to short-term, rather than long-term, capital gains for US shareholders.
If we were to be bought out in a stock-for-stock deal by an American company, would that obviate the FPIC issue?
Welcome back amigo !
A point I have made to others, off this board. No one seems to understand that the purchase of stock after a discrete offering by the company is an exchange of money between a buyer and a seller. No money goes to the company. The only impact of PPS on the company is the market cap.
My point being, mutual funds or T bills for the weak of heart
Blue chips are not necessarily a walk in the park. Regeneron reported preliminary FDA approval for a groundbreaking cholesterol-lowering drug yesterday and its PPS dropped 6%.
Despite the eruption of posts here, the response in the real world? Crickets! Both good AND bad news is like a lonely tree falling in the woods
Exactly. Why waste his DD on SA. Can we please send that flag up a different pole?
Point's writings are a possibility....
If only the burst in postings by us could translate into an burst in stock interest by the masses…
Thanks Point. Glad to hear from you !
The hospital bills the patient for OR use at a rate of about $400-500/hr, excluding disposables, drugs, etc, which are billed a la carte.
Waiting for the FUD from elcaribes, LTG and JohnQ (forgot him in my original post). Then a few screams from SUCKITUP
Thanks for a reasonable retort from the one adult in the room!

Here's to knocking knuckles with everybody. Let's get a good AGM this afternoon. Hopefully will see/hear some ground breaking things. Good luck to all!
Exactly. As I have said before, just because you call a mini Cooper a sports car, it doesn't make it one!
Tomorrow is OUR Annual and Special Shareholders' Meeting and we have become the TRXC board ????
This is not a Titan issue but i am having an iHub app issue.
Does anyone else have a problem with their app jumping to the App Store on it's own?
In the middle of reading posts, I am directed to the App Store, usually to Game of War or Draft Kings.
All evidence points to Tuesday having the potential (and I mean potential) of being very, very interesting and exciting.
Then again, we could see a flop.
US Surgical (Covidien) was located in New Haven CT. I did a bunch of consulting for them 15-20 years ago and involved frequent trips there.
That is a venture division address...
I thought it was New Haven CT
I repeat what I have said in the past: this is a speculative play.
Invest what you can afford to lose and not a penny more. If you don't like the company, the CEO, the strategy, let your money work somewhere else.
Please do not incessantly whine here. Shut up or leave!
But not many act on that impulse except some of our friends here.
I have the same problem, Duke. Where is the bottom ????
I would rather buy at $1.75 on its way to $5.00++++, than at $1.25 when it COULD go to $1.00 or lower.
Probably would see a dip to the lower support level of 1.20-1.25.
Call a Mini Cooper a luxury car doesn't make it one !
Are we still comparing a robotic system to a bent stick laparoscopic platform?
Welcome aboard !

Everyone who has a twitter account needs to post a tweet with $titxf or $tmd in the body so we can hunt them down and start retweeting.....
Just started a new tweet myself. I only have 145 followers but it's a start.
