Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin…..
This is a very positive development, worthy of it’s own post:

"60 dollar stock. On its way back. Already past 3 headed to 4. Nothing can stop it. Release coming very soon with uplift and dividend return. Buy now before price gets too high!

"New 3 dollar floor is stable. Soon floor will be 5,7,10 and so on. These low prices will never return and could happen so fast one could possibly be chasing price up if missed boat.

Reposting.
"Ship getting ready to leave port. Last one to leave but everyone wants to be onboard this one. Sure there will be a few stops but keep your eye on the chart because it's going to be fun to watch the PPS return back to 2007 levels. This time around it's not if but when.

"Owning shares of Fannie Mae at this time is a generational opportunity. Many will realize after time has past and share price has fully recovered to 2007 levels and beyond that perhaps they should of taken advantage of the ridiculous low PPS. Once this low low price is gone it will be gone forever.

Out of 308 appeal cases, 4 appeal were left according to Berkowitz. The judgement for 2 are announced today. That means only 2 appeals are left- one for GSE and one more.
I guess we are very close to finish line. Friday will be interesting.

I agree with you.
Neutral day with 5.7 million volume. Isn't it an accumulation ??? Just IMHO.
Thanks Zargis.
Aren't they already reviewed in camera ??
Question:
10% interest on the loan and also 80% of the stock of the company ?? Does it holdup in court ?? Like in AIG ??
Just IMHO.
‘‘(2) TERM.—The Director shall be appointed for a term
of 5 years, unless removed before the end of such term for
cause by the President."
Question:
Isn't it a cause "of not making the FnF into a sound and solvent condition. And also violating the conservatorship rules by allowing net worth sweep ?? "
Warrants are invalid.

It depends on what your goals are. If you want to have a reformulated version of Fannie and Freddie serve as the foundations of the future secondary market system, you wouldn’t concede the warrants. I think Treasury’s having given itself 79.9% of the companies in exchange for doing nothing (other than using them as instruments of public policy) is outrageous and can be successfully challenged in court. Also, if they emerge from conservatorship, Fannie and Freddie will need all the tools they can muster to sufficiently capitalize themselves. If Treasury exercises and sells the warrants, it takes capital out of the mortgage finance system (with the proceeds going to Treasury, for whatever purposes it chooses), leaving Fannie and Freddie with much less capital-raising power because of dilution from the warrant exercises. That’s the opposite of what we should want.

"JMO---FNMA has similar Northward potential. "
I agree with you about FNMA. Just IMHO.
An excellent entry point. But I never know till now FNMA ever went that low. I am following this since 2007.
Later on AAL went up to above $50.
American Airlines was AAMRQ when it was on OTC. It was traded around 0.30 cents during Jan 2012. Went up little by little to around $1 and fall back to around 0.40 cents during December 2012. And started going up again. Around $2 during February 2013 and to $7 during April. And fell back to around $2.50 for a very short time due some to court case ?. Again it went up to around $17 one day before up-listing to the big board at $25(?) with AAL symbol during May 2013 ??. No one is not sure how many shares of AAL would be given for 100 shares of AAMRQ at that time. But initially it started 0.1 shares of AAL for 1 share of AAMRQ. But with in about a year each AAMRQ is converted into about 0.9 shares of AAL.
Please See: This is what I remembered which may not be exactly right and the dates, prices and quantities may vary.
May be FNMA might be better than AAL(AAMRQ) in future. Just IMHO.

Bumping your analysis on two 14 million FNMAT trades.
Re: Surfonium Post# 358600
There were two 14 M trades, one at 1:15PM and one at 1:48PM that were just below the $4 mark. These were likely pre-arranged trades brokered by the M/M.
Could have been Richard Perry. I will dig around. I do not recall Berko having this much T Series, although his total in FNMA pfd was around 57 M shares, so that still remains a possibility.

Tim, I’m anxiously awaiting your new post. Could Trump actually end it before the appeal decision is out?
Thank you

Technically yes he could but for all practical purposes it’s already ended. It’s just a matter of how exactly the ending plays out.

Meet the Wall Street Titans Who Back Trump

In my opinion: The least pps that I am expecting with warrants is $40. Washington mutual is arguing about warrants. So I don't get surprised even if we see $200, with warrants cancellation, sometime in future. This is just IMHO.
Please See: Don't take my opinions/posts into consideration to buy or sell.
No worry. I am not taking your calculation into my consideration.
This is Just in IMHO: $40 with warrants ?? $200 with out warrants ?? If the warrants been used back as a liquidity to the company then the price may be in between $40 to $200 ??
In layman terms: The pps before 2008 is above $60. With warrants the minimum price to be $60/5 = $12. So with warrants the price is to be at-least $12. But as per Ackman pps is $25 to $40 with warrants. So with out warrants the pps is 5 times of it, means $125 to $200. This is Just IMHO. Thanks.
