Define attack
How about calling nmills a woman, suggesting nmills and stairman are dating, and suggesting the three of us get together for circle jerk sessions. That would be my definition of attacking other posters.
You had it right in your first sentence. It's ok to just disagree.
There isn't much I take personally so we're good.
Now that we have that out of the way hopefully SGW will answer my questions today. Pins and needles.
Thankfully
your comment didn't cause me any heart conditions. I value the substantive content from posters like red13 and Sujitta and I can assure you if their grammar was as poor as yours has been in previous posts my opinions of them would probably be different as well.
My gf does not appreciate my efforts to correct her occasional misspellings either. We pick and choose our battles.
I'm going to dare to go off topic here and hope I don't get deleted. Thank you for your service.
I don't personally believe WM would send a free meter to Col but I do understand nmills questioning the validity of this company.
If memory serves me correctly I believe he referred to Cayman_West.
Nice post wake
Thank you!
Glad to see you are so positive about the future of World Moto. I have a few questions that are preventing me from being as upbeat and excited as you are so maybe you could help me understand what makes you so convinced?
Per WM's SEC filing they were to run out of money on August 31st. Their words not mine. Where did the money come from to manufacture and distribute the recent Meter shipments if they've already confirmed by email to Col317 there was no revenue in the 3rd quarter?
The last cost estimate I saw for the Meter was $180. Others think it's $125. Either way, as I've pointed out in an earlier post after calculating the currency exchange in Indonesia this would be the equivalent of asking a taxi driver in the U.S. to pay around $5,000 for his taxi meter. The cost of the Meter in relation to the markets they expect to serve are far greater than a taxi or fleet operator could afford. There is no way to finance the purchase of meters on a large scale and to date India is the only country to attempt a mandate which still has not been finalized. How is WM going to sell meters at this cost without mandates?
Why would WM reveal in a statement, through a PR, that they have shipped meters to specific countries without disclosing the terms of sale or more specifically to whom they sold meters to and how many? Shareholders deserve to be informed of sales data.
If WM was in a position to break out as you have stated, why did they increase the share count from 2 billion to 4 billion? If revenues are practically guaranteed why was this move necessary?
Last, WM has raised capital with terrible finance terms. They need sales on a massive scale and this won't happen without government subsidies to purchase their product as a result of mandating the use of meters. How do you see the company getting in front of this?
Thanks in advance for your detailed response.
We all agree with you.
Sewer has been a great moderator over the years I think you just picked the wrong person to single out.
If they are filling orders they received payment in September. You simply can't dispute this.
In a recent email from Patrick to Col he stated no revenue in the 3rd quarter. I agree with iongreen's earlier statement that WM most likely shipped meters to the qualified distributors they have approved.
Shipments to distributors is a positive move but WM is intentionally withholding information from shareholders which is what makes this company so hard to invest in and the pps reflects this.
With no revenue on the Q we will have to wait until April to see the K and I think it's a safe bet the pps won't move much without being able to verify future PR claims.
For the good of the company I hope they change strategies and state verifiable sales claims in the interim.

Me mad.. Seriously? I have no idea who you are. We only have the content of your posts to base our opinions and you open yourself up to criticisms with your lack of attention to grammar and spelling. If you aren't willing to use spell check before you post then you shouldn't allow yourself to be personally affected by others criticizing you.
I call it like I see it. If you can't handle people calling you out then use spell check and stop complaining.
I honestly wasn't expecting you to be the first to respond
Since I recently picked up 500K shares to better average my position I believe there is still potential. The flip side is I knew there was a good chance I'd lose and I was prepared for that.
Stay tuned
Our head cheerleader is busy writing your response.
I can't speak for everyone
But I'm hopeful I recoup my initial investment. I don't view that as wandering around without a head.
I'm tempted to ask what the significance of netprofitsten is but I'm not holding my breath for a detailed response.
IHub doesn't appear to show trades this morning. Looks like volume is already over 1.24M.
"Anyway it doesnt bother me in the slightest"
You're joking, right? All of your posts are whiny thin skinned butt hurt responses attacking other people on this board. IMO you're asking to be ridiculed with your terrible spelling. If you want to be taken seriously I suggest using a computer with spell check to post here. Your 'fat fingered' posts while attempting to multi task aren't doing you any favors.
In the App Store
WM advertises this as 'No cash no hassle. Just get out you've already paid'.
Not having a CC option and saying they serve cash markets are contradictory statements don't you think?
I agree that's why I posted.
When I travel I always use cash and I don't know if Thai people embrace debit/credit over cash or not. If WM has an answer for this I'm inclined to accept it until I can prove otherwise.
Thanks Col
Forget the math
I think we're just supposed to stand on our desks and scream to da moon we're gonna be millionaires!
"Typical taxi fares for going a few kilometres are around 50 baht. Communication can be a problem with the majority of Bangkok's taxi drivers as they often speak little English."
http://www.bangkok.com/information-travel-around/taxis.htm
Assuming we're talking US Dollars
Doesn't $2 seem like a high delivery fee in Bangkok? That's 72 Bhat. Compared to a liter of water which costs around 10 Bhat.
I downloaded the YES app from the App Store
I created an account and it seems to work like Uber. Living in Scottsdale AZ I wasn't expecting any drivers to be available but if there were I don't know how to pay. Unlike Uber this doesn't allow you to store a credit card. The App Store implies it functions the same way so something appears to be amiss.
Hope you are right my friend.
Agreed.
Thanks for your post yesterday breaking down the terms of financing. Appreciate reading your input.
Moto-Meter sales
Everyone knows there will be no revenue.. I think we can agree on that.
The PR released on October 5th announced shipments had begun. October 5th was a Monday. You sell a product and collect payment prior to shipping so actually they did sell product in September if their PR is true. If you know the history of this company they probably had payment 30 days prior to shipping anything.
WM knows better than anyone that announcing sales will definitely boost their pps from current levels. Here are direct quotes from the PR -
"World Moto has begun rolling out it's motorcycle taxi meter technology into Indonesia. The company, in a statement, revealed that it is now shipping and fulfilling the orders for the Moto-Meter product".
Why be so vague if they have contracts and are fulfilling them? Why would they choose not to disclose numbers to shareholders? Unless you have insider information you can't tell us you know anything beyond what they have revealed, in a statement.
Can't wait.
Let me tell you how I see things going and we can compare stories later. There will be no revenue on the next 10Q. Last year's 10K didn't come out until April so between now and April no one will know exactly what WM is doing.
I'm averaged at .02. I believe WM will produce some solid unverifiable news between now and Easter that will get the stock price back up to .02 so that I can at least break even. I don't think an RS will happen between now and then but I do believe that's a strong possibility at some point.
If you make a a great return off that then I'm happy for you. Nice job.
Yawn
Dkl sold his shares over a year ago. I most likely have far more than you do invested in this. You have no idea what your talking about.
I'm implying
There is no shortage of shares. We can all buy as many as we want.
Charts reflect changes in pps after filings and news releases. Why wait for the chart when you can read for yourself which way it will trend.
I could buy 100,000,000 shares if I wanted to and the price is pratically free. Your charts are saying profits are guaranteed. So who's getting ripped off here? Sounds like rainbows and unicorns to me thanks to the MM's and reliably accurate charts.
KCSA did not release the last three PR's.
I asked WM why and this was their response -
World Moto has decided to take back the IR and PR functions internally.

If they show any income
My guess is there will be a lot more interest in this company.
It also makes great sense for me to own a Ferrari but I don't have one. Care to guess why? I'll give you a hint.. It's the same reason the meters aren't selling..
Has WM indicated what the price tag will be for the Meter and the Wheelies?
My take on Wheelies
I put 50 spoke chrome DNA's on my HD. $2,500. For that matter I spent $6,600 on 22" Vellanos for my Beemer and $6,200 on 20" Rock Stars for my Jeep. Point being there's no shortage of guys like me willing to blow money on wheels and tires. You'd think there would be a market for cool streaming media for motorcycles under a grand.
Thanks Richie
These are pretty good but it doesn't look like this company offers them for sale.
I've seen products for bicycles that don't even compare. Thought you meant something better than this.
What have you seen that's better than Wheelies?
If you walked into a motorcycle dealer and saw a bike on display with Wheelies you know people would be interested. They do look cool for private individual use. How much would be a fair price be?
