IMO SNEY have been PRACTICAL and shown SUBSTANCE. They will grow at The Companies PACE, one that is benificial to THEM.

PAPERWORK is something I use to wipe my posteria as by the time I get it, it is usualy old news and out of date.

I try to see your point of view and my knowledge of market trends is non existant to say the least so I can not comment on those.

Hi art, next year is a long way off.
Only have 2 months experience in Ghana, but what the hell.
Would depend on terms and conditions and if I was not committed else where (mental hospital ha ha).
Anything is possible but once I accept a contract I dont go back on my word. It has cost me dearly in the past but that is just how I am.
Looks like Ghana is mainly a land based op on offin river and would be a challenge.
I hope to be in SL by end of October and if sney does not mind may see them when I am there, will obviously call them first.

How do I come to my numbers?
New equipment will Size and Process 1 ton of concentrate per hr.
10hr days, 6 day week, = 240 ton month conservitavily.
This = about 200 ton REEs for sale or ship per month?
Unless they want to run a night shift.

So you can see why I supported MyLife post and he only said 160 tons when fully up and running.
Not to forget the main ingredients and what it is ALL about, GOLD.

I believe my best qualitys are my loyalty and dependability.
I have already committed to an other project and can not in all honesty go back on my word.
If they had asked at the meeting I would have given it great consideration as I was not fully committed at that time.
They do have great people on the ground over there.

These figures are based on what the Dredges, and processing equipment can ACTUALY DO and are an underestimate on manufacturers numbers.
The only other variable is you either believe the company or you dont and that sir is your perogative.

Based on the fact that I am new to these boards and feel that you must trust in yourself and do your own DD.
If someone comes to me and shows me a piece of Gold bearing Quartz then it means nothing to me until, I have climed 3 mountains, crossed 2 rivers stayed the night in the village and eaten thier food and then gone to the site and collected my own samples.

1.The actual Gravel laden with black sand, REEs and gold will be stockpiled CLOSE to the RIVER as they will need water to process.

2.With the equipment they have and the equipment they have ordered they should end up with about 200 ton of REEs material per month to be transported.

3.If they are transporting 200 ton of REEs material a month then this is 5 40 ton truck loads to Kissy Docks on good Roads?

4.If they can manage to transport 200 ton of REEs material then as previously stated they will need an armoured car for the amount of gold extracted overall.

All 3 gents were very down to earth.
Tayibb in Arabic means something like 'Honorable or Good Man' not quite sure but he was very pleasant, and knows his country and we had a lot of common contacts.
Mr Baourasa certainly knows his stuff and we had a bit of a dick measureing contest as you do when you believe YOU are the best at what YOU do. I think mutual respect.
Mr Miller also very pleasant was very interested in my contacts, however I did not disclose any to him and think he was not too happy.
I paid my own expenses and I was not going to give away free info as have had meetings with other companies and all they want is your contacts and info it has taken years to gather.
They did not tell me anything you have not already had in PR and after 3 hours of chat I had to get train and wished them well.

May not be what you want to hear but it is what happened.

Busy month.
16th June stuck inside old aircraft hangar trying to set fulcrum and balance for dredge with back hoe attachment.

19th June half marathon charity run for Help the Heroes.

20th June meeting in London with Mr Miller, Mr Tayyib and Mr Baourasa.

22nd and 23rd June in Leeds with Japanese who have just put a lot into SL.

Ended up in Edinburgh for Armed Forces Weekend.

I think you have hit the nail on the head.
ONLY 12 weeks or so to full operations I would say, and a LOT to do in a short space of time.
Perhaps! Locate a Banka Drill IN COUNTRY?
Map out land and set up drill program? to ensure mining in least overburden areas.
Set up processing equipment and secure building on site.
Process materials.
Travel concession and talk to ALL local miners and do more LOCAL DD.
Train up Dredge operators and set in place systems of reporting.
Ensure you can dredge MOST of wet season by doing mods to dredges if required and make sure your operators are EXPERIENCED WET WEATHER MEN!!!!

This is a 24/7 work program and should not be taken lightly.

The truth is always hard to believe.
They did not believe that the earth was round.
And that info was given also for FREE. Just no telling these days.
Thats why all the info I have given is practical and not fictional, and could probably have been found and confirmed by several different sources should one take the time to check.
I normaly answer peoples questions within seconds of them posting it and rely on memory and experience, however i suppose with the internet these days anyone can profess to be an expert but they always get back to you an hour later. I wonder why?

2. They have obviously already adapted as have ordered new equipment. I think I would add 1 more piece of inexpensive kit.
The rest of my advice is what I do for a living, is not rocket science but needs to be IMPLEMENTED and there are always people with ideas. I would be surprised if they have not already carried these out as they have followed the route I have sugested to this board even before I made those comments. As I continually say these lads are not fools.

Thanks mylife, could use this as a diary of MYLIFE as it shows the ups and downs over the years since I was mining both hobby and pro since 1973.
I just have to look at the rise in costs in SL as it is a $ economy.Just goes to show.I had a knee jerk reaction when it was voiced that gold could go to that price and then sat back and considered the probabilty.
I to can be quick to critisise some times but most of the time I count to ten first.
GLTY and trust your gut and knowledge and looking at video if sney are listening and take on board your vision they wont go far wrong.

$5000. an oz? I was very sceptical when someone posted this ( wish I could remember who) until I remembered in 1978/79 gold went from $200. to $800 in one year give or take a $ .
My daughter was born that year.
$4500 an oz is possible does not sound so foolish when you think back. Maybe there is something to this chart thing if you understand it, just thought I would share some usless info.

or stuck to.
Need to seperate gold from material and size before processing.

Two ways to look at it.
Logically, Remove top sluice and percentage of diamond recovery dramaticaly reduced but heavier minerals increased and process faster.
It looks like they have gone for the later.
Could be useing 1 dredge for Diamonds and gold and 2 for just gold, am confused about how many dredges in total on site.
It is thier call but I would go on full steam ahead for gold and perhaps gear up for diamonds in September.
I must say that this is a proven gold bearing area with diamonds and that diamonds, to my knowledge have not been the No1 priority for miners. BUT things do change and I can only speak from afar.

I know a Vladimirr Sokratov, hell of a field geologist and minerologist.

IMO forget about diamonds. The bottom has fallen out of this market as far as I am concerned. The risk reward factor is not advantageous. Once the company has a bit of cash then maybe yes they can take a punt and bank a river. Gold is Good as you SEE what you get as you go along. Diamonds is usualy a seasonal thing with a density of about 3.5 you dont want a fast flow when you are dredgeing.
Good divers and operators get good pay and if you have trained them you dont want them to leave. Laborors get about $150 a month and food, digging is hard work and all respect to them.

I am crap at english, but I know what will be in the next 40ft container.
Dont loose sight that Jr MINING COMPANY and based on the gold recovery I would still be dumping the black sands in the river, get a bucket line Dredge, scrape the river, wipe its ass and move on.
They have a bypoduct with value and have decided to give the time to explore all avenues while STOCKPILING. Money in the bank and the bank is a container around the corner.

Treat me like a 6yr old and I will learn, ASSUME I KNOW and it will go over my head.

I think some people can not actually take in ALL the information posted. one person should have X his figures by 5 and and another should have converted grames to ounces.
If someone takes 2 hours to actualy sit and write the information as posted by the company and applies these figures to actuality then surely you should take him seriously as time is money.

MEASURE TWICE AND CUT ONCE, knee jerk reactions dont help.

We all make mistakes and are happy if they are pointed out I am sure, thats how you learn.

Yes, the heavy denser materials will gather in greater quantity.
If you rember I said that you could easily move 1 yard of overburden to have 2 yards of black sand as the river has washed away most of the lighter materials which are at the top.
This is why experienced dredgers will work where ther is or has been a reasonable flow of water.
