We all would but how who bothers providing free in depth pipeline analysis on Pennies?
Down here you have to do your own heavy lifting.
Part of the risk/reward thing.
That was me.
What sources I could cite are within the comments section.
I was hoping we could all collaborate on it and make it better.
That's what these BB's should be for.
You can of course dismiss it entirely if you wish and use your own DD.
But some may find this a helpful jumping off point.
They sort of changed their tune after that (on Friday) though...
Rob Lehmann Will season 2 be on citytv? or just Bio?

It may be JMO....but I respect your opinion!
Thanks for the technical ELTP updates.
I'm not aware of any panic with respect to ELTP.
Up 143% since last year...
him, and you are quite welcome.
I give this 24 hours. Then expect some serious "moderating"....
Ditto.
What I like is the diversity of income.....a million here, two million there...
All to fund phase three for ELI 216/154
At this point I'm thinking of sending my resume to Elite. I feel like I work there already! (and I live 25 minutes away!)
ok that was my number!
So I think saying Elite/TPN could capture 2.0 million is reasonable.
I don't see where sales dollars are metioned?
Also, remember we are only involved in 10mg tablets. So we are part of "that" market...
ok, I was going by what Elite said in their PR:
The product and its equivalents had annual sales of approximately $48 million in 2008
Well, also bear in mind that if we get $2,000,000 in sales how much of that is profit?
How much of that do we share w/ TPN?
How much do get for manufacturing and packaging?
Say a profit margin of 70% (just a guess)
That takes us to $1,400,000
Say we split that w/ TPN...that's $700,000
Thoughts?
What would you estimate it at?
I'm Trying to project revenues for Methadone Hydrochloride (not Hydromorphone)
I see 6 manufacturers including us (The Pharma Network) in the USA.
It is a $48,000,000 market
Even share amongst 6 companies would be 8 million
So I think saying Elite/TPN could capture 2.0 million is reasonable.
Anyone have thoughts on this?
We should hear about Methadone shipments any day now.
Elite Pharmaceuticals, Inc. ("Elite" or the "Company") (OTCBB:ELTP - News) and ThePharmaNetwork, LLC ("TPN") announced today the approval of an Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) for methadone hydrochloride 10 mg tablets by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Elite and TPN co-developed the product and the product was filed under ThePharmaNetwork name. The methadone hydrochloride tablets are the generic equivalent of the Dolophine(R) hydrochloride 10 mg tablets. The product and its equivalents had annual sales of approximately $48 million in 2008. Under the Product Collaboration Agreement, Elite will manufacture the product and Elite and TPN will share in the profits from the sale of the product.
So when Methadone does launch. Any sense of what revenue that might bring?

Dussault Apparel Gene loves the show, he pitched it to the pres of A&E and they liked it but they are moving towards a different kind of reality TV more "strange people doing strange things" format but there are allot of outlets out there and we will keep pitching not only in the US but worldwide
If Bio is part of A&E then by being shot down by the president of A&E are they also shot down at BIO in US or do they go BIO in US to talk about that?
OK, this was a fun exercise tonight!

Start doing some digging and DD on Socius, Terren Peizer etc.
A lot of what I am reading is not pretty. I'm only just beginning to dig and would suggest we all do same and share.

Wow Tommy. Awesome post! Thanks so much.
Research thought if anyone has time.
Be interested to look at the companies Socious has invested in to date to see how they performed after Socious got in.
I'll try to do some of this later today maybe but if anyone else has time on their hands....
Get PPS on date of press release and compare to present PPS for say 5-10 companies, particularly pharmas...
Wow. This is Wikipedia article on Chairman of Socius.

A Little Funding Goes a Long Way in Relieving Anxiety (OTC:ELTP)
Oral Sustained and Controlled Release Products are the Way to Go…
By Dennis Askew
Published: January 3, 2012 11:01:40 AM PST
The management at Elite Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (OTC:ELTP) made a very smart move in my opinion that was announced by the Company today and aggregating shareholders and new buyers of the stock apparently thought so as well with the stock posting a healthy gain on the news. It is currently trading in the $0.09 range.
What management did was avoid shareholder dilution, dodge expensive lending interest, and work out a deal with Socius Capital Group to sell up to $5 million of non-convertible Series F Preferred Stock over a two year period.
The money, to be given at different times, will give the drug maker a little breathing room. That’s Good.
This from the CEO… “With the completion of this transaction, for the first time in a long time, management believes that it can focus its time on growing the company and enhancing shareholder value without having to expend an inordinate amount of time contemplating where the capital required for growth will come from”, said ELTP’s CEO Jerry Treppel. “We believe this financing arrangement will help resolve that issue.”
It’s hard for management teams to focus on product development and sales when the CFO is constantly knocking on the CEO’s door.
Elite Pharmaceuticals is known around the industry for its abuse deterrent technology and oral sustained and controlled release products that it is developing into generic versions. Elite has four ANDA products partnered with TAGI Pharma; one launched, two in the process of a manufacturing site transfer and another under review by the FDA. The Company has two products: Lodrane 24 and Lodrane 24D, being sold commercially. It also has an approved generic methadone product developed with one of its partners.
The Company’s lead pipeline products, ELI-216, a once-daily abuse resistant oxycodone, and ELI-154, a once-daily oxycodone, are novel sustained release oral formulations of opioids for the treatment of chronic pain, which address two of the limitations of existing oral opioids: the provision of consistent relief of baseline pain levels and deterrence of potential abuse.
ELTP’s two once-daily allergy products, Lodrane 24 and Lodrane 24D, that were co-developed with its partner, ECR Pharmaceuticals (ECR). The products are being marketed by ECR. Elite’s revenues for manufacturing these products and a royalty on sales for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010 (fiscal 2010), aggregated $3,339,870. That subsequently makes the YOY quarter seem a disaster; but it wasn’t, just no big royalties.
I haven’t, don’t, and do not intend on holding any of the companies mentioned in this article.
Re: Methadone
They said it would ship by the end of the quarter, meaning it would ship by 12/31.
They have 4 business days to file 8k. Today is the 1st business day since 12/31.
So we could hear something 1/6 and they would still be in "compliance" with their promise.
So...can still be any day now....
This is the company we will be in:
