Good time to add, I will be next week.
I disagree, they have stated many times that solar & displays have been designed and implemented. They have a working reactor in Star Park Texas that has allowed for their R/D on these applications.
Make in India & Solar Design:
Program to promote domestic industries. To that end we have laid out a very comprehensive roadmap to providing this solution with a now completed solar cell design with commercially economic power yield levels along with fixed component QD chemistry and plan to commence production of solar cells via a continuous, rapid feed flexographic based printing process as soon as the manufacturing facility in Assam is up and running,”
Solar:
With our continuous flow process technology QMC can produce high purity PQD’s at a fraction of the cost of the high purity silicon used in silicon solar cells and with solution processing these materials are compatible with monomers for easy implementation utilizing roll-to-roll coating technologies" stated Toshi Ando, Director of Business Development for Quantum Materials Corp.
Disruptive Displays Handheld to Big Screen:
Leading American cadmium-free quantum dot and nanomaterials manufacturer Quantum Materials Corp, (OTCQB: QTMM) announced today that it has produced and is demonstrating to select customers a 100% cadmium-free 55 inch QDX™ quantum dot display technology that achieves an industry-leading 95% Rec. 2020 color gamut coverage. This superior level of performance is achieved by utilizing the Company's proprietary quantum dot enhanced film while eliminating the costly barrier film previously necessary for QD-based display designs.
Profit-Taking
It's up to Steve what he wants to disclose or not. So far what has been disclosed India is on tract.
If there's a problem call Steve. LOL
Generex has been around 20 years and many people have come and gone. Sometimes prior employees have issues with the company for whatever reason. This is what I see based on comments.
Steve runs the company, Filings and PR's are put out by him. Im an Investor who is waiting to see end product in India, their odds look reasonable for success.
I also have better things to do than respond to every comment made on these message boards.
It takes the time it takes, We do know that India is moving along as planned.
Having fun yet Guys. We shall all see what happens in India over the next few months before passing judgement.
2 Reactors Shipped & Paid for for Production. We'll see
I think a lot of Longs here have burnout and understandably so. You are correct that QMC has a great partner in Amtronics. They not only will make end products they have the dollars for further QD R&D.
4th Quarter for End Product and Reactors Shipped==Progress
These accusations are inaccurate and misleading per the filings. You are welcome to your opinions.
That Predatory Lender did not help. India has changed everything. I also understand that until production nothing is definite although the odds have improved immensely.
Investing 101: Getting something for just holding shares is too good of a deal to pass up. It also lowers your entry point. Generex is retiring shares to pay the dividend Dilution FREE.
From Yesterday's PR “Lastly, it is important to note that if anyone sells their shares between now and the ex-date, which is expected to be two days after the pay date, the dividend shares will be transferred to the purchaser of your shares.”
Correct, I believe their biggest endeavor in India will be Solar, 2 clips in PR's include this:
now completed solar cell design with commercially economic power yield levels along with fixed component QD chemistry and plan to commence production of solar cells via a continuous, rapid feed flexographic based printing process as soon as the manufacturing facility in Assam is up and running
Display sector will be made in India also, however this could branch out to other OEM'S
Quantum Materials Corp, (OTCQB: QTMM) announced today that it has produced and is demonstrating to select customers a 100% cadmium-free 55 inch QDX™ quantum dot display technology that achieves an industry-leading 95% Rec. 2020 color gamut coverage. A display announcement up & beyond India could very well be in the works IMO.
Yep, Reorganizing the I-Box over the weekend along with understanding their advancements over the last several years brings confidence and clarity that JV "Qamronics" is ready to go on day 1 for end product. Everything looks in place for success.
Answering Questions: Generex retired an old debt of $3.1 million that has been carried on the books for 9 years, with the note holder opting to receive the full payment in Generex stock at $2.81 per share; these are restricted shares that will not be unrestricted for at least 6 months and are not eligible for the dividend. Similarly, if any other note holders convert their stock, those shares will also be restricted with the same restrictions. There are no features in any of Generex’s current notes that allow for automatic conversion to free-trading stock, as any such transaction requires a legal process to remove the “restricted” legend. Generex does not have an S1 nor an S3 filed with SEC at this time, which means that no free-trading stock has been granted to date. Plus, as previously reported, I am retiring the roughly 21 million “Pool Shares” such that the effect of the dividend on dilution is significantly minimized.”
You expressed some of my thoughts. For now the best thing going is India. It also seems like Steve has been operating on a shoestring budget to get to where we are now which is actually a good place with the Reactor QDX and other advancements. Reading Puravida's last post is inspiring that we now have a committed partner who can bring QMC's materials to fruition and help with the financing for further development. Yes it has been a long wait Decade 2 should be rewarding.
Generex Biotechnology Provides Guidance on 1:1 Stock Dividend
MIRAMAR, Fla., July 29, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Generex Biotechnology Corporation (www.generex.com) (OTCQB:GNBT) today provided guidance for investors on the company’s plans for the GNBT up-list to Nasdaq and the payment of the 1:1 share dividend to shareholders.
Joseph Moscato, Generex President & Chief Executive Officer stated, “Many thanks to our shareholders and interested parties for participating in our conference call last Thursday, July 25. Since then, I have received a number of calls pertaining to the 1:1 shareholder dividend, so I want to provide some clarity with this release. First, in regard to the timing of the dividend payment, please note that the dividend will be paid the day after Generex is up-listed to the Nasdaq stock exchange. I cannot provide a set date at this time, as our up-list application still needs to go through the review process at Nasdaq, which is expected to take 30 to 60 days.”
“Also, there seems to be confusion in the market based on a question that was asked on the conference call pertaining to dilution and free-trading stock. Please note the dividend will only be paid to shareholders in the float. Insiders will not be taking the dividend, as the management team has waived their rights to the dividend. As recently reported, Generex retired an old debt of $3.1 million that has been carried on the books for 9 years, with the note holder opting to receive the full payment in Generex stock at $2.81 per share; these are restricted shares that will not be unrestricted for at least 6 months and are not eligible for the dividend.
“Lastly, it is important to note that if anyone sells their shares between now and the ex-date, which is expected to be two days after the pay date, the dividend shares will be transferred to the purchaser of your shares.”
As I have said since our shareholders permitted us to clean up the company, I am committed to building the value of Generex and sharing our successes with our loyal shareholders through the payment of share dividends. This final 1:1 share dividend that will only be paid to shareholders but not insiders, is another demonstration of that commitment. We look forward to the next chapter of Generex on the Nasdaq national exchange.”
The full recording of the conference call , including the Q&A session is now available on the Generex corporate web site, and the transcript will be available later today.
Generex is winning, Nasdaq with shares, Acquisitions with potential and debt & books being addressed.
Don't worry about the semantics and fine tuning being outwardly portrayed. However it is good to directly challenge info that is presented in a negative light. What I said at the top of this post is much closer to reality. I invest for the long term not daytrade.
Thanks I appreciate that, QMC over the last 10 years has set up what is happening now. The Reactor, the Bayer Patents, The QDX and 100% Cadmium Free 95 Rec 2020 Display, the Roll to Roll Perovskite Solar. Its all together now Assam India Now the Rest of the World Later.
As I saw on DAY 1 when Dave (ddhawk) pointed me to Hague Corp. I saw a bright future and still do.
I also know with your past experience with the company you have met Steve and can verify the advancements over the years. It looks like we are closing in on revenue launch.
Lets try to get along, It's been a long journey for all of us invested or not
Welcome to the I-Hub board.
QMC Receives Initial License Fee From Amtronics India For Large Scale Quantum Dot Production in Assam India
& Expanding Project Scope From $20M to $70M Link
You are probably correct, glad to see someone besides my patient wife is keeping track. Hope you like the I-Box and the Licensing and Development with Amtronics, I sure do.
Some startups take ten years, I like the capacity of the Flow Reactor and from the sound of things later this year or early next year end product will be produced. Take a guess where the share price will head.
Thanks J great to see you
I think everyone is reading too much into a non event. Way too many positives.
The only shares sold were in the open market.
Good Point I have yet to see even a Form 4 or anything regarding this kind of activity that needs to be filed with the SEC.
Yep, As noted in the I-Box. Everything worth mentioning is now organized for Newbies and Longs. It all came together Link
How many License & Development Agreements have they signed? Quite a few people have been around as long as me Oh BTW..
Does it matter, how many times only dms can get away with those comments lol.
I am done in the I-Box and if India lives up to expectations we all as Investors will do just fine.
Getting a Share for buying shares before July 24th overrides anything else that can be posted here.
My Pleasure Bill/Got the Amtronic India and everything in place. We're closing in on liftoff nearly 10 years later. Things are FINALLY looking up.
Fully Updated and Ready to Go :)
Thanks for your response, the idea is to put the most relevant information at the top. Amtronics India LICENSE AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT ranks right up there as far as importance.
QMC & Assam India's License and Development Collaboration can be repeated anywhere in the world.
Getting things ready for the Next Decade, which should be great for Investors.
I misunderstood your post, I like moving the Shareholder Letter up Idea. Im pretty much done for now. Have a great weekend :)
Thanks, I am open to suggestions to get it correct. I am referring to the I-Box and not a post BTW
The Indian government has made a priority of putting in place multi-hundred gigawatt levels of renewable energy sources by the year 2025, of which a large percentage of that power generation is slated to be provided by solar. We believe that thin-film quantum dot solar is the best candidate for filling this mandated initiative due to its low capex and opex cost when compared to traditional PV/silicon based solar especially given the fact that India has placed a huge premium on domestically sourced goods as part of their "Make in India" program to promote domestic industries. To that end we have laid out a very comprehensive roadmap to providing this solution with a now completed solar cell design with commercially economic power yield levels along with fixed component QD chemistry and plan to commence production of solar cells via a continuous, rapid feed flexographic based printing process as soon as the manufacturing facility in Assam is up and running,” Squires continued. “Now that we have received this initial funding the next step is providing two large scale quantum dot reactors to establish QD production at the India facility to support the solar cell print line which we expect to receive a purchase order for this equipment in the next few weeks along with an 80% upfront payment. You can expect a series of announcements regarding this venture over the next 6 to 12 months in the form of interim updates and we look forward to sharing the progress of this exciting and forward-thinking project with all shareholders as it unfolds."
