Stay on your toes though.....go back and look at the charts and note the two huge spikes, note that it exploded in days with a massive spike for the day of the high. It can happen again....

So they aquired and Reactivates Scavenger Oil Recovery's Nitrogen Injection Technology.

And here is the part I like best.......

Scavenger Oil Recovery is forecasting significant oil revenue increases by the end of Q3 of 2010 for Pilgrim Petroleum through the use of Nitrogen injection in existing wells.

I don't think it will stop here, I bet there will be a PR each week on events. Something change in the relationship with ACLY and it will only mean good things here!

ACLY wouldn't be able to pay if PGPM stock goes up to bring us to ACLY like the original plan noted.

Good question.......but I think the share structure is tied up with and counted for from the conversion that is suppose to happen when we integrate or be transfered to ACLY once the shells problem get resolved with the SEC. ????

There has been no delusion nor 8K's showing that insiders have been buying or selling. Only us retail have been buying at low volumes every now and again.

This will move when we hear something about ACLY and how the lease(s) will be paid and delivered to us........and the eventual buyout that was originally planned.......or PGPM gets the leases back and the money from income back on their books........I think????

OR.....Ralph PR's like mad, shakes things up, sells the company, gets new partners or sub companies, actually hits oil/gas mother load, good reports of reserves from the geoligist....etc.

Now, something changed since he actually issued something, unlike before where he couldn't PR.....so what changed??? Or has nothing changed???

So to this point we are a year and a half almost of limbo as to what the companies are doing. Could be good but may be not so good. Don't want to give anyone hope here but.........it's seems to be hanging on since they are still there and have much potential to secede as a business...! Not a pump but something has got to happen with this scenario since at ACLY the SEC is stifling (correction ACLY is stifling) this fold over with the buyout.....It's beyond me.....No real info to base any logical input here!
