I do not trade my stock, as you know, and last I have certified, but I am curious as to the reason why?

I called on Friday, and spoke to #######??? He said there was an SEC reference 10b-5.

Do you have any knowledge? I also asked him if someone filed a FORM 211, and he said no, so how Sir, can Market Makers quote my Company stock?

Can I post a email between the SEC Corporate Action Attorney, and myself in 2018?

Is this permissible? I have worked for decades, and invested and lost $500,000 of my hard earned money buying ACCR 1998-PRESENT, buying into the carnage of the short selling back then. That was CRAZY!!!!!



But I found my FLORIDA STATUTE in 2012, and I held a Shareholders meeting in da Spring 2012,,,sent out my notices, advertising in 2 FL newspapers da meeting, got a Shareholders list from my TA, and sent out notices to everyone, including the crooked Preferreds that ACCR had - I changed my Articles of Incorporation....this takes YEARS TO ACCOMPLISH...,,,,and NO ONE SHOWED UP.....so I legally kicked out da old crooked board, and appointed myself Director of ACCR.

I am a very special case study.

They all offer private label services, so theoretically I could have a tincture bottle that says MyCBDPets.com on it, with all the nutritional information on the back of the packaging. The private label services cost a little more for the finished product, and require up front money. It took me about 24 hours to have a SIGNED CONTRACT as a distributor of one of the countries largest HEMP producers of various product.

I also found CBD dog/Cat treats and DOGGIE BISCUITs with 100% natural and organic CBD infused for your Pets.

For now, with my simplified website, business cards, I believe I can go to all businesses in my area, and SELL THIS PRODUCT.

I called FINRA yesterday, and the individual at Market Operations told me that there was a file that he could not open, and that there was a reference to an SEC file 10b-5 and that I should contact the SEC. The person at FINRA, and anyone can verify this info I guess, told me that my Company was in that reference, and that I should contact the SEC and OTC Markets, which I did yesterday.

I was reading the DD FRAUD (( Now SUPPORT )), see people change, something about a PINK NO INFORMATION is legal structure. We are setting a precedent, so I better not mess it up. I am a case study...lol.

Think about my SHORT COVERING THEORY....the volume yesterday, and all these new interested parties. Something good is up for my Shareholders.

On October 18, 2019, Access-Power, Inc. for the first time in Eighteen
years (18), is back on the Pick Sheet No Information tier again. This
represents a feat only accomplished by a handful of Companies. This
also represents an advisory for a VENUE CHANGE at OTC Markets.com.
I spoke with FINRA on Monday, and I left a message for at
OTC Markets.com and the SEC Section Chief, 11 - telecommunications,
as I am in the process of changing our section to Marijuana Services.

This is all happening so fast.

I have a plan.

Now that my #1 goal has been satisfied, my #2 goal is to save money.
My #3 goal will be to get current PINK INFORMATION CURRENT.

I am in contact for a personal loan in the amount of $5,000.00 - with

I will not use ACCR funds for this, and I am donating these funds once

I also have a poison pill plan in effect.

There will be no issuance of shares in 2019, and 2020. As Director
of ACCR, it is my fiduciary duty to report to my nearly six hundred
(600) shareholders. As I have no money at the moment, and ACCR only
has $1.48 in it's Premier Checking Account. As such, because of this
I am unable to at the MOMENT pay for audited financials. D

I still have a fiduciary duty to my Shareholders, and that is the
reason for my filings. I am the Director of Access-Power, Inc. and
we are actively looking for a merger deal.

For the time being, as mentioned, I aggresively plan to pursue
