I'm thinking someone just got greedy. Whatever it was people need to approach this one with couscous skepticism IMHO. If there was something in the works these errors in judgement could cause delays or possibly collapse the deals as they supposedly stand. Only time will tell.

Doesn't mean that none of the merger is possible but something sure does smell funny with this deal. Disappearing web info and all the rest of the BS deserve scrutiny and people should as aware of these issues just as the rest of the reports posted here. This isn't all sunshine so in fairness you should stop trying to squelch pertinent information. All just my opinion of course.

I thought anybody could sell, just not electronically. I had this issue once and called the trade in. It had to be handled physically at the trading desk

They have no other source of income other than selling stock. They can't get a investment banker to cough up a penny without something other than theory. leases, permits, research, testing etc all needs to happen before anyone has anything of value to chance putting any substantial cash into the hands of the people running this show. Until then expect lower PPS and continued dilution. All just strictly my opinion. Wouldn't be the first time I was wrong but can't see why it would be.

Use Google street view to see the locations. The Tampa location was a dump looking soft ice cream shop in a horrible location but maybe some cute crackheads, lol, will get some positive cash flow. Also check out their videos on YouTube and see their business plan of low dollar start-ups that go positive very shortly.
