Over the last 24 months, whenever the stock
has fallen under 0.10c,
it has gone back up, and above it.
If you buy 100,000 shares here at 0.017c, for $1,700,
when it hits 0.10c, your shares are worth $10,000.
Not bad !
Look at the weekly chart closely, and you'll see it doesn't take long for it to do it. From Januarys low, it took only 5 weeks.
The following two charts clearly show this.
Daily:

The company has a NEW and improved Web-site
http://www.intellectns.com/
They are making very good strategic moves in all directions lately.
The stocks price will soon follow !!!
FYI, on ILNS Article.
"According to BioMedReports, as the company eliminated and converted their debt, they issued millions of new shares, but
>>>>a vast majority of those shares are held by insiders who are subject to a one year lockup that expires on April 23, 2011 and prevents them from selling their shares."<<<<<<<<
Also,
"We believe that we have an approach that has the high potential to succeed because it targets a very primary point in Alzheimer's disease," said Dr. Daniel G. Chain Ph.D., Chairman and Chief Scientific Officer of ILNS. "We also believe that drugs which have the potential to slow down or arrest Alzheimer's disease are on the horizon now.
>>>>>We're much closer than we have been, previously."<<<<<<<
Chain's father, Ernst Chain M.D. discovered how penicillin could be used as a dramatically effective, life-saving antibiotic. For his work, the elder Chain shared the Nobel Prize with the better-known Dr. Alexander Fleming and Chain's head of department, Howard Florey in the 1940s.
Now, some of the biggest pharmaceutical companies in the world may help Dr. Chain become known as the scientist who discovered what may prove to be not just a treatment for the symptoms -- but a way to stop or even prevent -- Alzheimer's disease.
At 0.017c, ILNS stock is an investors opportunity of a lifetime !!!!
I am NOT a paid pumper.
I own shares myself, and am merely pointing out all the positives I can find, to educate those who may be doubting their own purchases, because the price isn't moving the way they want it too.
IMHO, we will be rewarded beyond our wildest imaginations !
Why, ILNS stock is a real bargain !
580 Million Outstanding
20 Million Float
(((((ILNS' float is only 3% of the Outstanding shares.))))))
We often hear of the term “Low Float” stocks. What does that mean and how can it relate to playing stock run-ups?
First lets define what the term “Low Float” means:
“Stocks that have a small percentage of their shares available for the public.”
Low float stocks is when a company’s float is small, say ten to twenty percent, which means there isn’t a big supply available for the public to buy and trade. If the float is being bought up the low float stock can move up fast. The same is true once the seller start selling the stock it will move down.
?Low Float stocks are attractive investment to make money when trading because these stocks can move quickly higher without any substantial institutional support. Most Low Float stocks are extremely volatile so you need take this into account before chasing them, as they can quickly move higher only to fall faster.
ILNS, and its "Float" explained
ILNS, currently has:
Outstanding Shares
580,720,990
Float
20,528,120
What does this mean?
"Shares outstanding" are the total number of shares that a publicly traded company has. These include shares owned by insiders and large institutions, plus "restricted" shares and the float.
The "float" represents the shares of the company that are "freely" tradable. Meaning, the shares other than those held by institutions or other owners totalling more than 5% of the company, restricted shares and insider holdings.
Now why is the "float" of only 20,528,120 important?
The smaller a float, the more volatile a stock can become. If a stock has one million shares in its float and announces really good news, the share price will soar due to their being hardly any shares in the float. If there are hardly any shares in the float, this means that shares are harder to buy and the price to buy shares will go up.
If a stock has a really big float, this would mean that the stock is prone to less explosive moves. A stock with a float of 100 million shares won't rise 100% in one day, but a stock with a float of 1 million shares could.
ILNS, Could be trading at $1.00 come January !!
Sounds hard to believe, I know.
But take it from someone with experience first hand.
I owned CTIC, KERX, ANPI, and ANSVQ, buying each for pennies in 2008 - 2009, using the following 3 year chart.
Just look at where these stocks highs have been over the last year.
Each of these stocks scared the daylights out of the holders, but, as you can see, they spelled goldmines for those who picked them up in the last quarter of 2008, and first quarter of 2009.
ILNS could well be the next to reward investors.
NO, I'm not a PUMPER.
Over the next weeks and months, ILNS has the potential to reach $1.00 near the end of the year, and in January of 2011.
Buy 100,000 shares now, at 0.0162c each, for $1,600, and just as the above mentioned stocks did, ILNS could be worth $100,000 in January, when it trades at $1.00

ILNS, will go above 0.10c
The following Weekly Chart clearly shows, that each time the stock fell under 0.10c, it recovered, and moved back above it.
0.10c seems to be somewhat of a "meaningful price level", for this stock.
ILNS Weekly Chart:

I see no reason to think that it won't happen again.
In January of this year, the stock fell below the key support of 0.05c, making a low of 0.025c. The stock then went to a high of 0.21c just 3 months later, and went above 0.10c in just 5 weeks.
Currently, the stock has made a weekly low of 0.012c, having broke the key support of 0.025c set in January.
This stock has a very good chance to be above 0.10c in the next several weeks !

I find out what the "CPSV" ( cash per share value ) is on a stock,
and start to accumulate when the price per share is under the CPSV.
NVLT has a "CPSV" of 0.04c - 0.06c, depending on where you look for it. I use Scottrade and Yahoo.
I want to buy a stock on a break of a key support level too.
NVLT fell below 0.094c, and made a low at 0.04c in mid-August, which is the low of the CPSV of 0.04c - 0.06c range.

The BIG question is, are you a trader, or an investor, or both?
Today is a good opportunity for both traders and investors.
If I bought 100,000 shares at 0.002c and the stock is at 0.025c today, I'm gonna sell, take my profits, and wait for another opportunity to buy it back at a lower price, and buying more shares.
This and other stocks reverse and lose 50% or more of the advance they make.
If I made $3,000 today, or more, do I really want to see it drop $1,500, or more, tomorrow? No way!
I could be wrong, but I would not be surprised to see a HUGE DUMP of shares here soon, as the profiteers start to run for the exit !
Smart money always takes their profits when they have the opportunity.
The greedy person, who is not smart, will think that they will see the stock go higher today, or tomorrow if it pulls back at the close.
You will never regret taking a profit,
you will however, regret missing out on a profit,
when this goes all the way back down.
Take your profit.
I had to learn this the hard way.
I don't want to see it happen to you or anyone else.
Take your profit now..
I could be wrong and it could go to 0.03c
but I've seen enough of these to know that they reverse quickly.
Take your profits now, and run !!!
or, see them evaporate by tomorrow.
ARGC, has seen it's high for the day.
0.024c was the top.
It's on the way down.

The BULLISH "HAMMER" Pattern:
The Bullish Hammer Pattern, Sept. 7th, is a significant candlestick that occurs at the bottom of a trend or during a downtrend and it is called a hammer since it is hammering out a bottom.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=ILNS&p=D&yr=0&mn=1&dy=0&id=p53761431598
Explanation:
The overall direction of the market is bearish, characterized by a downtrend. Then the market opens with a sharp sell off,
Sept. 7th, implying the continuation of the downtrend. However, prices suddenly turn upwards, the sell-off is quickly abated and bullish sentiment continues during the day with a closing price at or near to its high for the day which causes the long lower shadow. Apparently the market fails to continue in the selling side. This observation reduces the previous bearish sentiment causing the short traders to feel increasingly uneasier with their bearish positions.

Q & A:
Edurk, if I recall, some of your messages in the past have been very positive about CCTC and some have been very negative.
Q:So, just to clarify, what if your prognosis for CCTC?
A:Intermediate-Term, I'm expecting the stock to move above the previous high of 0.42c that was set in mid-February. Short-Term, I'm expecting a new low under the 52-week low of 0.034c.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=CCTC&p=D&yr=1&mn=0&dy=0&id=p46523702812
Q:Do you think it is going to be a winner or a loser?
A:Depends on where a person buys the stock. It's a winner if you sell it above where you buy it. CCTC has been a winner and a loser, for the last 8-months. Depends if you are a trader or a long-term investor, in this or in any stock.
Q:Are you currently invested in it?
A:No. I sold my shares at 0.06c in early July. I'm watching it, and waiting to buy it back.
Thanks, knowing that will help interpret your posts.
