This little penny could surprise the street with a BIG Bull Run
All the Necessary Pieces Could be in Place for a High Flying Rally that Could Begin Tomorrow!
Good Evening!
Tomorrow's Hot Penny is a health services company with a chart that's flashing all the classic signs that indicate a possible strong, bullish upswing could begin as soon as tomorrow!
Over the last six weeks, this penny play has printed a textbook rounded bottom pattern, the kind I love to see in a stock – one of the true money-making formations!
Volume is rising – heavily favoring a possible BULL move! NOTE: Only 7% of all turnover in the last month has been on downside days, and the accumulation has increased in just about every trading session!
MACD has already been positive for awhile, but the price action is only now starting to get interesting. This may make the amateurs scratch their heads, but you and I know this is a strong sign of a possible bullish divergence...indicating that this stock could have a LOT of buying momentum saved up – just waiting for the right moment to soar!
A rounded bottom and a bullish divergence – just like this penny possess – says a BIG BOUNCE could be brewing!
And given the sheer length of the base we're looking at, that Big Bounce could come TOMORROW!
The full alert will be emailed to you right at the opening bell. But the best news is you don't have to wait! You can read it right at the opening bell if you go straight to My Daily Alert Page at 9:30 am sharp!
See you on the boards!

This Under-a-Dime Health Stock is Revving Up its Engine for a Possible Breakout TOMORROW!
Good Afternoon Hideout Traders,
My next alert is for a health services company with a chart that's flashing all the classic indicators for a possible strong rally – which could begin as soon as tomorrow!
Listen to this...over the last six weeks, this true penny play has printed a textbook rounded bottom pattern, the kind I love to see in a stock – one of the true money-making formations!
Volume is also rising – heavily favoring a possible strong BULL move!
AND NOTE THIS: Accumulation is increasing in just about every trading session!
The MACD has already been positive for awhile, but the price action is only now starting to tighten up.
Now this may make the amateurs scratch their heads, but you and I know this could be a strong sign of a possible bullish divergence...indicating that this stock could have a LOT of buying momentum saved up – just waiting for the right moment to soar — which may come tomorrow!
So make sure you have your browser pointed to our "Hot Stock Alert" page at the market open or better yet, visit with me live in our stock chat room to hear all the details as this stock appears ready to move into a major price correction.

Then prove it !
Back-up your claim.
Don't say something, without proving it.
Where is your "link".
Show us the information.
According to BioMedReports,
as the company ( ILNS ) eliminated and converted their debt, they issued millions of new shares, but a vast majority of those shares are held by insiders who are subject to a one year lockup that expires on April 23, 2011 and prevents them from selling their shares.

"Float" is the number of shares actually available for trading in the open market.
"Float", is the number of shares after "restricted shares" are removed from the "outstanding shares".
"Restricted shares", the shares issued to insiders, favored parties, and employees, have certain restrictions in terms of ownership, and when and how they can be sold.
To understand "float", you need to understand "authorized shares", "treasury shares", "outstanding shares" and "restricted shares".
"Authorized shares", are the total number of shares authorized by shareholders.
Companies do not issue all authorized shares, and they retain some in treasury, which are called "treasury shares".<
The "issued shares", constitutes "outstanding shares".
To take a hypothetical company which derives its income from trading, advertising, sponsorships and strategic investments in start ups.
Authorized shares= 25 million
Treasury shares= 5 million
Outstanding shares= 20 million
Restricted shares= 10 million
Float= 10 million
What is important to you is "the float" figure. That indicates actual stock under market circulation.
Float information is dynamic, and the figure changes often, and different sites follow different updated schedules, so you might find different figures for float.
IHUB, currently posts a 20M "float".
Yahooo, currently posts a non-updated "float" of 570M.
Hope this clears things up.
ILNS, has a 20M "float".
GO ILNS !!!!
GLTA,
edurk
Where do you see, that the company increased their authorized shares to 2 Billion ?
"the company can increase their authorized shares to 2,000,000,000 while the volume dramatically increases and the stock price dramatically decreases, while the float remains the same, you are delusional and frankly a little inexperienced."
This board is very quiet.
If you want to see a board that's not quiet, go to KBLB.
You made the claim that ILNS's float was not 20Million, and now you say you don't know what the float is.
So, you are the one who is making claims, that you can't back-up.
The board has posted a 20M float.
I have no reason to dispute that information.
Until I can find an amount that is different, 20M is the current float.
As for the stock trading at such a low price with such a low float, it is entirely possible for this to be the case.
Two questions for you....
1. Suppose you tell the board then, just exactly what is the current "float" for ILNS, if it's not 20Million as the board has posted, and supply us with a Link to support your facts, and...
2. Why would you not buy a stock, just because one person thinks that the stock will move up sharply, but they post so much, that that is a good reason not to buy it.
We ALL, anxiously await your reply, Mr. Papi Shasho, if you dare.
Entirely possible, that ILNS "could",
repeat >>>>> "Could", go to over $1.00 !!!
KBLB, with 523M shares outstanding, and 198M shares float, went from 0.01c, 9-weeks ago, July 26th, to close at 0.22c yesterday, Friday,September 24th.
ILNS, with 580M shares outstanding, and only 20M shares float,
is trading at Fridays close of 0.015c.
If KBLB can go from 0.01c to .22c with a 198M float, one has to wonder, what price will ILNS go to, having only a 20M float !

ILNS, has a "float" of 20Million shares.
Why is the "float" important?
The smaller a float, the more volatile a stock can become. If a stock has one million shares in its float and announces really good news, the share price will soar, due to their being hardly any shares in the float. If there are hardly any shares in the float, this means that shares are harder to buy, and the price to buy shares will go up.
If a stock has a really big float, this would mean that the stock is prone to less explosive moves. A stock with a float of 100 million shares won't rise 100% in one day, but a stock with a float of 1 million shares could.

Re: None Post # of 701
I picked up 600,000 shares so far today...
Based on the CEO speaking tonight. I'd expect a nice bump over the next 2-4 weeks, but after that it will come back down to Supply vs Demand, so don't expect to see me bullish on this stock much farther out than that. Should be a very nice short-term trade - people should keep buying up this stock under .02 --- nice stack of MM's on the Bid as well now.
At the time of his post on Sept. 14th, the stock was at 0.019c

Good morning, ILNS holders !!
This is going to be a great week(s)!
Anyone who had bought shares under 0.02c over the last 5-weeks, will now see their money double at a bare minimum, and should see it even quadruple in either 4 or 5 days if the volume and NEWS is good, and the stock makes what I believe will be several large spikes, or 3-more weeks, if it chooses to move up slowly.
Intermediate resistance is at 0.04c. Once the stock moves above that, strong momentum will push the pps higher quickly.
In either case, you can now begin to look forward to gains, because the selling is now done, IMO.

Mick1: This is soley my opinion, but,
it is shared by many Stock Technicians.
The price of any stock reflects all that is known by "the Market".
The stock market is a forecasting mechanism.
It is a forward looking mechanism.
It looks ahead 6-9 months in advance.
So everything that is known about a company is reflected by the price of the companies stock.
I believe very strongly, that the price of ILNS stock, currently at 0.017c, already reflects all the bad news, all the dilution, all the "everything" that you could possibly be worried about.
Market Makers have played their role in determining the correct valuation of the stock, by driving it down to almost ZERO, leaving it at a low equal to it's CPSV (Cash per share value) of 0.01c (This is shown under Fundamentals on any Scott Trade Account). This is also where I like to buy a stock . Near, or under it's CPSV. Especially Penny Stocks.
In summation, ILNS stock price is now ready to move up to levels that will fully reflect the good news that is also known by the market, looking ahead 6-9 months down the road. This news will most likely be seen in the up coming Financial Reports, 10Q, etc.
Hope this helps.
GLTA,

Mick1: Thanks for this post.
Personally, I agree wholeheartedly, that this stock is going to fly.
In fact, I can see a very strong possibility of this stock making a run this week, or next, over 4 or 5 days, and hitting 0.10c
Technically speaking, from all the chart analysis I have done, along with all the screens I've run, on finding stocks that are ready to run, ILNS is ripe to move up any day.
My #1 reason for looking at ILNS, was the fact that it went under the January pivot and, long-term support, of 0.025c.
I study Wave Theory as well, and ILNS has completed all the formations under that Theory.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=ILNS&p=D&yr=1&mn=0&dy=0&id=p80915280543
The RSI, at this very point, is revealing to me, that ILNS is ready to advance to the upper 70-90 level.
Using the 6-month Pivot of April's high of 0.21c, Retracement Theory objectives would indicate a minimum of 38%, or 0.0798c, and a 50% Retracement of 0.105c, for logical price targets.
Since the corrective phase of the last bullish move is now complete, one can expect that this next bullish phase could unfold in one of 2 ways. Either, it will be a long, drawnout climb, or it will be a very quick succession of big spikes up.
Personally, I believe we will see the later.
