Of course, you realize no one can screen it until the editing stage is completed? This is not good--its going to take longer to edit than it did to film the actual movie.
Just use the summer to accumulate while its very quiet. Should be some good news coming out of the fall film festivals. No imminent news on the short term will move this thing, IMO.
I asked James yesterday how long til SIIR is finished editing, he said a couple of months.
You must have bought mine--CHUMP! This is a good entry point, though. Should be some growth in the coming months.
It will be finished editing in a couple of months just in time to be screened and hopefully sold at the Venice film festival.
No problem..their PR's are all over the place with conflicting information.
Are you sure? Do you have any evidence of that? ATIN was screened at Cannes last year. How were they selling a movie that didn't even exist? Just curious.
"I think the basic flow of ownership starts with Nina Gotova as the original owner of McSmoothies".
Playstk--I reckon that Nina is a relative of Agata (star of SIIR and host of autograph).
Also, I think you meant to say that this was the second trip to Cannes to market All That I Need, not SIIR as it was filmed in 2006.
Its a partnership with TKO, the MMA organization out of Canada.
It's going to difficult, but not impossible for IPRE to survive this RS. The only thing going for them is the fact they could potentially have some very good PR's over the next 3 months. Best case scenario is that they complete SIIR, and screen it at the Venice Film Fest and create a bidding war for the film. Also, I am looking for updates on Never Submit which has strong potential depending on which MMA stars they can land.
OT: chiphldr--THANKS for all your hard work <e>
Pimpin', how would you feel about having institutional investors in this stock?? I welcome the stability. IMO, they were approached by MULTIPILE large investors who want in but won't touch sub penny stocks out of principle.

No need to get angry, just pointed out that you are struggling financially right now. You are angry and frustrated right now, I understand. I've been there. Trust me on this, YOU WILL bounce back. Cut your losses if you must and move on. DON"T HARP on your failures.
GLTY!!
It doesn't matter--can't sell shares for one year.
For someone like you, I'm sure it is.
Mr. SFTV himself.
Perhaps this came about because Ken was approached by several large investors or institutional investors at Cannes who are interested in investing in IPRE but will not touch a subpenny stock. Just trying to think of a positive scenario among all the gloom and doom.
It all depends on the company--most institutional investors won't even look at penny stocks.
Listen, PPS is all based on the market cap and number of OS. Why couldn't a independant film co. trade at $100. if they had 20M shares.
I think that is mostly a psychological phenomena--the average small investor would rather invest in a penny stock because he can buy more shares than a better stock trading at a dollar or two--don't really understand the thinking there.
I'm not ticked..just provide evidence that the film's budget was 8M and not 2.7.
Why not just be a stand up person and admit you were wrong...otherwise please provide a link.
NINAVEST...now do you believe me that SIIR cost 2.7M to produce???
No, its about right. We'll know more when the movie is finished editing and its screened.
bzzzzzzz! Wrong! 2-6M is for FOREIGN sales, thats not counting domestic sales plus DVD, tv, etc and mobile. IPRE valued the film at 10-20M.
'nana, nothing rattles your cage! Your generation is rock solid.
I wonder if they will attract a different class of investors with a higher share price, plus the possibility of institutional investors.
Take a wild guess!! People run when they hear reverse split.

I think it will be closer to 5-8M after doing a little research. Now, they could easily gross 20M when you include international distr., DVD and cable/TV sales.
"When you are good, you are good". I have a good feel for this stock.

They are all POS's down here Dave, if you havent learned that yet, you will. Each dog has their day and their run and then return to oblivion. Just enjoy it while it lasts and secure profits.
Enough bear claws and elephant ears to feed a pack of hungry lions
I'll bet dollars to donuts ,that you are a broke, 25 year old living in mom's basement!!!

OT: How was shuffleboard today? Take anybody's money, you 'ole ringer?
Accumulate now, while its still under the radar.
That movie was a disaster..lets put that one behind us. It was expected to generate 22M and did less than 100k. I"m in this because of SIIR and Never Submit. (ok..I admit, and because of Whiskers, too
Good thinking...the things is, once we get through these slow months, there is so much going on in the fall. Never Submit and SIIR will both be promoted at up to 4-5 film festivals. I think there will be a steady flow of positive, momenutum building PR"s with actual revenue #'s for 3 months starting around Aug/Sep. The runup should be monumental if you can hold and accumulate through the summer.
