A SeaCow with fat pockets.
What do you get when you cross a 'Cow with a SeaLion??? A rich investor, thats what. Your wealth could come in the form of "Whiskers".
Ask James.
James and Kenny would have to ingest A LOT of stupid pills to not make 30-50M on these films, especially with the talent already hired for cinematography, etc.
Braden, you are correct though, if any of the 4 movies hit it big the stock will explode.
no, braden, we dont keep all the revenue from these movies, just a percentage. For example, ATIN was just 40%.
Whiskers + Never Submit + Autograph + SIIR + ATIN DVD sales = 30M in potential revenue for IPRE over the next 12-16 months. Not bad for a subpenny, with 3M market cap.
no, charlie, James is the man when it comes to making a high quality film on MMA. Not too many directors share his contacts and experience.
you are 3 days old..welcome to IHUB. You are in for a real treat.
Never been through a RS either. I think its going to be a rocky road until fall when they screen SIIR at all the upcoming film festivals. Best case scenario is that it is well received and they can get a bidding war going. Coupled with positive news on Never Submit, I think the stock will do well from Sept.-Dec.
500M AS. 2M OS.
The AS is at 500M so that they can issue restricted shares (can't hit market for one year) to pay for services, mergers, etc.
no its a positive...people will like the fact that the OS is only 2M and that the AS is 500M without any dilution for one year.
How about you start doing a little thinking for yourself? IN your 83 years on earth, I'm sure you've learned how to think for yourself and not depend on others.
SIIR has already been paid for and financed from the Reg D offering to accredited investors.
Banana, when its all said and done, your wealth might come in the form of a seal. (hint, hint: Whiskers) <smile>
You asked what major PR's would be coming in the next couple of months, so I'm trying to point you in the right direction. SIIR will finish being edited by the the major film festivals in the fall, and will most likely be screened there. An ensuing bidding war, could be positive for PPS.
Also, Never Submit will begin filming late summer/early fall so we'll some major announcements concerning which MMA fighters will be a part of the movie.
Thats 2 potential big time movies.
It's been professionally appraised at 15M, that includes foreign distribution (2.5M-6.5M), US Distribution (similar #'S), DVD sales, cable and TV contracts plus mobile downloads.
Banana--honest question: Have you done ANY DD on this stock at all? If so, what is the extent of your research on SIIR and the fall film festivals? Not picking on you, just curious.
I think Ken wants another fall run like when ATIN premiered. It will have to go to about 20/share to be fair market value, IMO of course!
I"d say a valued based investor would find a stock with 2M OS and 20-40M in potential revenue attractive. Especially if it had a 3M market cap.
I've read every PR released by the company--its all in there!!
What did you like about it, 'nana?
ATIN DVD sales + Autograph TV series== current revenue streams. They will soon announce foreign distribution for ATIN DVD and possibly domestic TV, cable sales for ATIN.
http://colourstv.olympusat.com/ Looks like it airs about 4-5 times a week.
Autograph airs NOW on the Colours TV network on DirecTV. Thats current and recurring revenue.
See my previous post about their TV show, Autograph. Already making money on that, already making money on DVD sales of All That I Need...should I continue. Are you sure you did your DD? Not picking on you, just asking.
For people wondering where they will get money for Never Submit and other films.
Already generating recurring revenue streams with Autograph TV series.

The company’s domestic distributor, Karma Media, estimates the Dish Network deal to be worth between $200,000 and $900,000 per year by itself, depending on how many days per week the show will run, which is yet to be determined. The contract calls for a minimum of once per week for 52 weeks. Karma Media will continue to develop distribution outlets for “Autograph‿, including other satellite distribution systems such as DirecTV, and blocks of traditional network broadcasters.
"Autograph" (www.autograph.tv), starring Agata Gotova, is Soleil Films' celebrity profile series that interviews classic stars of Hollywood, who each tell their own story, with the aid of clips from their filmographies.
The first season of Autograph includes exclusive in depth interviews with Janet Leigh, Ben Kinglsey, Robert Duvall, Bo Derek, Martin Landau, Michelle Phillips, David Carradine, and 15 other stars. “Autograph‿, which has never aired in the United States, is the winner of the New York Festival's bronze medal 2002 for Best Biography Profile. Its debut episode on Janet Leigh received a Globe Gold Award from the International Media Festival in 2003.
Care to explain how a 15M movie that is already paid for can vanish into thin air?? This should be good--lets hear it, Tanail.
13.00 x 2M OS== 26M . SIIR already professionally appraised at 15M. x 10 multiple. Is this a 100 dollar stock?????
Wow.
Looking for $13.00/PPS by September after SIIR is screened at the Venice Film Festival and a bidding war ensues. Should have more details on Never Submit by then as well.
Its not even 8am yet in Hollywood, 'nana.
We already had our sales report PR, won't see any deals until fall on SIIR, IMO. Hopefully, we'll get a spike when they announce the cast for Never Submit.
What do you mean by a UFC deal?? Its likely Georges St. Pierre (who fights in UFC) will have a part in the movie, maybe that is what you were thinking of.
Its actually TKO--an organization out of Canada.
I wonder if it would have been a good idea to PR that it had been professionally appraised at 15M.
Thanks,,thats All That I Need(ed) to hear.
Just copy and paste it and delete your email address. I"m sure James won't mind.
If you fry it and season it right, it makes a decent sandwich.
