bizarre! Even the same wording!
cdex related
golly whiz, capnwow ... four posts, count them 1, 2, 3, 4 ... all in a row from you to me.
And since they and you are so completely cdex related, that makes this post (in reply) cdex related.
You know ... you've never answered a single question I've put to you. They've run the gamut, as I'm sure you've noted, from your "insightful" posts about Louise Mulroy and the competition a little British company fears from the likes of bigg badd cdex (which followed -- or did it precede? -- a libelous accusation), to your links to posts of someone named zho (who thought your efforts very amusing, btw), to (much earlier) your reluctance (refusal) to ask hard questions of malcbaby (a refusal no one thought amusing, since you pummeled his predecessors with so many hard hitting letters -- it just didn't make any sense why you would stop with Baker et al), to how much you're now being compensated for your very hard work on cdex's behalf (it must have taken a bundle to bring you out of a well earned retirement, after your work was done -- medical expenses fully paid, mayhap, as a little dividend).
Why is it that you never answer any direct questions put to you by me or others? I could make a fairly educated guess but it would be much more enlightening to hear it from the horse's mouth.
You know, capnwow, my 'puter guru knows his way around 'puters and cyberspace -- even more than you, if you can believe that! Maybe I should ask him to do some informal seek and find. He's done that for me in the past and with just a few keystrokes come up with some amazing information.
Alternatively, you could start being a little less disingenuous.
oh pooh ... and here I thought I'd won the lottery!
well, I did, Madrid version.
Time to go see my 'puter guru. He used to be chief 'puter scientist or something, whatever the term of art, for the CIA and I don't think there's a bug he can't find and fix/zap. He's said hacker/virus problems have increased exponentially in the past few years.
I keep tellng him all I want is for my computer to work like a telephone or radio -- you pick up the receiver (turn it on) and it works right til you hang up (turn it off).
I guess I'll pass on contacting los dos senores.
ot crow ...
I think you've posted that you've gotten something like this ... my question to you is WHERE/HOW did they get my e-mail address (or was it just a lucky hit and it's gone to a kazillion other e-mail addresses?)
Gotta admit, though ... this is more plausible, but not by much, than a long dead sultan or whatever naming me as his sole heir!
Suppose I wrote Sr. Daniel Delgado Maria or Sr. Nacho asking for just a mite more information ... what would happen then?

If he was from Detroit ...
he sure travelled a long way to attend spie in San Diego.
But then he had a lot to be concerned about so whatever time it took out of his otherwise busy schedule was prolly worth it. Expenses fully paid, and then some, nae doot.
You know, I've often wondered if capndawow's expenses to the same venue were also paid. And if so, by whom.
too bad
rb has never "corrected" whatever problems they had in keeping up ALL posts. They were supposed to be put back in three months or so, I think ... longest 3 months in recorded history. Three and a half years long, as a matter of fact!
You don't remember sstone? He was one of the self-styled (or handsomely paid) thugs -- I mean guards -- at spie 2000 (or was it 2001 ... really can't remember ... the one where capnwow supped with the "renowned Dr Blair"). His (sstone's) job was to make sure no one got too close to the loch display booth.

Ontheegde/Robert, sir yes you are absolutely correct this is a message board
where information is exchanged and questions are asked. Since you have on
many occasions asked CiscoKidd, where and how he became involved in Loch, I
would like to ask you the same but in a different format. I have no proof
that this handle you post under means you are the same person who has
assisted Loch in the past, so again these are questions and not statements.
However if you would admit to being the same person that would be helpful,
as I would be willing to share more information and questions.
1. Are you currently employed as a broker working small-cap issues?
2. Have you ever promoted Loch as a "buy" via the telephone for your
company?
3. Did you take it upon yourself to contact Baker via telephone in late 99',
and inform him that you could assist with fundraising?
4. Did you not receive a 5% to 7% fee from Baker, for private placements?
Were these fees paid in free-trading stock, restricted stock, or cash?
5. Do you still have clients that are waiting on their stock certificates
from Loch?
6. Did you not participate and raise funds for Loch on 4 different
occasions?
7. How many times did you sit in with TB and friends to discuss promoting
Loch's share price via message boards?
8. In what month did certain private placement holders, contact you
regarding their investment and the rash of negative information but you
informed them everything was ok and you assured them that B&B were men of
the highest integrity and that upon receiving their private placement
shares, if they wanted out you would make sure they would be out with a
profit?
9. Based upon the above did you not inform management that certain plays of
stock would be beneficial to all, like a 3 for 1 stock offering?
10. Did you not meet MP when he was under a consulting agreement with Loch?
11. Did you not bring certain private placement holders from Loch into CDEX
with assurances, that their money would be better protected with this team
as they were men of the highest integrity?
12. Did you not know in advance before any other shareholder that Loch, was
going under the scope of the SEC? Based on that did you not sell shares and
inform other's that it's time to sell?
13. Did you at any time inform certain members of Loch that you would assist
in selling their shares with private placements?
On a final note could you please look over one of my earlier posts addressed
to you about the conflict of interest that you would have regarding a suit.
Thank You
whatever, "hi c" ...
In any case, not too clever of you to try to label me a creative e=mail writer, as you did. Pretty lame, as a matter of fact.
kapeesh? (tm diddy)
Maybe? C'mon, "high c" ... no maybe about it.
btw, how's your investigation of Roths coming along?
And oh, you're wrong, this ISN'T a whole nother world and company at all. Plus ca change, leopard and spots, frying pan and fire, and all that.
hi, high c ...
Are you suggesting that I made up those e-mails? that they were never sent or received? that I was never in touch with Dr. Zovko?
Is that what you're suggesting?
"Do you want to see the e mails I exchanged with Saddam Hussein in 2002.
I can type whatever I want also."
It certainly sounds like that's eggzackly what you're suggesting.
But that's okay, high c ... you don't need to answer if you don't want to.
high c isn't too deep or careful a thinker, xenophon.
Be gentle with him.
Just terrific thinking, high c ...
"1,731 pages of documents responsive to ASD, Request for Production, none of which contain up-to-date technical documents or specifications for the accused device"
Wouldn;t you think cdex would produce up-to-date information when they're requested (or would that be required?) to? If they don't, they'd not only be obstructing justice but in contempt, right?
Is this what cdex patent lawyers "know they can get away with" -- both obstruction of justice and contempt?
That doesn't speak too well of cdex patent lawyers, does it? But of course, cdex patent lawyers can only produce what their client gives them to produce. Guess where the buck stops, and it's not with the lawyers.
"getting nervous ... sounds to you like ... seeking support ..."
You really aren't too bright, are you?
btw, did you read my post of Zovko communiques? Did you enjoy them and did they make you very very happy?
rotten ... Dr Wade looks as if he;s gained a litle weight since the Capitol steps demo. Nervous eating syndrome?
Oh for goodness sake, arloco ...
cdex is inhibiting ... is that the same as obstructing justice?
withholding answers to interrogatories and failing to timely produce relevant documents,...
CDEX has produced 1,731 pages of documents responsive to ASD, Request for Production, none of which contain up-to-date technical documents or specifications for the accused device.
Maybe canpwow can supplement with his incredible research, and thereby clarify, the legal situation here.
You know, high c, it wasn't very hard at all to find these e-mails (extraneous or self-evident parts deleted). They were right at the start of a fairly hefty assortment of stuph I have. These were written in Sept 2000.
Enjoy.

>Dear Dr. Nikola Zovko:
>
>I have been interested in Loch Harris, Inc. for over a year, an interest initially created by its highly publicized efforts to use its ELF technology to eliminate landmines. In March of this year I sold shares I bought on the open market in 1999; ... negative publicity about the company and some unexplained "anomalies" in its SEC filings have made me extremely cautious. Thus this e-mail.
>
>In a September 6, 2000 press release (PR) carried on Business Wire, it is noted that Rodney Boone, President and CEO of Loch Harris, mentioned on a national (USA) radio talk show "plans to return to Croatia for further validation [of ELF] in the next few weeks." To me, the implication is that your Institute is to be involved, as it was earlier this year. This is not the first I have heard of the company's plans to return to Croatia, but it is the first time it has been officially announced in a company PR.
>
>Can you confirm (or deny) that such a return trip is indeed planned for testing in your Institute, and if so, when? What will be the testing parameters? That is, how will the "validation" differ from the earlier tests -- are laboratory or field tests anticipated, or both? Who will witness the tests?
>
>If your Institute is not involved, are you aware of another venue?
>
>Furthermore, it is rumored that Mr. V. Valkovic resigned from Cromac under a cloud of suspicion regarding preferential shares of Loch Harris stock he received in connection with his earlier participation in RBI testing of ELF. Is this rumor true? If so, can you indicate the impact this had on the scientific community in Croatia and on your Institute? I have to believe it was serious. (If you do not want to discuss the fall-out, I will understand, since it may have nothing directly to do with Loch Harris.)
>
>Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule for my questions. I very much look forward to hearing from you.
>
>Cordially,
>
>
(his reply:)
I have no any idea about the return of Mr. ELF to Rudjer Boskovic for "further tests". It may be elswhere.
I would also like to add that the "job" done by Mr V. Valkovic in our Institute was his private and it was
ilegal to use the name of the Institute for publicity of the demonstration. In short: the Institute Ruder
Boskovic does not stand scientifically behind that demonstration. The rumor you maintained is true.
I have a copy of an e-mail in which Mr. Valkovic resigned from CROMAC and appologized to people there.
It is true that "jobs" like that of Mr. Valkovic cause damage to the reputation of the Institute if done in the
name of the Institute! This is not the case! There is no slightest indication of some collaboration agreement
between RBI and LOCH HARRIS. Therefore, the case Valkovic is, for the beginning, under consideration by
the Ethical Commitee of our Scientific Council. I also did the necessary steps outside the Institute.
I understand your worries and thank you for asking those questions. I have to protect the image of
our Institute and the ethics of our scientists from singular cases like this one that happened.
Sincerely, Nikola Zovko.
(followed by this exchange -- read them in reverse:)
It seems that this will be a "continuing story", true?
Unfortunately, the info's we exchanged represent only the top of an eisberg!
Valkovic has been working in Huston, Texas, then shortly at RBI, then he left
for IAEA (Internat. At. En. Agency). After 8 (or 7?) years spent there he came back to RBI.
Now he has a postgraduate student and a technician attached to him. Officially he is
now even not the had of a laboratory, although he once had one before he left the Institute.
Certainly, he is not a chairman at RBI of any kind.
Finally, whatever I wrote to you including this message of today, is thruth. So, you are allowed
to use those informations. Sincerely, Nikola Zovko
>Dear Dr. Zovko:
>
>I apologize for imposing on you again, but I have just reread the following
>PR (dated June 24, 1999), cut and pasted here in its original form, complete
>with typos. I had read it last year but didn't remember it in detail. In
>light of subsequent revelations about Mr. V. Valkovic, I would appreciate it
>very much if you would comment on it, to the extent you feel you can. My

>AUSTIN - Renowned physicist Dr. Henry Blair introduced the new ELF landmine

>was also within his official capacity as Chairman of the Institute.

>Secondly, I find the wording in the next sentence to be very loose, vague
>and ambiguous: It suggests that Mr. Valkovik had the authority to speak for

You've got it wrong, high c ...
clowns like me will go out of their way to find the truth.
bigg difference.
of course you weren't "seeking proof" -- that would cut too close to the quick for you.
diddy ...
and the capper was how effective nigel and tommy were in promoting it all.
high c ...
tomorrow if I feel like it I'll post my e-ms to Dr. Zovko and his in reply.
Will that make you very very happy?
But you're right ... I didn't own this stock when they were written. Had already been there done that. Our correspondence was in the spring or early summer 2000.
diddy ...
and it was this that Dr. Zovko EXPLICITLY denied:
Boone said tests in Croatia, which had been expected this month, had been delayed partly by extreme weather conditions and partly by the country's recent elections. &uot;Croatia's Rudjer Boskovic Institute has indicated that a mid-February date is likely for controlled laboratory tests, to be followed shortly afterward by the field tests.&uot;
Or actually to be more precise, he denied that the RBI was in any way to be involved. He also had a few comments about RBI's involvement with the January 2000 tests in the first place.
I still have the e-mail he sent in reply to one I sent him about this very subject.
(Furthermore, I believe the GAO wasn't happy with the way this PR was worded.)
I haven't kept up with posts ... what made you bring this up?
hi, high C ...
how's your investigation of the beauties of roths coming along?
Meantime, back at the ranch
capnwow (whose work was done how long ago?) wastes everyone's time.
reminds me of the other kid "and others" who filibustered their way through the night.
Has anyone but paige responded to any of capnwow's "research" to thank him for his remarkable efforts to find hidden gems? Oh yes, moonie has, ever so courteously.
oh dear ... clozer and moonie are at each other's throats.
theater of the absurd, all of it.
Dr. Wade Poteet, formerly of etc etc seems to have put on a few pounds since last seen publicly.
Has anyone considered contacting the Tucson PD and the author of the article for some follow-up questions and comments?
Has anyone been to the co's lab (or whatever it is) to chat with people there? I recall that visitors were absolutely not welcome in the daze. Has that all changed? Granted, no one would be permitted past certain doors, but certainly there would be someone available to answer some questions.
Alternatively, any questions could be held back until next year's sh'holder meeting. That will give plenty of time to see how things develop.
"Ain't no telling whoall has his back."
Right.
I wonder who his accountant is.
Ah, diddy ...
capnwow's "promotional skills" ... haven't heard that expression used in a long time.
Nigel and tommy also had some "promotional skills" -- bragged about them, as a matter of fact. Tommy said, in a meeting with Nigel "and others", something like "I tell them to jump and they ask 'how high?'" But they bragged to the wrong peeps, fershirley. They were a dynamic duo, those two. But then nigel went and got himself flung in jail (and extradited, I think) and tommy got himself all bankrupt (except I don't think the IRS is buying that). Now it's capnmike who's wearing the mantle and carrying the torch.
What a cowinkydink!
I think it's about time to find out a little more about capnwow.
More than he's revealed by his posts, more than idle gossip, more than chatter about phone calls.
I'm on it.
I nominate elrheo.
I mean, since he's resigned as moderator here, he could post anything he wanted to with impunity, including a brief history of time. He could call his account Rheo's Rhetoric.
Rio: do you accept the nomination? I'm pretty sure you'll read this, if not right now later today.
Crow: will you decline diddy's nomination in favor of rio?
We need
Quinton and his Qronicles back!
Will someone who's still in touch with him tell him plz to resume posting ???
yes, that's it ... thanks. I thought ihub would zap it since it doesn't like links to other sites, but evidently not (at least not yet).
will someone (anyone) who has my e-mail address
please send me the link to the participation-by-invitation-only special DiamondDave board?
I seem to have lost it and I miss my daily sugar fix.
tia.
