Don't think so.
This, imo, was a posting hype...
and it worked for a few days.
Imagine! .006+
Will this be a new bunch of bag holders or
will there be another run for the traders later?
g.p.
Well said, Hitch.
I do not think you'll save many but hopefully, at least one.
As for me, I'll take the loss and move on, I guess, likely keeping a few shares as the value is now negligible.
GLTY
g.p.
You got it, Forensicist.
Nothing much has changed in all those years.
Be thankful the run went over .006.
It was good for traders.
GLTY
g.p.
Did you read MMXXH's post? Did you read the text of the MOU?
That 180 days to do due diligence is not likely to do much for the stock price for a 'little' while...
g.p.
A convenient 100 share trade at .05 just before closing.
True value is between .046 and .048.
As long as LOIs remain LOIs, not much else to expect except,
perhaps, lower share price?
The SP is now very close to my exit point...
g.p.
Perhaps, besides the Q4, there might be this:
My Broker carries this special note: "Deficient: Issuer Failed to Meet Continued Listing Requirements"
g.p.
BTW, this is a major investment for me.
Holding steady at .0049.
GLTA but it does look like a P&D to me...
g.p.
Future revenues? Less than $1000 should not be hard to beat!
A distributor would help but all we have are LOIs.
Still in, but would like to see some follow up to press releases that do not guarantee success.
g.p.
Problem here, it's just another LOI while we're still waiting for news of the previous LOI.
My previous post show I hope this Company succeeds. Without follow ups to LOIs, I remain a little skeptical.
g.p.
You likely noticed that volume only started at the end of July.
Until the writeups (promotions?), the stock seldom traded at all.
The LOI with a small distributor may be the only positive ifit becomes a contract. Not hearing anything by month end would mean, imo, further downturn of the share price.
BTW, I was the last buyer, yesterday.
g.p.
Interesting to note that the 'potential' 3rd salon opening is
now in discussion with a great Mall scheduled to open in March 2012. No more new salon by Dec of this year?
G.R., did you read the previous posts?
Seems this is not much of a news item.
Perhaps, its only value is to hope Lusi will be noticed.
What we need is an update on that LOI.
g.p.
...but the last quarterly shows
a higher negative NET revenue.
Yeah, yeah, due to increase inventory in anticipation
of third location, etc...etc...
So, how's that third location coming?
Yes, a 'sorry' type of PR.
Perhaps, the share price will 'fait do-do' too.
Does not look like I'll recuperate soon!
g.p.
I'll ask the same question here:
What's the NET revenues?
So.... what's the net revenues?
This one does look promising..., always does,
but continue digging and see what has happened over the past few years, including the parent Company Nexia (NXHD)
Good luck, if you stay around, you might really need it. lol
g.p.
Sad to hear that.
Was counting on some news about the LOI.
LOIs are just that, intent. So far, what you say is what's happening.
May cut losses soon...
g.p.
Looks like we have our answer:
down to .073; starting to look more and more like a P & D.
Hope I'm wrong...
So close to sub-penny land! eom
Listening to you two, it is
very difficult to tell where the future of LUSI lies.
It could be a pump and dump (after all, the SP has dipped under .10, today,) or it could really be a new beginning if, for example, the LOI becomes an acceptable contract.
For me, it has looked good enough to buy in. I'm aware of the risk and, for now, feel it could go either way.
g.p.
??? Show me something else than '...will...',
something concrete like a signed lease, anything, but statements of things that might happen in the future.
Nexia has quite a bad image from the past, to erase. An image full of similar great things that have all resulted in reverse splits.
Again, just my two dollars worth...
g.p.
Exactly what I meant.
I have not seen any official news, (beyond the 'architectural' plans for the 3rd salon, etc) and your quote pretty much sums up all news that we are used to get from Nexia.
g.p.
...and maybe you could explain this:
Q2 losses of $105,575 (in 2010: 25,974) or up 300%...
numbers can be manipulated so many ways. As you can see, half truths works for both sides.
BTW, those revenues you shop are GRNE's revenues.
So much for that.
g.p.
Look. There has not been 'another' time.
Chart goes only to last April and volume, until about a month ago, was negligible.
The spark to .45 came after promotions and write ups and only lasted part of a day.
So, unless something drastically new happens in the next 12 hours or so, expect pretty much the same as today. Only positive is that LUSI should have reached bottom, now. I think we'll see the .12-.16 range tomorrow. JMO.
g.p.
BTW, I presume that a lot depends on the outcome of that LOI.
Someone told you that patience will be rewarded...
At near low, we may need lots and lots of patience. It would take excellent news just to get back to the twenties.
One has to decide to either drop out or average down...
Pump and dump is possible as higher volume is recent and coincide with a few newsletters carrying LUSI and very promising PRs.
I'll take my chance and hold (for now).
GLTY
g.p.
Not really but the .40 gain is very nice.
MSO usually bounce back from lows and will be worth watching in September.
As for $$$ invested, that is to each his own. As long as the commission is not too high, that's OK.
BTW, the last 10-Q was on Aug 9; the next report is not due soon!
GLTY too,
g.p.
Not sure what you mean by '...in w/a little...)
IMO, MSO is a good buy, at the moment, if one does not count on margin for this stock. The possibility of going under $3.00 is very real...
BTW, not too worried by all other holdings. Diversified enough and could survive a recession...
g.p.
BTW, do you mean you have bought some MSO recently?
Yes but not as much as before.
I like what I see and
did try, later, Friday, to buy in low, without success.
I've seen both GreenBaron and OTCJournal talking about this one. This could mean that some promotion is going on as well. Perhaps making me a little hesitant to risk at the high end of the B/A.
Will watch closely, early next week...
IMO, it looks better than your average promotion...
g.p.
TU, I'm surprised to see you back here.
As you probably noticed, this board has become mainly a
two-posters board and very little else gets through.
Your prediction of .0001 might not prove correct but, from past years and years, I think you'll be right.
I suggest that both of us refrain from posting here until the board becomes more 'balanced'
g.p.
BTW, did you get a chance to see Dan14's posts, a few days ago?
Some more good news, this AM. This time from America..
"CALABASAS, Calif., Aug. 25, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NetSol Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:NTWK), a worldwide provider of global IT and enterprise application solutions, today announced that a top U.S. chipmaker has signed an agreement to implement NetSol's smartOCI search engine software in its SAP eProcurement environment. The name of the company and total value of the agreement were not disclosed for competitive reasons.
"The smartOCI platform is demonstrating its ability to disrupt an established space that has long been dominated by major players," said Naeem Ghauri, president of Americas and Europe. "Now that we have gained traction in the marketplace, we believe there is a significant opportunity to establish smartOCI as a go-to product, particularly among Fortune 100 companies that are looking for a high-quality, cost-effective solution."...
Close to home, eh?
g.p.
News today; 'Bah, Humbug'?
The PR is fairly long and flowery, somewhat impressive, perhaps, but no $$$ and ... well, see for yourself, here are the two opening paragraphs:
"NEW YORK and SAO PAULO, Aug. 25, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Midas Medici Group Holdings, Inc. ("Midas") (OTCBB: MMED), an innovative green IT company in the fields of virtualization, cloud computing and data management, as well as Smart Grid solutions, today announced that its CIMCORP brand was recently recognized by CEMIG (NYSE: CIG), one of the largest electric energy utilities in Brazil, with the "CEMIG Supplier Award."
The "CEMIG Supplier Award" focuses on encouraging the development of CEMIG's suppliers and is presented to those suppliers with the best annual performance. CIMCORP was the only company in the IT sector to receive the recognition, due to its specialization in data center services, virtualization and cloud computing. Among the criteria taken into account for the award, CIMCORP showed excellence in quality, safety, security and price."
Long here, but not on cloud 9 yet!
g.p.
Lots of action at .003.
Usually answers fast; could be on vacation?
Holding, anyway...
g.p.
Your last post seems to be a good constructive analysis of LUSI's marketing, etc...
Let's hope the LOI becomes an agreement (without too much dilution) and perhaps, improvements will follow... should not be too difficult after a $863 quarter, eh?
g.p.
FWIW, QualityStocks carried a description of the company, yesterday (not as a client, BTW,) and seems to like the potential...
The great news is an LOI:
"...a letter of intent to acquire a small, independent South Louisiana-based specialty food manufacturer with distribution in approximately 100 grocery stores..."
a definite agreement will likely be signed if both side's due diligence warrants it. Until then, some value may be given to the share price and, imo, today's average of .25 seems ok.
Only the final decisions will count... one way or the other.
Meanwhile, I did buy in...
g.p.
To sell at a loss having no idea why except you can't take the pain anymore is common and wrong. I have continually added to my position at .10 and will every time some sucker sells because they can't take the pain anymore.
BTW, sold some again, today (.115). Your buying at .10 should prove OK. My selling has nothing to do with 'greed and fear', well, maybe just a little. lol
Don't be fooled: 200,000 @ .0011 and only 1000 shares at .0028.
BTW, the parent company NXHD managed a $60 trade (5000 @ .012).
Positive net revenues would go a long way but are far in the future, if ever...
g.p.
Back to SECI, fyi. eom
