With even 30% market saturation at 2 of the indications, $100 is safer than RE or any gov't sponsored bond. Why? It will beat inflation. 70 billion with off label use and an approval (or two) is 'safe'. Again, once we get an approval and revenue.

You're right, he may not be able to. I'm trusting that the whale that hold the shares do as mid-term longs and longs that said they voted 'No' obviously don't have the sway from yesterday's voting.

I highly doubt this will get to the 2.50 level, there should be enough support at 2.65. RSI showing trending oversold we are a miles away from 9 and 20 EMA.
Then again, this stock is one of a kind and I have been surprised a few times already!
