The number is a virtual assistant not a personal cell.
I called the number and spoke to a woman. She could not field questions about the company because she is a virtual receptionist. She did say she would have someone from the company contact me.
Peace brother/sister.
I said i would back up the truck at .05, not at .086, but thanks for using my line
Pharmacyte is a company, not a lottery ticket. You cannot scratch off Pharmacyte and get millions. I believe in PMCB and will continue to hold and eventually be rewarded. I certainly understand being impatient if you invested back in the early 2000s. Patience however is a virtue that is to be rewarded. If the stock goes down below .05 I will back the truck up and load up on more shares. If Cell in the Box had no chance to go to market then there would not be these types any bashers here. I do not think these bashers are here to buy the stock at a low price, they are on a campaign to suppress the company completely. There is a reason. Actually there are billions of reasons. I will continue to build my position and hold. GoPMCB! Just my opinion.
I emailed Viacyte soon after their name first appeared on this board. That was months ago. I never received a response.
I think it is possible we could see a buyout before the end of the hard stop. No-one seems to be able to keep information from leaking these days. Once a potential suitor knows which way the wind is blowing they might not want to wait and have to outbid competitors. JMO
I am also on board with patience. We will break out of current cycle when we file the IND. Until then I am not staring at the pps. Pivotal trial is huge, lets do it right. This is all my opinion.
I had the same thought, time to hire a PR person.
I have been hanging in the weeds since the cc. The fact that this is going to be a pivotal trial makes me believe the FDA likes the product and thinks it could do a lot of good. It needs to be approached methodically and that will take time, probably months. I believe Waggs should not put estimated dates out there. If he does and we don't complete a task by a certain date, it will be viewed as a failure and crush the pps. I think what Mr Waggoner owes shareholders is success. Hopefully thats on its way.
I said you have rare patience. This is a world of few long term investors.
This happens all the time even with the big boys (Stocks). Buy on the Rumor, sell on the news. Look at Facebook, more often than not it reports great earnings and is down the next day. There are fewer and fewer long term investors with patience. Everyone wants an immediate payoff. Obviously There are people here from as far back as 2004, thats a special kind of patience that is rare. Things could change quickly at any time. If it goes back down I going to accumulate. IMHO
It was Landmark, keep your hands off my shares.
I love it
This cannot be a glorified audio PR. You don't use the word Landmark if it is a glorified pr. I will certainly rethink my position if this just a bunch of rehashed crap.
Thanks Brian!
I asked a question about the cost of doing research at a a University and someone sent me a copy of the shorts report. I am a fundamental investor not a technical one. I have never shorted a stock. PMCB is the Only penny stock I have ever owned. I am long PMCB. If anyone knows the cost to PMCB to do research at the University of Northern Colorado I would be interested. Thanks again in advance. Go PMCB so I can go fishing!
If Pharmacyte does research at a University such as the University of Northern Colorado does it cost them anything? Don't University grants pay for this research? Thanks in advance.
Excellent point. I believe that may be true among those who are already invested. What we need to move this stock is new investors. A company with such promise that will soon start clinical trials with the FDA should be trading higher. KW's words after the pre IND meeting certainly suggest positive news is coming. Hopefully the cc will put the stock on more investors radar. Go PMCB!
Kaboom, awesome news coming on Feb 7. Go PMCB!
Positive and hopeful, but definitely frustrated that we still need to wait until Feb 7, and this stock doesn't move on news.
I am a surfer, I know who Duke is. Go PMCB!
"Picking out my resident bar stool at Duke's right now". Haha, I love it. I am unable to drink for medical reasons for a few months (wino), but i will be right there with you soon enough. Hoping for a huge cyber cheers on this message board soon. Maybe someday I will be drinking nothing but single vineyard cabernets. Go PMCB!
No matter which of the potential three options the FDA chooses this week, Pharmacyte is a long term hold imho. If I had more cash to invest right now I would buy more. I hope we all have a great week!
I thought they article said you can use new dosage methods for approved drugs to get fast tracked.
Celgene is noted for initiating "option to buy deals" and then ultimately backing out. Lets hope if it is Celgene who is interested in Pharmacyte, they don't string us along with that type of deal. Go PMCB!
I prefer the diluted buyout. It is a clean deal and the more entrenched company with more products would be less susceptible to volatility. Accumulating more shares the past two days. Have a good weekend all. Go PMCB!
Unfortunately someone close to me is struggling with this disease. I will tell you this, Pharmacyte is not going to have a problem finding people for their clinical trials. I bet they find the patients they need rather quickly.
Agreed
Thanks Pete, I just got week knee'd for a minute there.
I do not think it is fake. I was reacting to what someone else wrote. This is a company that I believe in. I have been investing for 40 years and have never seen a company with so much promise, meeting with the FDA, and trading at 12 cents. Go PMBC.
Are they meeting with the FDA on January 17, or is that fake news. Can this be verified?
I am learning. It is a treatment IND in the Pre IND consultation program. The Cell in the Box technology fascinated me and is why I bought the stock. Now I am waiting with you good people.
Your response is much appreciated.
Why are there not stories in mainstream publications on this biotech? It has such far reaching technologies. it seems like a great story. If the net was wider we would catch more fish (get more investment dollars).
You have the tone of refute, but not the substance. Peace to you
The "hard Stop" is built into the process to review data. Please read the following and it should clear this up for you. This is from a May Pharmacyte press release.
And the best news of all for investors heading into these exciting times is that PharmaCyte has been awarded the Orphan Drug designation by both the U.S. FDA and the European Medicines Agency (EMA). This designation means that the company's pancreatic cancer therapy will have complete protection and market exclusivity for years to come. After PharmaCyte's therapy is approved for marketing by these two regulatory agencies, they will enjoy 7 years of market exclusivity in the United States and 10 years of protection in the European Union.
PharmaCyte's CEO also recently stated that the company's pancreatic cancer therapy qualifies for 12 years of data exclusivity because it is considered a "biologic" as outlined by the Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act (BPCIA).
So, as the company marches headlong into a Phase 2b clinical trial in the U.S. and Europe with a built in "hard stop" about half way through the trial to review the data, there is no better time than the present to get excited about this small biotechnology company and what could very well be a significant contribution to the treatment of pancreatic cancer.
Since I am a relative newbie here, I really appreciate the back and forth argument on the value of the treatment. I feel lucky to be involved. Go PMCB!
I am a newbie, got in a few months ago. I will now stop stalking the message board and participate. I am going long on PMCB. Good luck all longs!
