These two links might give you an ideal. http://allthingsd.com/20110204/chinas-tencent-buys-riot-games-for-400-million/ http://www.148apps.com/news/ngmoco-purchased-400-million-dollars/
Another company in this sector was recently bought for around 400 million dollars. That company had less revenues than DNAD.This is a very hot sector right now,and some of the big names will pay a high price for a company such as this.So who knows?:)
One thing I'm sure of is they will 'choose to do so'.Rather it's end of July,or mid August,it's all good;)
They don't have to,because they are still pink sheet. But if they delay it too long, than they could loose their CURRENT INFORMATION status at otcmarkets. It could also delay any up listing,so I don't think they will be too late with it.Too much on the line:)
Your point is well taken too.I've been in a few of those, and I know that in pink land,no matter how good it looks,it can still turn out bad.I have a good feeling about DNAD,and I'm betting my spare money on it.I just got out of one pos pink, and if this one starts to look anything like that one,I'll get out of this one too.But for now,I'm happy:)GL2U too.
The two most important words of your post are "past companies".So far all the negatives being wrote about DNAD,are about other companies that have nothing to do with DNAD.David Lovatt is not the CEO of DNAD.If you're going to talk negative about the company,at least let it be about DNAD's failures.
That was actually pretty good news, lol.DNAD
The way I look at it,he has something to prove, and a hot prospect like DNAD is his chance for redemption.Goooo David Lovatt:)
Well said.Don't ever let it be said that DNAD is worthless:)
A lot of big names made big mistakes before they succeeded. All it takes is one big win to make all the other crap go away.I think DNAD is that big win:)
Here is a description of a COO's duties.Doesn't look like he's in a position to make those same mistakes with DNAD. http://upresidentnews.net/job-description-of-a-coo.php
Accept in this case,he may be able to fund using incoming revenues. Why not at least wait to see what those are, before attacking the company.
It's a good thing. It means he really liked your post, and you now have one follower on IHUB.The more you have, the better:)edit:by the way,I added one too,so make that 2:)DNAD
I agree, just wishing I had bought more below a penny.Oh well,I still plan to buy on pull backs:)
Hope I can buy some more before that blue sky breakout.Go DNAD in a few weeks, lol.GLTY
Link to Daily chart.Looking good:) http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=DNAD&p=D&b=5&g=0&id=p57000115074
Man that sucks.I use TD Ameritrade, and as long as I make it a 'good till cancel' order,I only get hit with one commission no matter how many times they break it down,or how many days it takes.Might want to think about changing brokers,lol.GLTY.
An insider giving up 20 million shares instead of putting them on the market makes a big difference to me:)
Stop it,you're getting me excited,lol.
Good job on the IBOX.This board is looking better every day.Traffic is going to get heavy:)
I had a dream last night that the share price shot up to a $1.50.Man that was a good dream:)
Yeah,it is kinda funny. You can get some info from the IBOX,but it hasn't been updated in quite a while,so you might have to use Google.I do believe this can be a 10 bagger and better, which is why I'm here.GLTU in what ever you decide:)
Ok,listing on OCTQX requires a minimum bid price of $0.10 (for preceding 90 business days). That's a little ways off,lol http://www.otcqx.com/qx/otcqx/listing
If they plan on moving to the OTCQX,than the time frame may be a lot shorter.I know it would cost a lot less money, and for the time being, serve the same purpose.Either way is good with me:)
You're right, and I think with what DNAD has to offer, and the way they're going about it,this situation is a winner.
The markets saying nobodies selling and nobodies buying at the moment.A lot of people waiting for news from E3,which may or may not come out in the next couple of weeks. If they are working on deals, than most likely they can't talk about it until they are complete.I can wait because I expect big news in the coming months, and in the mean time,I can take advantage of this low share price:)
When you add revenue from selling add space in the games,we could be seeing bigger numbers than we expect.Maybe not this quarter, but I'm really looking forward to seeing numbers for the next 6 months:)
Check this out.Good reading for a slow Friday:) http://venturebeat.com/2009/11/23/backflip-shows-how-indie-developers-can-create-multiple-hit-iphone-games/
Good deal.Hope they leave a few for me:)
I hope I can load up a whole lot more before that happens.GLTY:)
Yeah,that covers it all,lol.
Keep buying these cheap shares, and you'll be able to change "Broke"to "Rich",lol.
Ed Blincoe, CEO of DNA Dynamics Inc: "Warheads is going to be a major revenue driver for the business over the coming 12 months as it is in a space that currently generates revenues well in excess of $64m per annum."Expanding upon the revenue opportunity for DNA, Mr. Blincoe continued by saying "We're excited about the business model which combines an initial purchase alongside additional, paid for, episodic content that accompanies the game
(Source URL: http://finance.yahoo.com/news/DNA-Dynamics-Inc-Announces-prnews-3510278277.html?x=0&.v=1) I can't believe this didn't spike the pps. This company is so under priced,it puts a smile on my face:)
You're welcome.GLTY
The OTCQX should be their goal right now.Moving to the OTCBB would cost a lot of money that could be put to better use right now.Pink sheets is the right place for a new company trying to grow.As long as they stay current, and honest with info, there shouldn't be a problem. There are a lot of respected companies on the OTCQX:)
Ed Blincoe, CEO of DNAD, stated that "As a publisher, you have to get your games and applications seen by as many people as possible and, whilst there are significant costs in the acquisition of the license and then its subsequent promotion, the up side is potentially massive." Blincoe goes on to say that "iLegacy was Appache Mobile's first acquisition and we have high hopes of releasing some significant download numbers to the markets in the coming days and weeks."
(Source URL: http://finance.yahoo.com/news/DNA-Dynamics-Subsidiary-iw-3402888531.html?x=0&.v=1&asid=2ec5c031) Sounds like some type of numbers should be coming out any time now:)
