Call her up! Let us know what she says! I'm pretty sure she will not tell you anything, but I guess it is worth a try! If Baltia doesn't know yet, I highly doubt you will be the first person she will tell! Weirder things have happened though in regards to the FAA!
And Bosanac33, talk about a scam!
Baltia Air Lines finds themselves in a unique position
Baltia Air Lines finds themselves in a unique position amongst the debt-ridden airline companies of today. With minimal liabilities and a huge potential for profits, Baltia Air Lines projects to be profitable within its first year of regular scheduled flights. That’s at 64% capacity with just one Wide-bodied B-747 aircraft. With numbers like these, it’s no wonder Baltia Air Lines has been dubbed as "America’s Newest Airline" by many.
Like Alaskan Airlines, Baltia Air Lines has a concrete plan in place to steer clear of the atrocious debts that the major airline companies like American Airlines and Delta Air Lines carry. While several of today’s airlines lease their aircraft from larger corporations, Baltia Air Lines owns their Wide-bodied B-747 aircraft and intends to expand its route network and fleet aggressively into the future. If all goes to plan, "America’s Newest Airline" will expand and thrive amongst other major airline competitors.
CNN website claims "Baltia Air Lines Third Pilot Group To Create Excess of $110 Million Net Income"
In what is being deemed as a financially strategic decision, Baltia Air Lines (OTCBB:BLTA) recently began training its third set of pilots in preparation for passenger flights. The second and third flight crews will join the first group, who completed training several months ago, on the proving flights. Many see this as a move by Baltia to be more adequately prepared for post-certification flights. However, the company’s 747 aircraft does not require three groups of pilots, hinting at a likely acquisition of additional aircraft.
It is likely that Baltia is in the process of purchasing four 747’s that Delta Air Lines retired in mid-2014, and is training additional crew to operate a second, third, and possibly fourth aircraft prior to first flight. With a goal of assembling a fleet of four to five planes during the first year of revenue flights, Baltia is positioning itself for rapid growth.
Due to fuel costs being substantially lower than Baltia’s pro-forma calculates, profitability may increase to 30% or more, driving net income to an excess of $90 million at an aircraft load capacity of 64%. The realistic load will be closer to 90% or more, thus Baltia should be capable of generating 26% more net income, or over $110 million in year one of flights.
Trading multiples for established airlines typically fall between 10x and 14x earnings. However, companies that are in their first few years of generating revenue frequently trade at 20-30x earnings. Therefore, by the end of the first year of flights, Baltia should see a valuation between $2.2 billion and $3.3 billion, without consideration of other variables such as industry growth, marketing, and additional expansion.

Update from Baltia’s President:
Firstly, I would personally like to thank all of our loyal shareholders for their patience and support. This has been a long and tedious journey. For the last several months, Baltia’s operational team at Willow Run Airport has been working diligently to complete the final stages of air carrier certification.
Just to keep you up to date with some of the latest developments:
Last month (June, 2015), Baltia’s Initial Cadre Check Airmen successfully completed their recurrent training in a simulator in preparation for the Check Airmen certification to be conducted during the upcoming proving flights.
In preparation for the revenue generating phase of our operation, the second class of pilots has completed their training (this is a second group of pilots in addition to the Check Airmen group mentioned above). Also, in addition to the first class of Stewards who have also completed their recurrent training, we have selected a second class of Stewards in preparation for the revenue generating flights. The training of the second class of Stewards is planned for the latter part of July.
Our Maiden B747 aircraft, N706BL, is maintained by Baltia’s maintenance staff on an ongoing basis to ensure her airworthiness. The scheduled maintenance is current per the Boeing maintenance program, and unscheduled maintenance is addressed on a daily basis. We have also made improvements at our maintenance department and our maintenance training is up to date as per regulations.
These are just a few of the exciting things that are currently underway.
Again, I personally want to thank each and every one of our valued shareholders for their patience and support.
Your commitment to our cause makes this all possible.
Very exciting times are ahead … Go Baltia!

Exactly why is it lasting 3 months then??? Why not just say fail the next day like the others? Humm.. Maybe because it's not failed. Maybe the FAA is tring to figure out this situation since it has never occurred before and knows if they fail them, Baltia has legal actions against The FAA for not giving them a fair certification process and if they pass them someone may lose their job or the FAA may get blamed for something about this process! Who knows! All I can do is provide some info of what I get at the time, from legit sources. No one expected the FAA to drag their feet this long. If the FAA would have pass them early September as expected proving flights would have gone Mid September as stated, Baltia had all its ducks in order for it to happen. But the FAA failed to make a decision. So here we are!
How did Baltia Fail 7 times, yet you admit Mini # 7 has not been determined a fail yet? Might want to get your facts straight next time!
I would assume that Warren Buffets family probably has Baltia shares!
Baltia has already secured passenger and ground service arrangements at JFK and Pulkovo II Airport in St. Petersburg. The city of St. Petersburg is a major transport and cargo hub to Eastern Europe and Russia being Russia’s 2nd largest city after Moscow with 5 million inhabitants. St. Petersburg is only the beginning for Baltia Air Lines as we hope to emerge as the premiere U.S. airline in the Trans-Atlantic market between the major U.S. cities and capital cities of Europe and other destinations.
Baltia expected to make $34,000,000 the first year with one plane. At least 5 other planes with new routes expect to increase profit over the following few years! What a scam this sounds like! LOL...$10,000,000 Phase 4 scam or $150,000,000+ legit operation? What do you think Baltia will pick in phase 4?

Do even know what Phase 4 is? If some DD was done by some on here they would know that phase 4 is only FAA finalizing documentation for the certification. Baltia does nothing during that phase and after phase 3 is complete it is a sure thing! I will definitely be buying this scam in that phase! It would be basically free money! I give you a hand for the effort thou!
I also love Scamland! I will continue to put money in this Scam until Baltia is Certified. I will be a saint and buy people's shares so they can get out of this scam and I will take the hit! Or more likely reward! Which is in the very near future! The more scamming the better price I get shares for! I love it! I almost feel like I'm the scammer thou buy from these sellers! Oh well I guess someone has to make money, why not be it me!
No activity around the plane today when I drove by. Didn't think anything would be with regards to the FAA being involved in anything with the plane. We all know the FAA doesn't do much on Mondays or Friday's! Hope next Tuesday brings something good our way!
Well per that post it doesn't matter, it's all about the age of the aircraft! So you think Baltias and Kalittas mechanics are no good? And you are also saying that the slides on Air Force One are different in design then the ones that failed to deploy correctly on N706BL? 706BL passed all C checks and is well maintained. The issue is the slides, hence the FAA not Failing Baltia on the last Mini
Not sure maybe today I'll shoot up there.
If this is true, what year was N706BL built, how many hours are on it. Also what year is both the 747-200 Air Force Ones the President of The United States use?
That's their choice to Run as you put it! I'll be right behind them buying BLTA share just like many other wise investors!
Finally a legit post and a true post, good DD! I agree!
This makes no sense. I know many people that buy PP shares still every week and many that buy in the open market every week. PP has a $10,000 min. with a 6 month restriction and you even need to have a background check to purchase. It's not for everyone. The open market is for people that want the ability to sell if things go in either direction. Regardless, Baltia is funded this way and I will continue to buy at these crazy low prices, because I know what the future holds for me with this company and so does many other investors!
Lol...Thanks for the IFSTA definition of me! My reachable destination is to see Baltia succeed in being Americas newest airline and my desired shape is a "straight stream". Not like some of the broken fog streams I have seen around here! We are almost there, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel nearing soon!
Agreed and right with you!
Fly in then and I'll pick you up at the airport and we'll both go in for a Baltia tour!
I now understand what you meant. I think Yakker has a bit more pull then me walking in there off the street. Just a guess but could be wrong and probably should give it a try one day. Might be able to see a few things, just walking in. Only issue I have is that I usually go after work just before 5. So I doubt they would want to stick around at day's end to show me around. But I guess it doesn't hurt to try!
If you would do some DD about Baltia you would know that Baltia has fired people due to the Mini's. It's easy for you to state all these things that are not true instead of doing some good DD and finding out the truth of what Baltia is really doing!
Believe what you wish. And I will believe what I know about Baltia. Good Luck with your position!
Believe what you wish. And I will believe what I know about Baltia. Good Luck with your position!??
No one expected the FAA to have taken this long. It's out right unlawful and morally wrong that the FAA has not given Baltia an answer yet! I will admit that I called that one wrong. But I will say this. Once we get the green light from the FAA very soon. All Baltias ducks are in order and nothing will prevent them from doing proving run with in days of the Pass.
Never said something big was going on, just letting people know Baltia is still moving forward and not just sitting around twirling their thumbs. Work is still being done with the plane and enough people are at Willow run that they need to use the Van to transport people around. So LYAO all you like, makes no difference to me!
Soon to be 21! And shortly after that 26!
? Why tell Yakker? Believe me that he knows quite a bit about Baltia and I would trust what he says. There are a few poster that I follow for good and accurate info, Yakker being one.
No, back on the 3rd or 4th Mini a guy from Baltia came out and talk to me for a bit. Even brought me out a Coffee. They won't tell me anything anyway that they would tell anyone that calls. I like watching from a distance and try not be an interruption.
Not sure what they were working on. Saw them caring hand tools. I pulled in right when they were ending their day I think and saw them close the door. It was the main door they always use, L1 I believe it is called in aviation terms.
Lol... Great DD! You think Tony is trying to tell us something? I think that background music was picked for a reason with that song title! He knew that people with some class would understand where Baltia is truly going, reason for choosing Frank Sinatra! Should be very soon all!
That was not elevator music... It was the music that Baltia will play very soon for its passengers inbound to St. Pete!
Maybe they have enough that they are comfortable with. Or maybe it's not as simple of a 50% of market value. Do you know that's what the requirements are for fact? They have purchased plenty in the past months already and I don't see any filings that they have sold one share. Show that they have sold and you may have a point! Until then I say BLTA is a strong buy!
Insiders do not buy at market value just for a FYI. And it still is a 99.99% chance of a pass on July 28th's Mini. No change to that. So what's your question?
Nice, hoping to pick up more here too!
Thanks, but looking for an exact date. Would have to fly in to attend if in New York.
