The dilution is prob real, the revenues can’t be considered at this point. They are a growing company. Those $1 mil could be $2-5 million next year, plus their intent is to use the people on that company to create their own platform and grow their data analytics in ClearMetRx. So I dont Think it’s fair to compare the dilution to the current rev of that company

That hunch would be wrong. They have had plenty of months where the numbers were not what people expected or hoped they would be and they have always released them. There have been a handful of times that they came a week later than expected. You will get them soon. Prob Thursday or tomorrow
