Perfect breakdown! Nice
But I think that's just the start!!! Ran to .007 on absolutely nothing at all
Good luck!
I'm ready!!!
Look at April's PRs, he likes to through them out in batches!!!
That would be something!!!
So true!!! Ran to .007 on no news!!! This is going to be EPIC!!!
Feels great to be at the right place at the right time!!!
Anyone selling at under .005 tomorrow is a fool (or late to the party, lmao)
I guess our interpolation of what was said is a little different...
I agree that they said they are not being held up by sales, that they can manufacture as fast as the orders come in
I just didn't like how they answered it, or how they avoided answering questions about the number of units made each month...
The question was clear, Babur the answers were not...
Look, I still say TSA will save the day, just that it will be in spite of management, rather than because of management...
Good thing they have the best product with the best price, hard to go wrong...
Sorry to all for my negativity, don't know what came over me... Liked how the call began, but found it got progressively worst as it went on...
I'm here to the end one way or the other, just would like more progress at this point
Lol, please do, lmao
People were laughing at me for selling some @ 81 earlier today...
Tell me you get that lucky tomorrow, lol
What I do have, I will have to be married to after this call (till death do us part)
End this Fking call please...
Lmao, they're laughing about current production in the background...
They know what we're asking...
They know they're not building nearly enough...
You can see they're walking on eggshells, "we can make as much as we sell"
Won't answer a simple question of how many units are being made each month
Please guys... Just stop talking!!!
You're killing me...
Feeling sick now...
Jokers...
They should shut up... The more they answer share holders questions, the worst they sound... I'm a bit upset at the moment... Wtf
They have good things coming, and they're shooting themselves in the foot the more they talk...
I can't hang up because they may say something else that is dumb...
Hire new management...
They should rehearse what they say before the call
Seriously!?!?!
What we've sold so far would add up to 10% market share!?!?!
Wtf, thought the market was a little bigger than that...
I'd rather here we've captured less than 1% to get the feeling the market was bigger, no???
No grilling Glenn on the lack of sales for cargo???
Sounds right to me... Read somewhere about expected explosive detection procurement expected in Q4. Could have been DHS though, which we know ends in last week of Sept, -months, roughly July...
My bad... Just parts...
Why can't they assemble those parts... Just saying...
Inventory?
That sounds positive to me
Didn't thing they kept inventory before
Last CC he said cash neutral was 6 to 7 million... Have they decreased expenses by over 1 million?
The filing seams to indicate spending is up from this time last year, no?
June... Not what I want to hear...
On the last CC I felt that Glenn was over estimating the time it would take... But I guess it was less conservative than I thought...
Agreed
Only side note, what DMRJ sees in IMSC is $$$ signs from the month after month collection of 15% interest, lol
Will be a great day when we actually make more cash than we spend...
Traveling to Ft. Lauderdale next week, with a stop over in Chicago, would love to see their equipment on route
I agree, they will be fine, just needs some more time... Not sounding so bad
He actually sounds more positive than last call imo
Nope, not selling DECN
DECN is like being qualified
Well, based on the numbers, my sale @ 81c is looking good right now, wish I had followed my gut & sold more...
Oh well, better than nothing... Now to look at the positive side, I should be able to pick up more sub 70c... Wish I was excited about the prospects...
Yup, a lot of DD here (hence my large position!)
I'm aware of their failed attempt to uplist in 2012, but this is no deterrent or reflection on where we stand today!
So glad to be here now that things are beginning to commence
I'll have wet dreams thinking of this, lol
Agreed, the future is bright for IMSC, just an attempt to protect my portfolio from dwindling further...
I'd rather chase the SP a bit & actually help it rise if it merits it in the short term
GLTY
Thai
They sure do have a bright future ahead...
The biggest mistake IMO by management thus far is simply having PRed their future uplisting too early, just a little premature in my view...
They should have waited just a little longer for more material events to occur 1st
Ok, thx!
Well I'm not looking for a buyout right away...
I'd hope they'd do the following 1st
- acquire the smaller company rumored to be in the works (sure management sees value in it)
- settle the bond issue with JNJ
- sign 1 (or several) private label deals
- uplist
From there it gets interesting to me once 3 years of potential sales are factored it, JMHO
Sure looks good without the debt conversion diluting the PPS we saw a few weeks back, much fewer people looking for the exits
But looks like people are still fearful it could happen again.
But this looks much different & am content with a slow steady climb
Please explain to me why you'd rather wait 3 years for them to reach $10+ per share rather than $10/share now???
I'm new to this, so is there something I'm missing here???
Thanks,
Thai
Dido, liking what I see here
Lmao, Rome wasn't built in a day
Works 4 me... 16K trades bid/ask 61/62
Feeling cursed... I sold what I planed to sell @ 81... Then it goes up, lol.
But still happy to be seeing my portfolio going north
They know what they have & what they want.
If management does what is in their best interests, they will also be doing what is in our best interests. So I for one am happy to let them do their jobs.
But there are many examples out there of companies who believed they were worth more than they actually were & have walked away from excellent deals just prior to the companies under performing & some were even forced to close their doors.
I don't believe that is the case here, as I believe they would be very successful all on their own.
I just hope they can negotiate a reasonable buyout price in a reasonable timeframe
Very nice post!!!
Thanks for sharing!!!
He is a superstar!!! No doubt!!! Keep up the good work
Wish we could hire another dozen guys just like him
I completely agree!!!
Long term, there is little doubt of success, but there's no way that $1.5 mill makes it into today's numbers, just hoping they got a few of last quarters orders out the door to keep us a float...
GLTY!!!
Before EoY, we will certainly profit big off of Glenn & crew. If they can sell the better & cheaper mouse trap
If there is anything that is unclear to you, let me know & I'll be glad to explain...
It's simple... Worried about tonight, but still positive long term.
Don't know how to be more clear than that.
I could hold all my shares through the night & would change nothing on my long term beliefs in this company, but as per my 3 possible scenarios I mentioned, I think I can better my odds & possibly reduce my current bleeding down from my $1.15 average, that's all...
Even though I will be happy to possibly buy more shares at closer to 70c tomorrow, it would definitely hurt me to see these numbers on the board...
All I can do is hope Glenn has a surprise for us all, but I doubt that
Qualification has been looming for quite some time now...
And any hints Glenn gives, will not likely do anything positive at this point, IMO
I hear you...
Someone mentioned to me it wasn't all IMSC's fault, because some of the recipients were not ready to receive the 150s/220s.
But if you know you have the orders, would you not make them right away, so that you can get them out the doors ASAP & if new orders come in in the mean time, just ship the ones you have & start replenishing the order till it's ready to be shipped?
I mean, are our production guys just surfing the web till told to manufacture units!?!?!?
C'mon...
