TPI - tepid response thus far to what look like nice earnings. Trying a few 3.55's
A very nice run for this piggy lately; we were on it early!
KEYP - Sometimes these petroleum companies are leveraged like KEYP appears to be, but if they're getting good ROI on that debt, which is apparent in their EPS, then good for them.
I posted some quick DD early on before I had to head out, and I'm glad Nsom and others updated that. I like KEYP as a relatively unknown stock in a hot genre, and expect it to go higher.
I'm not seeing too many other China microcaps that haven't had a run, and I don't see any reason why KEYP wouldn't participate. I'm not in love with the stock, but I like the risk/reward in the short-term.
KEYP/NEP - Still doing some DD on KEYP, but so far the #'s (EPS and Book) look pretty staggering. Surprised this one isn't more popular in the petrochemical space...there's even a fertilizer angle per their website.
BV = $14
PE (trailing) = 5.2
Float = 3.1M
swampy - re: CIL, I think you're saying that you want it to sink so that you can buy more...right?
Looks like revenues exceeded substantially, and fwd look is another nice jump sequentially and yoy.
GU - china diesel stock loaded with shorts (>18% of float), and diesel shortage news is spreading. I expect this to be in play all week.
Nice seeking alpha article points out just how undervalued it is:

Even have a share repurchase plan in place....
http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/101008/ny79034.html?.v=1
BWOWW - that is GREAT news...i still have a chunk, and yes i'm fairly disgruntled since my cost basis is around $1 !!
CIL - yes nice volume pop today; they have some pretty good #'s, and the LED and lowfloat angle is getting the momentum traders happy
CHNR thru 15. Barrons article on China buying commodities isn't hurting, and could help drive some good volume
CHNR/XING - I suspect that will all of the mining of different stuff that these two do, that they come across some amount of rares, but haven't found extracting them to be of great interest or profitability. But it also wouldn't surprise me for them to start figuring out how to make money off of their rares. Of course it all starts with a PR...
AERL GPIC - AERL has the potential to draw eyes to to all plays that have Macau angles, such as GPIC and EGT.
this on GPIC from a few weeks ago: GPI™ Chosen to Supply Casino Currency, RFID to Galaxy Macau...Order represents GPI's largest single order for a casino opening. The Galaxy Entertainment Group operates five other casino properties in Macau, including the five-star property, StarWorld Hotel and Casino, located on the Macau Peninsula. GPI has supplied all GEG properties with casino currency and RFID products.
AERL clearly best-of-breed, but secondaries should enjoy the rising tide.
GPIC happens to be loaded with cash, and nice results last Q.
CHNR Lest we forget their big coal mine acquired this year:
http://www.streetinsider.com/Mergers+and+Acquisitions/China+Natural+Resources+%28CHNR%29+Buys+Guizhou-Based+Coal+Miner+Wealthy+Year+Limited+for+$87M/5622374.html
As if CHNR needs another reason to ramp
EGT - with AERL going nuts, this profitable little gaming supplier to Macau casinos (e.g. Galaxy: http://asgam.com/categories/features/item/845-rejuvenating-egt.html ) should get some nice attention
CHNR getting a little giddy; she looks ready for a real Chiner explosion (fyi - "Chiner" = China + Miner) :^D
SCOK - seems overdue for a nice spurt; other coal plays doing well. Chart has been basing forever
BWOW BWOWW Somebody is loading the warrants...portend of things to come with the common?
HQS - CMFO moving strongly, radaring HQS in parallel
NBS - nice china stem cell news: Local Chinese Government Authorities Approve Pricing and Reimbursement for NeoStem's Licensed Adult Stem Cell Treatments for Orthopedic Applications in China
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Local-Chinese-Government-prnews-4000616651.html?x=0&.v=1
IDI - maybe this one gets some tangential interest from CCME
http://www.searchmediaholdings.com/about_us_en.htm
CMFO GAGA - thinking that the GAGA GOOGOO will light the other China food plays like CMFO. Chart nice too. Grabbed a nice load in the 5.90 range
CHNR - General Moly (GMO) one of 20 stocks debuting in rare earth ETF tomorrow (hence runs in MCP/REE). Interesting to note that CHNR does Moly as well, but hasn't really been recognized as a rare earth play.

Dadao Molybdenum-Lead Zinc Mine
The property, estimated to have a favourable exploration prospect of molybdenum-lead-zinc polymetallic deposits, covers a site area of 12.21 km2. The first stage geochemical exploration has already been performed. A detailed exploration plan will be formulated following receipt and evaluation of the formal report of geochemical exploration.
Baowenling Molybdenum-Lead-Zinc Mine
This property, covering a site area of 42.35 km2, has good prospects of large and medium size copper and molybdenum deposits. The first stage geochemical exploration has already been done. A detailed exploration plan will be formulated following receipt and evaluation of the formal report of geochemical exploration.
Haoganling Molybdenum Copper Mine
Covering a site area of 40.72 km2, this property is estimated to have molybdenum-copper deposit. The first stage geochemical exploration, the field geology work and the second stage geochemical exploration have already been completed.
CHNR-always worth 2 eyeballs during these times of China lowfloat mayhem; it's nice that CHNR has the mining angle as well
CHGS chart setting up nicely for another run thru $2
KATX as a rare earth play seems waiting to get discovered as such. Very rare to see a rare earth stock at its chart bottom.

AREM rare earth news!
American Rare Earths & Materials Announces Its Entry Into the Industrial Market for Rare Earth Metals
TORONTO, Oct. 21, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Dr. Nataliya Hearn, CEO of American Rare Earths & Materials, Corp. (OTCBB:AREM - News) (the "Company"), announced a series of MOUs that expand the company's ability to process and distribute Rare Earth metals for new markets. These markets will now include industrial applications for automotive, electronics, logistics, power transmission, shipbuilding, transportation, and other industries. Prior to today's announcement, American Rare Earths & Materials held an exclusive license to manufacture and distribute patent protected Super Alloys of the Rare Earth metal scandium for the sporting goods industry. Today's announcement extends that license and also provides the company with an exclusive license for proprietary extraction technologies.
American Rare Earths & Materials announced the MOU together with Advanced Light Alloys Corporation, a scientific development and intellectual property holding company. Advanced Light Alloys Corporation holds U.S. Patent 5,597,529, which is an alloy system patent that covers the addition of scandium into an aluminum alloy, and U.S. Patent 5,620,652 which covers the use of scandium for 29 different applications where aluminum alloys are in use today including sporting goods, automotive, electronics, transportation, and other industries.
The aerospace sector in United States represented sales of U.S.$ 214 Billion in 2009. Worldwide, the next 20 years, commercial aircrafts construction is estimated to reach U.S.$ 3.2 Trillion in order to keep pace with the growing demand for air travel.
Dr. Hearn stated, "This announcement represents a new milestone in our company. We are expanding from a Rare Earth metals company that manufactures and distributes products for consumer markets -- to a provider of Rare Earth metals for industrial markets. This means large new industrial customers and applications." The company is currently in discussions with several companies and expects to announce new strategic relationships with industrial customers.
"In addition, today's announcement will begin the process of providing a new alternative source of Rare Earth metals to North America," stated Dr. Hearn. Today's announcement covers proprietary Rare Earth metals extraction technology. The company is exploring several different opportunities to deploy this extraction technology and provide additional supply of Rare Earth metals to the marketplace. Rare Earth metals have become a critical strategic resource for the United States as China has this week expanded its embargo of Rare Earth elements to the United States and Europe.

Perfect timing...let's see if she can gap up and go parabolic today
EGI - with so few real China/Mongolia miners out there (e.g. MGH), EGI should get more attention going forward. High 2.70's seems like a bargain.
AREM is today's huge % winner in the rare-earth universe
EGI - china/mongolia miner of gold/silver/moly/coal. This one HAS to run with the others. In large 2.77

CADC nice contract announced today; $8.4M

OINK! Finally getting to stretch her legs, err, her hoofs
SKBI - it's got room to run; 7.25 break would be interesting
SKBI - starting a position here; seems overdue for its run in the sun
BORN - just got lemoned...heads up:
http://www.citronresearch.com/
OINK if you're banking on OINK!
BSPM gaining some volume; a spurt over $3 would be nice psychologically.
Nice push thru $5 today; could easily get nutty due to its niche and low float
Rames, re: OINK - yes, it could get parabolic with its low share count.
China miners on watch; XING and CDII could be nice off of continued moves in CHGS and SHZ
