Thanks for the reply, yeah my concern was making sure the patients take their dose daily to get full effect. I guess the company has to trust its patients which is a concern but I will try not to lose sleep over it lol.

My goal is to make money, but I know if I sell some now I will be buying back at a higher price in about a month from now. So for that reason not selling any shares and will ride this next month or two out, with the two upcoming Phase 2 by EOY and the cheap price its trading at with the PPS valuation so low I think we are looking at the bottom right now...the offering is at 1.15. I'm still very Bullish despite my recent comments. Just need to vent a little regarding the extra wait and timing the offering at the same time.

TRTC Entering The Craft MJ growing biz , likely then we should see some of their Humboldt strains at Cannabis Cups in the future.

I think EG will get sold when NJ approves legalising MJ , the Greenhouse will be converted to Growing Cannabis. The VV will still be our landlord but TRTC owns the greenhouse. The VV family will re work the lease when NJersey legalises and it looks like Murphy will win and he said already he approves of MJ legalisation.

Getting rid of Amy and the VV family off the BOD was good, they will be replacing them with directors that have a better understanding of this Industry.

I don't think it will be that long of a wait, thinking by early August this stock will be starting it move up before results, the next couple months will be churning just above 1.00.

Whats disapointing is that this stock was getting some action hitting 1.32 last week and was starting to move up on another companies SARM drug data....until our CEO threw a dagger into our hearts.

Still long here despite the CEO 's bad judgment.

Hi Waffles , The timing was terrible , they could have done this after good trial results without hurting a shareholder base down that has mainly funded this company. I'm not to happy with the CEO performance and think he can be more tactful with his shareholders , especially if he has any confidence in upcoming trial results.

Another question I have have is why are they still looking for 5211 patients on June 6th ? is the timeline going to be longer than early September as Brian said in the CC ?
also would like to know who at company is responsible for poor recruitment. Would it be person from Phrma development or clinical development person in the company ?

We need a new CEO, Brian needs to go. He has underperformed...and the person running patient recruiting. both of them...

now I know why this stock does not trade at valuations like GTX< and MDGL. Its because of Poorly run Management.

VKTX Management is terrible, they either do not think their results for phase 2 will be good or they just don't care about its investors.
The timing of this dilution after they fail to get the Phase 2 done on time and delay it a couple months then dilute us down during this waiting time ? why ? They have enough cash to last them another 8 months...doing this now does not look good. The CEO needs to do a better job recruiting patients for trials and stop putting its investors in a bad spot.

Any smart Judge will factor in stall tactics being played here ...the distributors had all the time in the world to apply for a License.

wishful thinking but reality is they only have 4 labs and they have no money to buy any more. The company cant turn any profit and The CEO needs to dilute this stock in the near future just to stay afloat...but there are too many holes in the ship ....dilution coming will sink this down.

The 5 acre Greenhouse was built by TRTC for the sole reason to Grow MJ. Murphy will win. It will be a very interesting year indeed.

The CEO has gone on record to say the only time they would do a R/S is to uplist to the Nasdaq. It could happen in a couple years but not until the Federal picture is clear with rescheduling and tax laws.
