Another point is worth considering. Current CLYW directors were never elected by the stockholders and may, indeed, be replaced by a receiver. If I remember what one lawyer said, this means they are personally liable for bad decisions or financial moves that harm the company/stockholders. This applies to both torts and criminal acts. I would think this would make their current activities as above board as possible. Plus the SEC is watching closely as well.
Stock Manipulators' Double Secret Encrypted Romulan Empire Code (tm):
2xx: I need shares badly but do not take the price down
3xx: Take the price down so I can load shares
Exactly what happened today, BTW.
I have contacted Markle's office. I have not had a reply.
>>Finally, Mr. Turrini secured millions in investment money for Calypso. This came in the form of both private and public capital.
Really? Where did those millions go? If this is true, we have embezzlers on the BOD.
As for the post itself, Ack! I need a shot of insulin just from reading it.
Why, we have the New, Improved, Official Website now! We have already been assured that any important news will be immediately posted! /S
By keeping track of who suddenly starts or stops posting, and who screams "Danger, Will Robinson!" one can easily determine who is working for Daic.
And...?
The story from Turrini -- unconfirmed -- has been that since he and the other officers have been running the company from their own pockets, it has been too expensive to issue any 8Ks or PRs letting the investors know what has been happening with the company and with the court battles since 2006. With the New Improved Authorized Website, this excuse vanishes. If we remain still starved for information, it will be because the officers want it that way. Time for them to put up or shut up. Clock's running.
It looks good. However, it's, as we say in publishing, content free. Can we expect real news to be posted soon?
One or more members of this board have said they had filed for receivership to fire the BOD. I wonder what the status of that action is.
Geez... strike what? What does this mean?
Thanks.
Meaning...?
Unlike the past fiascos, this time the SEC is watching closely; the officers are under a microscope; hundreds if not thousands of angry shareholders are fed-up with past crappy deals; and Daic is also under close observation.
>>I guess this is where the bashers jump out of the bushes and try to disuade us from being optimistic. Cue the music!

My broker also tells me he can trade my shares with no problem.
On the 5th the judge will be on trial. If he allows Daic's too late witnesses to testify after dumping ours, he will have disqualified himself.
The company has admitted that it cannot get back to the Pink Sheets until it has $300K + to do the back financial paperwork. A good trial month will more than generate that amount for the company as the pps should soar.
Why don't you ask? His email is posted on this board somewhere.
Turrini answers more questions regarding the summary judgment against CLYW.

So you ARE a company officer. Are you a director, too? For how long have you been associated with CLYW? Please come clean.
>>But, all they did was grant Williamson what he asked for, since the other side didn't bother to show up in court... <<
I wish you'd cut that out in the face of a deposition that states witnesses' lives were threatened if they showed.
Yikes! A 1,784 word post!
I tend to agree with you in the beginning of your posts, but then you go rampaging off into the weeds with more and more subjective but less and less objective stuff. Three psychiatrists would give at least seven intrepetations of the behavior of Daic, Williams, et al. We use courts to settle our disputes. Often, the courts fail, but that's our system. If Markle is the lawyer we have been led to believe, and, according to one director, has Daic coming and going, then all is fine and next year at this time we'll be meeting in Vegas to celebrate. If Daic overcomes Markle in court, or appeals a settlement in favor of CLYW, well, maybe our grandkids will be celebrating in Tranquility Base in 2061.
Everyone here (not counting Daic's laughable "sell!" clowns) is expecting a success somewhere, else they would have shed their shares in the past several years. What and when remain elusive.
Since CLYW was downgraded to the Grey Sheets, it's pps has been meaningless. Again, note that no one is selling, even those whose average pps is 2 cents. All 200M shares are waiting for legal outcomes. And those screaming SELL! SELL! are laughably transparent manipulators who just want more shares cheap. That Turrini is the only director to publically answer questions about the company (with the SEC reading every word) makes me wonder about other anonymous testimony. I tend to give him the benefit of the doubt. Director "B's" charges against Turrini show that even among insiders, what has happened is open to debate and interpretation. Postings on this board vilifying directors and officers are, in my mind, simply rants.
This is long but seems to say that in 2010 Daic agreed to drop his demands for Calypso's patents and the $117M judgment. Yes? No? Why are we in court again?

Yes.

Read the previous. Tirrini claims he was forbidden by the Board to testify (he was a VP then) and then all officers were fired and their salaries eliminated. Talk about poisonous management. The picture is that of crooks trying to steal the patent and take down the company. None of them are listed as being involved with CLYW anymore. I guess shareholders back then were paying no attention to what was happening. Goes back to management in the 2004-2008 timeframe. One guy's deposition claims his family was threatened with death and he with imprisonment if he testified. I find it unbelievable that the judge simply disregarded these threats. He may feel under a lot of pressure to be fairer this time. The SEC is also undoubtedly watching events. The history suggests that some Daic people operate routinely with threats of violence.

Downsideup's response to this information would be welcome.
That's your assertion. Documentation?
It's on the front page of Fix Calypsowireless on Facebook.
Turrini has, in recent weeks, twice, publically, in writing, answered questions about former doings at CLYW. What have you done except sling accusations, your epic postings not withstanding? Why the utter silence from Dave Williams and the rest of the officers?
If our case were as bleak as you suggest, why is no one selling their stock? There are 200M shares of common stock out there. If a collapse looked likely, wouldn't everyone who bought below 5 cents be selling?
Why not ask him yourself? He's posted his email address on this board somewhere.
It seems Turrini is just one of two company officers who are willing to answer questions from stockholders. Just saying.
Regarding DE Wine, anyone know what happened to them?
There is a new post on the Fix Calypsowireless Facebook page. It is from Mr. Turrini regarding what happened to result in the default judgment against CLYW and the subsequent clusterf***. Interesting.
This makes no sense. How, in the years since, has Turrini been able to remain CEO in what appears to be criminal misconduct resulting in damage to the company?
That was then. Today, many, many more eyes are on Turrini. If he pulls a fast one again (esp. with the SEC on his back) I'd bet on his having to pay a price.
Interesting, isn't it? Calypso, as the plaintiff, should have been able to chose the court in which it filed its complaint. Why this court is a very good unanswered question.
Belay my last. I just figured-out how to read the docket.
So, for all practical purposes, Drago goes on trial as defendant in two trials in two courts in three days. So, how can this be possible?
