Is that hoping or your crystal ball says so?
Good deal too. :)
Again, 8ks are for certain procedures outlined in SEC requirements and not necessarily for our wants and desires. But take it as you will.
For some there would still be questions anyway, I’ve noticed that.
Mark could have mistakenly said FINRA when he meant SEC.
And I told you that Mark said the tweets were confirmed and yet you don't believe that even. Questions abound and I don't know why.
No, I forget, it's whether the truth wants to be let known. Everyone is in this stock for one reason or another and I have my belief in this company. THere, it's settled.
Not true. Mark probably said it that way because he knows FINRA is part of the SEC. So there is a logical explanation to it.
Actually not completely accurate: SEC calls if they have a question about a tweet or PR. That’s all. So Mark would still be right. The truth is being spun here.
Well what really happens is the SEC calls if they have a question about a tweet or PR. That’s all. All that's being done here is the truth is being spun just a little bit. So Mark would still be right but this board is quirky about the truth.
YOu believe FINRA but FINRA doesn't have on their website where they investigate tweets? How strange. And yet, I had to look up all this tidbit of info just to find out they DO investigate tweets.
Oh so you think. I'm done. This could be an all day argument. But I do believe Mark.
No, you said that FINRA doesn't investigate tweets and I said they do. THAT was the point.
Whatever you want to believe.
So see, even though they may not mention it on FINRA's website, they do oversee more than just Twitter.
9 Ways To Use Social Media Compliantly From FINRA

YOu got it. BUt when you google FINRA it does show that a few brokers got in trouble with FINRA because of tweets they sent out that were false and misleading. So you can say FINRA does have investigative authority over tweets. And apparently they also control what is put on Facebook and other social media platforms.
FINRA DOES investigate tweets! Google it!
FINRA's website says nothing about tweets and that's probably true, but when you google it FINRA DOES look at the tweets! THe SEC oversees FINRA but it's FINRA that investigates the tweets. GOOGLE IT!
Whatever you say. Sounds good to me.
Oh yes they do too! That's how I know that FINRA and not SEC looks at the tweets. I googled it.
Only Mark can do that and you know it. I can't show you not one darn thing. But prove FINRA didn't look at the tweets. Go ahead, prove FINRA didn't look at the tweets. You can't.
And how do you know FINRA hasn’t been there to check on tweets? You don’t. So yes, it’s very possible the tweets have been checked.
Yep, FINRA does check the tweets, at least enough of them in spite what is believed.
You can’t say that Arrayit has no revenues without seeing fins first. Have you seen fins we haven’t seen? No. So how can you say Arrayit has no revenues? You can’t.
BUt how many people Taub deceived in his lifetime???? Huh??? It's always Mark to blame but never Taub.
Ah, but that's not what you said. Poor Taub????? We don't know yet from the court breifings who conned who and it's already being said poor Taub????
Or maybe, Taub conned Mark. You never mention that though. Hmmm?
Oh Hugie! I beg to differ on Mark being the worst scammer. I've been around on these stocks and there are worse people than Mark!
All in your opinion. Whatever Nielson does, he will do, but you have no idea for certain he will sell.
Yeah right. I guess. I just pointed you to the SEC's requirements on 8ks but yet I get blamed for speculation and opinion? That's rich.
Not at all, I never said that Mark could do an 8k about some of the sales taking place, that was you. Mine was not speculation or opinion. I just spoke the truth.
All of which is pure speculation and opinion on your part.
Not necessarily. If I was Mark I might be doing the same very thing. Mark knows enough to know what he can and can't do, I'm sure.
I am not Mark! Mark has his own way of thinking and apparently he doesn't want to file an 8k, so he doesn't. No need to cry over something you can't change. Sheesh!
Maybe but you said anything to do with sales -- NOT!
THese are the following reasons to do an 8k and tweets and sales are NOT one of them:
Examples of 8-K Disclosures
The SEC requires disclosure for numerous changes relating to a registrant's business and operations. This includes changes to a material definitive agreement or the bankruptcy of an entity.
Key Takeaways:
The SEC requires companies to file an 8-K to announce major events relevant to shareholders.
Companies have four business days to file an 8-K for most specified items.
Unlike the annual reporting of Form 10-K and the quarterly reporting of Form 10-Q, public companies use Form 8-K as needed.
Financial information disclosure requirements include the completion of an acquisition, changes in the financial condition of an entity, disposal activities, and material impairments. The SEC mandates filing an 8-K for delisting of stock, failure to meet listing standards, unregistered sales of securities, and material modifications to shareholder rights.
An 8-K is required when a business changes accounting firms used for certification. Changes in corporate governance such as control of the registrant, amendments to the articles of incorporation or bylaws, changes in the fiscal year, and amendments to the registrant's code of ethics are also required to be disclosed.
The SEC also requires a report upon the election, appointment, or departure of a director or certain officers. The use of Form 8-K is required to report changes related to asset-backed securities. Regulation FD requirements are also required.
Form 8-K reports may be issued based on other events up to the company's discretion that the registrant considers to be of importance to shareholders.
Good points to an 8k.
Your opinion about RRBB and Arrayit having a falling out. Just because they don't answer your requests doesn't mean they've had a falling out. Again, all your opinion.
We'll see about it...we'll see.
