dont always beleive what SL has been trying to lead you to beleive...just cause he says that he runs the show means nothing...HGLC is an entity that he wants to aquire...all rational hints point to that truth...In the end, everything remains speculation...no one really know 'who' owns what in this world now do they?
-PD
it is not that I do not understand, it is that you do not understand...You have no base for claiming that Stephen Lumb 'runs' anything...he could simply be a very large investor in all his operations...well, if that be the case, then every company out in the market has their share of large investors...it hardly means that they 'run it'...
-PD
janice, your claims are baseless and repetitive...you company is unwelcome and your stay has long since expired...I hate to be the one to point it out to you, but you are as a broken record that refused to stop playing the same song. Grow up child. (and I know your age far exceeds mine
-PD
I will attempt to contact Santi, Lumb, IR to forward my formal case (just posted) and suggest that anyone who feels as strongly as I do, put down the 'dirty tools' that bashers are using and come up with a 'community voice' that we can leverage to 'drive home' our concerns on a more professional manner. As the current methods via bashers are clearly not helping the current pps, perhaps a more diplomatic approach will help. I could be wrong, and so everyone is entitled to their point of view. I am just trying to do what I think would help the current situation, as I feel someone needs to be a middle person...Vianna, would you be so kind as to send my 'formal complaint' letter to the desk of Alan Santini, as you have already formed a link with him. I will support you in your quest, but want to ensure that the CEO receive my complaint and take it seriously enough to warrant a change in the behaviors that we have been as of late from the management team for FFGO. Thx.

REVISED CASE TO FFGO BOARD OF DIRECTORS: FORMAL INVESTOR COMPLAINT.
cc: Alan Santini, Stephen C. Lumb, IR Firm
I have supported this company (FFGO) for quite some time now and am now putting down my ‘pompoms’ to make some objective comments that I wish that management of ffgo hear and understand...Although I recently adventured into penny plays, I have had experience on BB, etc as well as other business ventures. Even with my minimal exposure to penny plays, I feel that management is not upholding the responsibilities to act in accordance of professional conduct. Perhaps it is due to the fact that it is a penny play, or perhaps not. However, I have had experience in professional conduct and received indirect training through my years in university studies, and now medical school. Although I am at the beginning of my investing career, I aspire to become a strong trader one day and also have ambitions to be a smart trader. In that, I feel that I have earned a place in society, as well as every other person on this board, to not be treated as a ‘moron’ by ffgo management. Although, the management is not ‘implying' such words directly, they are indeed implying them through their 'actions'. I will attempt to summarize my point in a coherent manner, so that my points can be heard by management, for what it is worth:
-Stephen Lumb has no business on message boards whatsoever and should have been stopped by his legal team. Since he did indeed partake in message board discussions, it is natural to presume that the lack of restraint on the boards was calculated in nature.
-The management should not be making spelling mistakes in PRs/8K filing and should exemplify professionalism on all dimensions of business, as they are in the business that is perceived as professional in nature. Having such mistakes in professional documentation does not leave a good impression.
-The management should not be making public announcements of possible RM, divi dates, etc UNTIL after these business ventures are completed and secured. By stating claims and then revoking those claims, they are not only affecting the credibility of the company, but are disappointing many loyal investors that are beginning to question things.
-The management should not be ‘acknowledging’ message board postings or acting in a manner that they regularly ‘follow’ such postings, as they should be paying attention to business and solely business.
-Currently, the management is placing blame on posters, and are not assuming responsibility over the recent events that have transpired. In fact, management is the one that is in control of distributing shares, business ventures, releasing PRs, etc and they are ultimately responsible for the actions of the company and the currently ridiculous price of .0001 pps. It is not professional to be making such excuses for incompetence, as the board of directors assumed the responsibility by taking investor’s money and injecting it into whatever they have been injecting into, and now have the responsibility for accountability.
-Most recently, there are implications that the company ‘may not exist in the future’ as a consequence of investor postings, etc. This is obscured, as the 'posters' are simply reacting to the postings and actions of the company. If the company actually did anything that claimed they would do, then the posters would naturally have only good things to say. They have taken my money as well as others, and now claim that ‘angry posters’ are bashing the stock...well, that is unacceptable as management is adding 'fuel to the fire' so to speak, and doing absolutely nothing to ‘temper down the anger’. In fact, they are acting like their ‘feelings’ are more important than investor ‘feelings’. Well, here is a newsflash-->Investors are what count!!! Management 'feelings' and big investors' feelings' should be secondary to the retail investor whom is completely powerless at this point...(I have taken my initial profits, but I am sure that many have not and are stuck with a loss…that is not fair and should not occur to honest investors that dont even post on message boards..It has unethical written all over it)
-ALAN SANTINI is proving that he is not up for the challenge of being a CEO of any company because of his lack of follow through and now recent 'bailing' on the company and long followers...It is his professional responsibility to finish what he has started, and not create a 'legal' exit before he actually follows through. He is not under more pressure to perform that any other CEO of any other company, and so if he wants the 'respect' he has to earn it. I believed that he would follow through, but now I am not sure, as many feel that they are being ‘led along’without adequate backing.
-Once a company follows through, the negative people around a company have nothing left to talk about. That should be the main and utmost focus and business objective: To complete the stated tasks!
-The investors now have many reasons to be angry: Most recently, Mr. Stephen Lumb came on Ihub and made blatant claims of having power to 'run the company to the ground' etc and now stated that 'the gold company news, info, and divi details are deliberately being withheld due to 'bashing, ect, Furthermore, there are clauses in place in the recent PR that indicate the possibility of a fall-out of the RM uranium play and now potential fallout of the company altogether? I ask three simple questions in all of this recent news: Where is the comfort of the investor in all this? Where is the ‘best interest of the investor' considered here? Is a CEO's fiscal responsibility not solely to act in accordance that the investor benifits? The investor is the one whom has invested, paid for management salaries, funded the operations of the company, gave them the opportunity to try a business, and now the investor is the one punished? I find this bizarre as much as frustrating. I believe that the management actually owes the investor more than their ridiculously put together PR's about nothing about something, and then follow up PR's that that the something has been taking away and replaced with another nothing. Currently, it seems smoke and mirrors at this point. However, I am still watching and observing, as are many investors, and posters alike.
-IF THE MANAGEMENT CANNOT WIN THE TRUST OF THE RETAIL INVESTOR THEN HOW WILL THEY WIN THE TRUST OF THE BIGGER INVESTOR? Perhaps they should have been private if they did not want to respect the retail investor. This seems like the old story of people being nice when they need something and then changing faces when they have acquired what they needed...the need being Investor capital! I would love to be corrected that this is not the case; however, the management does not seem to be concerned anymore.
Well, these are my sentiments and so take them for what they are. FFGO Management and fellow Investors: Do not continue to disrespect the retail investor, and do not try and suppress the voice of the people by deleting posts, oppressing freedom of speech, To try and erase negative posters is like trying to fight a losing war…There really is no point now is there? It is the responsibility of the negative posters to also act within the guidelines of message board rules and not use boards for 'slander' or 'accusations' that some would regard as 'illegal'. All in all, still wish GL to those with thick skin and willing to see this play to the end. Everyone has something that they need to work on here. I started my improvement my spell checking this post (laugh)
PD ( upset, and no longer cheering but watching on the sidelines till the management 'smartens' up and stops acting like amateurs)
what do you mean? I dont understand your implications...please explain??? And BTW Janice, whomever said that proper spelling is required on a message board...It in uncalled for on a PR, but message board??? Are you not a bit stiff!?!?! Why so serious?(insert from joker)...and stating 'high academia' was to meirely indicate that I have credentials in a professional program, and so was trying to land some 'merit' to my 'voiced opinions'...now, I pointed out my mistake of 'bad spelling' and realized that I should have double checked my post...however, why do you never realize where you are wrong? must you always be so difficult to deal with? Why do you always seem to wake up on the wrong side of the bed? What is your deal?
-PD
LOL...sorry guys for the incredible amount of spelling mistakes on my recent post...Just read through it...ops..maybe I should have done that before pushing send...Now wouldn't it be clever of me to state that the posting was full of mistakes to prove my point...That management of ffgo NEEDS to stop making spelling mistakes IF they want to get their message across in their PR's...lol (but, I humbly admit that my spelling sucks(damn automatic spell checker for word, windows...makes you so darn lazy )...GL to those that are in this for the finale !!!
-PD
lol...yea, my spelling sucks...always did, and spelling checker on documents makes it even worse to improve..lol..oh well, its not like i'm looking for a grade on an english paper that I care about spelling
-PD
hey priz, dont know about you but i think the pr's and actions of ffgo management are garbage to say the least...wrote a long speal over there a few minutes ago, and now have a reserved opinion about ffgo, but hglc looks very good and stronger than ever...oh well, if I lose out of profits in ffgo, i am sure that hglc will be enough to make up for it and more
-PD
ahhhh, that felt good...he, he, he..
-PD
i have supported this company for quite some time now and am now putting down my pompoms to make some objective comments that I wish that management of ffgo hear and understand...Although I recently adventured into penny plays, I have had experience on BB, etc as well as other business ventures. Aside from that, I have high rankings in academia and consider myself an up and coming force in the investing world and have shown my strength as time goes by...A few point to consdider by management are as follows:
-Stephen Lumb has no business on message boards whatsoever and should have been stopped by his legal team...it is natural to presume that a lack of restraint on the boars was calculated in nature.
-The management should not be making spelling mistakes in PRs nor 8K filing and should exemplify professionalism on all dimensions of business, as they are in the business that is perceived as professional in nature. It is a impression thing.
-They should not be making public annoucements of possible RM, divi dates, etc UNTIL after these business ventures are completed...this is a credibility issue.
-They should not be acknowledging message board posting or acting in a manner that they regularly follow such postings, as they should be paying attention to business and soley business
-Currently, they are placing blame of posters, however, they are the ones that are in control of distributing shares, business ventures, releasing PRs, etc and they are ultimately responsible for the actions of the company and the currently rediculous price of .0001 pps. It is not professional to be making such excuses for incompetence, as they assumed the responsibility by taking investors money and injecting it into whatever they have been injecting into.

I find this bizare as much as infuriating in its nature...The management actually owe the invesor more than there rediculously putogether PR's about something about nothing...seems smoke and mirrors at this point...
-IF THE MANAGEMENT CANNOT WIN THE TRUST OF THE RETAIL INVESTOR THEN HOW WILL THEY WIN THE TRUST OF THE BIGGER INVESTOR...maybe they shoudl have been private if they did not want to respect the retail investor...this seems like the old story of people being nice when they need something...now now that they have the money, they pay no homage!!!????!!!!
well, these are my sentiments and so take them for what they are...do not continue to disrespect the retail investor , and do not try and suppress the voice of the people by deleting posts, oppressing freedome of speech, etc THESE BOARDS WERE DESIGNED FOR INVESTOR TO EXCHANGE IDEAS, NOT FOR COMPANYIES TO MOLD BUSINESS MODELS AROUND RUMORS OR FOR COMPANIES TO 'LISTEN IN' TO THE CONVERSATIONS!!???!!??
PD ( upset, and no longer cheering but watching on the sidelines til the management 'wisens' up and stops acting like amateurs... PD DOES NOT LIKE TO DO BUSINESS WITH AMATEURS and so is now skeptic after months of support
where did you get this from? I cannot seem to find it.Thx
"The Board of Directors of the Uranium Mining & Exploration Company are at this time reluctant to join the Board of Directors of the Company due to unprovoked and personal attacks on your Company and its Board of Directors, by third parties, as they view this as a major risk to their reputations as they perceive that these personal attacks will not cease whatsoever. In light of their existing standpoint, the Company has given them until the close of business on Monday October 13, 2008 to make a decision; failing which the Company will terminate these discussions with that Uranium Mining & Exploration Company at that time. "
-PD
very interesting perspective...
-PD
good one
if they actually put that website up, as claimed, that will be HUUUUGGGEEE credibility gains!!!! As they have promised the updated website for years, that being done will definately get things moving up, and FA$T!!! I LOVE IT!!!!! WHOOOOO HOOOOOOO!!!!! GO HGLC GO!!!!
(hey bashers, ya want a pump meat sandwhich?!?!? well, looks like the HGLC cafeteria will be open to serving you one shortly!!!!mwwwaaaaahhh, haaa, haaa, haaa , haa( villian laugh
-PD (locked and loaded !!!)
no, actually I am not easy to impress...and I don't know how to lose money...u seem to have that down packed though...BTW, ur post what the kind of meaningless gibrish that I was making reference to in my origininal post...maybe u will listen to my advice and buy a winter jacket...it's gonna get very cold in ur world soon enough...GL
-PD
very good points!
-PD
how can you be sure of anything...that is why trading is called speculation...
-PD
wow...im very impressed with ffgo management's stance on the issues raised by lumb last night...if they are trying to effectively show their dominance over the petty bashers, they are indeed gaining support...I for one, do not mind the delays...since gold is positioned much better now for a big run, and financials have virtually collapse...if they want to cook some bashers and haters, then I say....WHOOO HOOOO!!! IT seems that HGLC management is playing their cards right also...since the pps has been consolidating on/around .0030 for quite some time, it is clear that it is a major support level, as well as launch point for the next leg up...IF all works out, I will give kudos to all the real supporters who did not faulter during the smoke for the past few months...it is not easy to see through the smoke and mirrors and lack of transparency...but now, I am of the beleif that all was planned and exicuted to not only buy more time, but to weed out the bad/heartless/weak naysayers and single them out...now, we clearly know who is who, and can easily discard opinions when they come around to bash this stock in their usually tirany of meaningless posts and accusations...GL to usual suspects, as always...and wishing warm coats for the bashers this christmas cause they will be left out in the cold in due time!!!!
-PD
the divis are not worthless...worth is in the eyes of the trader...when we know more about the giving company, the receiver will naturally confirm value to properly reflect market sentiment...in due time, worth will be revealed..
-PD
if u feel lost with the sister, imagine what I'm thinking...have no clue what to expect(ok, maybe a clue)...but it has so many twists and turns as the plot thickens that I'm really lost with the RM news...oh well, I'm sure that I can't be the only one confused...or am I???
-PD
i actually enjoy reading your background posts...in fact, when trading commodities/Precious metals, I find that the background knowledge is key to strategy...their strength always seems to reflect the rest of the sectors out there...ie.financial, dollar, credit crunch, supply/demand, world politics, etc. so please continue to post your heart's content...it is helpful !
-PD
thx..well, it seems that before the effects of this RM actually take effect, the effects of the extraordinary divis will help push the pps upwards....
"The Company stresses that should this proposed Reverse Merger be agreed upon, this will not affect the payments of the Stock Dividends and no shares of the Company's Common Stock will be issued by the Company in respect of this contemplated Reverse Merger until such time as these payment of these Stock Dividends to stockholders are completed."
...Good times ahead...
-PD
there will likely be buybacks of the 500000$ amt and likewise further transfer of the hglc shares to the lender...since they want the capital, and the lender wants those shares..in the long run, ffgo having half a million to spend on current pps share buyback should, theoretically, increase and stabilize the pps, during its rise, and avoid rapid declines from profit takers...maybe they are doing all this as a strategy to meet a magic number that they feel the stock should be trading at before the RM takes affect...in the end, only they know what they want to do...but this show is getting very interesting!
-PD
so, in a reverse merger, what happens to the pps of the public company? private company? new shell company? not too sure how exactly it works for such mergers...wondering the effect it will have on ffgo current pps...realizing that the divis, and cancelled shares, and further buybacks will explode the pps, what will happen to it before, during and after the merger is completed...jus wondering what to expect..
-PD
oh yea baby, I loved the last line...be in gold bullion and gold mining companies (in the market, spec plays(ie.HGLC,FFGO, etc) could be just as strong as producing plays)...now we wait for ...
-PD
you will have some competition my friend cause u are not the only one buying it up!!!!...I know me and prisoner are willing to duke it out for more shares at these incredibly cheap prices..lol..
-PD
good moring to u 2...well, there was a recent article that highlighted that gold will need to retrace before making another push to break 900...well, kitco quotes the low at 816, which would be considered a fallback from recent highs of 900ish...prety health if u ask me..and since hglc is trading with health and strength in pps support (with mucho anticipated new pending!!!....) Gold will bounce back...it give hgcl big boys enough time to (hopefully) set things up so that we can catch the next gold wave this time...as far a bailout...it doesn't really matter, even if it gets approved, i view it as a short term bandaid for a bigger economic wound...eventually, ppl will see through it as inflation rises, default continues, and the economy continues a slide...even if, and a big if, the bill gets aproved, and there is a huge rally on the upside,,,there will be profit takers that will push the market dowm...if fact, the market has bounced back a few times from the triple digit losses, and thus some have made an incredible amt of wealth as many have lost theirs...the nature of the beast i suppose...So, in essence, my confidence still lies with gold and pm plays, although the current gold price slide doesnt immediately reflect the strength, it will in due course...besides, as slow as hglc management is...I think we may need the time
ps- agree with ur 1 month mark for petty land...am hoping to transfer some more troop from this play once we are in penny land to infiltrate and aid my boys in petty land...jus hope the game here picks up, while the other one stays delayed...now, that would jus be perfect..lol...
-PD
yep, .0001 is not very easy to get...so well for the supporters of 'no bid'...this play IMO is jus getting $tarted
-PD
very good observation! Makes you wonder how many of those .0001's this week were actually .00019, but hidden in the games of trading...considering that the strength is showing today, it really supports our arguements that the play is far from over!!!..and once a few of the commitments start getting checked off...KABOOOOOOM!!!
ps-where do you see the value to be when all is said and done? I have a guess, but want ur view, as you are also a supporter of the play...
-PD
gooooooooooooooood morning!
-PD
well, well...what happened to all those posts that this stock will collapse with no bid, etc...and now we have ask at .0002 and above, with news pending...buybacks still to come...shares cancelations to still be confirmed...divis to still be set and released...and much more.... it is not very difficult to begin to see which posters bash when the stock is down but disappear when the stock shows its viability...we will be hansomely rewarded in due time...GL to all usual $uspects!!!!$$$$!!!!
-PD
I like the sounds of your post...it has a nice ring to it...FFGO will rise in due time...but rise it will indeed.
-PD
did I hear golden?!?!?! (hint hint)
-PD
in due time little grasshopper...in due time...
-Sensay PD
Priz, I know you're long and stong...trading is part of the game...it is good to trade a bit while keeping the core...I am not sure what is really in store for us, but there is a definate possibility that we will make big $$$$ when this baby explodes to the upside...The likelyhood of upside far exceeds a retrace, but who know at this point...I am presuming that there will be a lot of drama on the table soon enough, as Lumb just took FFGO's free-trading shares (that could be a big shift of power)...homework was done on this play, as well as the sister company, a while back...now we just need to sit back, watch the tape, and let the boys upstairs determine if we eat well this christmas, or canned beans On another note...When do you think petty land will blow up???(I want to increase my troops over there, but not quite sure about the timing jus yet...)
-PD
why do you suppose?
lol..prisoner is high on the thought of being rich!!! Is it a mere thought or reality!?!? well, considering his current portfoli of GOLD plays and now Zinc, Silver, Oil (FMNJ)...it may be more than just a thought by the looks of it...Precious Metals are going to explode...only a matter of time...tick tock doc! GL !!!$$$$!!!
-PD
Another thought...if this play rises on low volume, what will happen when the new$ hits the streets and volume of hundreds of millions of trades per day come back??? Can anyone hear.....KABOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!
-PD
