Well, the SP should rise a little now. i had to dump 200K shares today, just couldn't hold on any longer. Soon just wasn't quick enough!
Gibber, you keep talking about equity or debt financing but there is another option, What if they took whatever portion of Atoll's earnings they get and use that to finance their future aquisitions and day to day operational costs?
It really seems, in retrospect, that Kingthorpe, Scorry, and 2 create, all respected posters who put a lot of effort into their research, were duped into becoming cheerleaders for this stock. a lot of people took them at their word over the last year or so and look where we are now.
This certainly isn't acting like a stock thats 'about to take off'! Why is that? With all the talk and rumours about the financing is just 48 hours away as of two days ago, just around the corner, just next week etc, etc. We're up to our collective as_ in 'next weeks'! Is there some restriction on employees, their families, their friends, and friends of their friends that stops them from buying? Surely people close to the action that can see all of what LNGT has been involved in for the last 6 months would want people they know to benefit from the impending 'perfect storm' stock runup. At 3 cents a share just about anyone could get into this game!
So why isn't that happening!
What is the symbol for Lantis, and does the JV bewtween lantis and LNGT trade yet, and under what symbol?
tia
You always here about someone who ...'sold just before it skyrocketed! Woulda, shoulda, coulda, blah blah blah...' I'm determined that it's not gonna be me this time!
Runnin', you seemed so sure that we would be getting an update this week, anything you know about that would have changed that?
Thanks Runnin'. I'm with CIBC and they had a broadcast page up saying the markets were closed in the States. I see they have since removed it.
BMoon', I think the US markets are closed now until next Monday due to the 4th of July holiday. Today could well have been the very last opportunity to pick up LNGT at sub .04. Just about every source is saying news is happening now!
Hi GAK! I missed your endless enthusiasm for a few days there. Welcome back. I feel this is the week that will mark the turnaround for LNGT!
GLA!
just a reminder....
"Robert D. Battis, CEO of Laser Energetics, stated, "While the closing has taken longer than we hoped, there were many moving parts that had to come together in order to finalize the deal. We are very close. The transaction will be a landmark event in the history of our company. For the first time, we will be adequately funded to bring to market all the exciting technology in our portfolio. We can immediately ramp up our production capacity to meet the demand for our BrightStar(TM) laser systems. We can close on two acquisitions that we are currently negotiating on, which will bring technology, revenue, and profit to our company. We will also be in a position to initiate a share buyback program, which our Board of Directors is currently considering."
Battis continued, "We work hard to earn the trust of our investors. We respect and appreciate the fact that they've entrusted us with their hard earned dollars. We don't make announcements unless they are true, and we strive to deliver on our promises in a timely fashion. The closing of this financing, although it is taking longer than expected, will be further proof that we mean what we say. We hope to report additional exciting developments regarding our Company in the very near future."....

Bmoondoggy, since you have an 'all or nothing' restriction on your trade, it makes it harder to fill, especially on larger orders. A buyer has to buy your whole order or more. I've found that if I'm trying get a large order filled it is better to not have an all or nothing restriction and just let it fill as the market moves. It may cost a bit more in commissions but you are more likely to be filled.
PTG, I'm in for 726 thousand shares. Maybe members would like to in box you and you could give us some idea what this board actually holds, honest responses please. Obviously hoping for the best, the sooner the better,(you know,... the actual meaning of soon,... not the BW interpretation!).
That's not .10 GAK! That's 2.5 shares!
Holy Cow Downsideup! I truly hope this breast imaging thing isn't just a rumour. Amazing potential in this one application out of the many ap's possible. If they come out with some sort of NR that they are connected with this field, we'll be in the big leagues real soon! I'm sqeezing every last piggy bank in the house to buy more. There is no way the SP will stay down here much longer. There is just too much potential in to many fields and a break through in any one of these fields will send us on our way!
Well, volume has dried up, everyone who wanted to take a position seems to have already done so. It'll be just a few stragglers now. Typical action just before a major NR that has been long overdue.
A while ago Brian Battis said "alot of moving parts had to come together" concerning the financing. When we first heard about Beryl Wolk putting a million dollars of marketing behind LNGT I wondered what they could talk to the public about. I didn't think talking about a 'new weapon', the dazzler, would catch the public eye (no pun intended). The dental application also seemed to be an expensive and difficult item to create a buzz over. However, this breast cancer application would be an easy advertising product. We've heard that the laser detection of breast cancer is 100%, well above the existing mameogram technology. The peace of mind this application would bring will revolutionize this sector. I believe one of the 'moving parts' of the equation will be the aquisition of a company in this field. BW gets his very significant postion in LNGT followed immediately by an intense marketing campaign in a field with high public awareness, and LNGT is launched into the big leagues. This, of course, is all just my opinion but I bet I'm not to far off.
I'm sure that I don't fully understand the signifcance of this NR but it sure looks like management is in the process of cleaning up the company! To remove a founder of the company is a decision that is not made lightly, nor is it an easy thing to do.
From the Beryl Wolk site...."13. We hope to have a major announcement this week to benefit many of our Joint Ventures...."
Right on PTG, and no offense taken!
I have heard rumours from 2 different sources now that LNGT has already received a portion of the funding and will be receiving the rest in 1 to 2 million dollars lots as needed. They gotta give us news soon!
I think it is a testament to the skill and patience Praetorian has had in accumulating shares in this company. They were able to buy 633,000 plus shares on the open market and not significantly alter the SP, even with the extrordinarily tight float. Of course it helps to have some control over when NR's are released and when promotions happen etc, but I do admire the way they built their position.
That's interesting EIK. I read every word! Didn't understand a thing, LOL!
Any idea of what it said?
From the Beryl Wolk website...
"I advise all of our Joint Ventures that have been very patiently awaiting our funding to stay tuned to the blog because we will announce it here when it has arrived. "
Wow, Bat is right again! Good guess on the timing of the Q1 report Bat. I'm looking forward to the day you post on here that the bottom is in and you've bought some shares. With your past record here, you'll most likely be right again!
Breakpoint, I think you're doing a great job and I appreciate your voluntary input. I hope this chart, very soon, reflects you handle.
It kind of weakened at the end of the day. Bid .033, ask.038
Now that's more like it! Bigger volume, larger chunks going through at 4 cents. Getting ready to blast off!!
There has only been about 15,000 dollars worth of stock traded so far today. It's fun to see the SP go up but with that little dollar investment it may be just an attempt to manipulate. We need some 2 million share days or more and the real fun begins!
Nice! I would like to see much bigger volume though!
NNRI ia # 89 on this list of short stocks and was placed on the list 9 days ago

Runnin, I've been thinking along those lines as well. Not to be negative, but unless there are actual contracts announced, the financing news may already be factored into the SP (just look at the SP since the financing was first announced). Admittedly its a fantastic finance arrangement if it goes through at 13.9 but that news alone only shows confidence in the future of the company and a lot of us don't want to hang around that long. Until we see strong hands, signed contracts, and revenue, it may be a longer haul than expected.
I HOPE I'M WRONG!
What non employees are you talking about. As a matter of fact, what are you talking about. You seem intent on finding fault, regardless of whatever information is posted by people that actually do a little (or a lot) of digging for info. Face it Gib, you're stuck in a rut. The 1Q numbers are out soon and hopefully you may change your tune then. Your posts used to be informative but have since degraded into an annoying whine.
Gibber, please read post # 6484. It's Kingthorpes post which was reposted. He says..." The management has been quiet for a very, very, very good reason..." This guy knows what he is talking about, so have a little more patience.
2Create, and the rest of the board, my sincere apologies. I went back over the last 150 posts looking at the ones that had been deleted. Wether 2C deleted them or the IHub administration, most of the deletes were warranted. I extracted a few posts from the deleted files and reposted for all to see.
2Create is doing a fine job as moderator and I can only ask that any poster that has had a worthwhile post removed, please reconsider your choice to withdraw from this board. Your opinions and knowledge are invaluable and with a little restraint from everyone in general, we can have an intelligent and informative venue.

I see what's happening. Below is an excerpt from the 1/10/08 NR.
The GBMR shareholders are upset with 1) their President who doesn't communicate with them, and 2) NNRI for not selling more NuCap. And, if you read the GBMR board on Raging Bull you'll see a bunch of sub-penny stock players talking about their stock making "moves". So, if they can get the price of their stock to go from .0014 to .003 they can double their money. All they have to do is create an "event" whereby they try to go after another company that might give the appearance of benefitting their stock. Sweet deal for people who like to play the pink sheets.
Let's see! Is it the management of GBMR who owns the license for Nucap threatening NNRI? Or is it GBMR shareholders who are upset with the inactions and non responsiveness of GBMR management who are trying to find another pocket to pick?
Seems the company already responded to this nonsense.

NuCap(tm)
NuCap(tm) is a silicon polymer composite designed to encapsulate radioactive material. NNRF has an exclusive license from Global Matrechs, the owner of the NuCap(tm) technology, to market the product in Russia and the rights, on a non-exclusive basis, to market NuCap(tm) in other CIS countries. NuCap(tm) is manufactured in the United States. During the year NNRF management and scientific group met with representatives of Global Matrechs and the supplier Dow Corning to review several matters including preparation and application of the product. These meetings took place at Dow Corning's facility in Wiesbaden, Germany in October and November and at the Stusdvik testing facility in Karlsruhe, Germany in November. In attendance at the Wiesbaden October meetings from NNRF were Peter Goerke, Todd Sinclair, Hans Englemann and Klaus Rose. Global Matrechs was represented by its President Michael Sheppard who was accompanied by Mr. Shawn Kuch from Dow Corning USA. The November Wiesbaden meeting was attended by Goerke, Englemann and Rose and from Global Matrechs Michael Sheppard and his consultant Mr. Archer Haskins. The various meetings were intended to learn more about the product's characteristics, ensure that NuCap's performance would meet NNRF's requirements and discuss product application issues.
NNRF has received customs clearance for the import of NuCap(tm) into the Russian Federation under the Foreign Economic Activity Commodity Nomenclature (FEACN) No. 3214101000. During 2008 our Moscow staff will be working with various Russian groups on engineering and evaluation issues.
No sales of this product have occurred to date and at this time the company is not able to forecast NuCap(tm) revenues for 2008.
Any reference to a conspiracy by NNRF to illegally use Global Matrech's proprietary products is completely false.[/b}

E.ON could build UK nuclear reactors
(NNRF is working with E.ON on instalation of Feecom and Biecom in non related projects)
By Russell Hotten, Industry Editor
Last Updated: 12:33am BST 24/04/2008
E.ON, the German owner of British energy supplier Powergen, has signalled its intention to bid for a slice of the UK's nuclear industry with a surprise announcement that it has chosen two companies that would help it design and build reactors.
Although the UK Government's exact plans for a new generation of nuclear power stations are still unclear, E.ON said yesterday that it had signed letters of intent with France's Areva and Germany's Siemens to consider the construction of two power plants.
E.ON had previously said that it was leaving its options open about getting involved in new nuclear, a position that was seen as putting the company firmly in third place behind RWE and EdF as a likely player in the UK industry. But an E.ON source said that yesterday's news was aimed at "nailing our colours to the mast".
E.ON said it would use Areva's 1,600 megawatts (mw) advanced pressurised-water reactor, powered by Siemens' turbines. The three companies will also collaborate on a new type of 1,250mw boiling-water reactor produced by Areva.

The biggest nuclear generator in the UK currently is Torness-1, which generates about 650mw.
E.ON said nothing about potential locations for the reactors, nor a possible bid for British Energy, which runs eight nuclear stations on sites that are likely to be locations for the new generation of power stations.
Energy companies are in discussions with the Government about the future of British Energy, which carries a price tag of about £11bn.
The Government backs building reactors to replace the ageing units and coal plants that contribute to global warming. With about a third of generation needing replacement by 2020, Business Secretary John Hutton has said he wants at least one nuclear plant built by then.
Dr Paul Golby, chief executive officer of E.ON UK, said yesterday: "It is now up to us to work with our partners and with government to make that a reality."
The German company chose Areva, the world's largest builder of nuclear plants, ahead of Toshiba, Westinghouse and General Electric.

well guys....
i have to say...anyone that bought NNRF based on Barry Davis s rants do not know what they have bought....seriously...the whole story has not been told...the IM spewed off HUGE LIES and decived many people all the while selling...look at the 144s...how many time does BD show up...and Danny colon his partner...how about Darin NEllis ?Darin is Richard Walls son...Richard wall founded NNRF with a fantastic idea...yet got sidetracked when BD got involved..
So Gibber wants a new BOD....ok sure....what will happen is a BArry Davis backed BOD...take a look at PLTG...LUCE...MMTE...NCII...LNGT...and the list goes on...do current shareholders really want a BD backed board of directors?
Yes...NNRF has made mistakes...but ask your selves this...WHO wrote the news releases that contianed the BS...Darin Nellis was the president of the EP units in the USA...Richard wrote the NRs...how about Nucap...ask your selves where did all this NOISE about Carlos Slims come from?....NNRF has never said anything about it...yet BD talked openly and freely about associating the second richest man in the world with NNRF without any colaboration...
Ill tell you this...if Todd is removed as CFO of NNRF...he still remians on the board of ATOLL....and has anyone considered weather Peter Goerke will remian if Todd leaves?if these 2 get removed the whole deal unraveals and NNRF is worth zip...and try replacing Todd now-try finding a CFO who is willing to take on the task ...Todd is living out of hotels and airports for months now to get things done..only to be berated and badmouthed Barry Davis s crew of daytraders and swing trading flippers...
The company has been quiet about operations for months now...and for very...very..very good reason...depending on the outcome of there meetings in NY NNRF shareholders will get the whole picture very soon and it will all make sence...as for the timing of things...?..it could be 2 days or 4 months...but be assured that management...meaning ALL 6 members will make it clear at the right time..
And one thing about the clarifacation about revenues in the 10k that no one here seamed to pick up on is this....did anyone not notice the percentage of profit was much higher than forcast...?..think about it...we had calculated NNRF making 6-7 million based on 50% of total reveunes of 75 million...instead they made $5.6 M on 50% of 43 million...they made almost the same profit with almost half the revenue...and a side point is this....the remainer of the $35 million was work in progress...meaning it will be pushed forward to 1st Q-2nd Q 2008...so iam expecting a very good 1st Q report...iam surprised no one picked up on it...
And this $250 k grant in Germany for the Fiecom-Beecom production start up was just what is needed...they are already in production and next month they install the new equipment to start commercial production...BTW this grant is 50% of what they needed to go into full production...
ALL the daytraders -flippers swing traders....please sell...this is NOT THE STOCK for you...for those who invested in the fundementals..well you may have been disappointed in the progress thus far...but it think as the story unfolds you will be happy you rode out the storm...
2Create: You've done so much work researching this company, discovering its potential, and bringing it to our awareness, and I would like to thank you for that. It's a little perplexing, however, why you would delete posts from people equally, or more knowledgeable of the inner workings of the company. These posters have different connections,(some very close), and have attemnted to make their views known without revealing their information sources. Perhaps an explanation may be in order before these posters decide to stop posting out of frustration.
Thanks

over two hundred thousand traded at .033. Nice little uptick to end the day
