Fasctrack,
FASC has had some miss-steps that is for sure, and a couple of sales should not have been made. It is my opinion that this last couple of years has been spent in quiet correcting these errors financially. I am thankful for Mainland Machinery, their fondness of Brian personally, and their patience.
I am certainly hoping to be rewarded for my patience. If I do not get rewarded and have to pay the price for my investment/gambling decisions I will blame myself and not others.
RJ
Hey,
Sam runs into his psychiatrists office screaming to the receptionist at the top of his voice... saying, " I've got to see the Doc immediately,.. I think I have become invisible!", "I cannot see my hands!" ...so the receptionists pages back to the Doc, and the Doc replies; "Tell Sam; I cannot see him right now."
RJ
Hi Waite,
I am standing comfortably put. I am not buying or selling. I will let the traders do their thing. Of course liquidity depends on them.
RJ
Charlie,
At one time, Brian told me that he had control of Cal's shares. I am not sure if that was by the family or corporate agreement. I do not remember.
RJ
Hi Sam,
I just got off the phone with Brian a couple of minutes ago. Nothing new. Just keeping, keeping on!
Only two sales this year, lots of visitors and quoting, but follow through is just not happening.
Brian said "lots of hopes but nothing is easy."
RJ
Hi Charlie,
I was talking to Brian on that subject a few weeks ago. I shared my opinion of getting FASC back on a solid financial footing, satisfying Mainland and other current expenses before worrying about the SEC Filings. It would do us no good to be current with the SEC and have the rent and other expenses not paid. Staying in business is the most important thing for Brian to do.
My opinion,
RJ
Net,
Two machines so far.
RJ
nj hank,
I am not sure about breakfast, but later a treat at his daughters yogurt shop!
RJ
FASC,
The internal financials may well be up to date, but the cost of audits and SEC filings is not.
I do not know what the website has to do with the SEC financials?
RJ
Hi TR,
No, I do not have a particular contact at Mainland Machinery. I did call them there a couple of times in the past. I got great information that I have shared here. They do not and will not speak of FASC's business, however they speak very highly of Brian and will back them all they can. They are also FASC shareholders.
RJ
Sun,
"some of the machines alleged to have been "sold" have been returned for various reasons. "
Yes, for non-payment. However, they are still trying to get one of them back.
RJ
Fasctrack,
Brian told me last year that he would remain quiet until he was current with his reporting.
RJ
Hi Fasctrack,
With only two sales in two years, Brian probably is probably not in the bragging mood?
\
RJ
Charlie,
It was Verlander against the Red Sox! Detroit batters in the last innings were swinging at anything!!!!! Air?
Verlander did great! But of course he is not the whole team.
We need a FASC team! Positive MoJo!!!!!!
RJ
PS. Opps! I was supposed to be working?
Al,
Do you ever read your posts after the fact?
Maybe Brian has the write idea.
Go Weadie!
RJ
Hi St Malo,
Thank you for the update! I am excited about having our technology finally being used where it will get the attention it deserves.
I look forward to further news!
RJ
Hi Sam,
If you read the specs, the powder grinder only delivers a 325 mesh? The KDS can deliver from 400 plus mesh.
RJ
Waite,
I enjoy calling your bluff! I am encouraged that you will be around for quite some time. As for "other things" I will call you and we can talk about those.
FASC is do or die at this point, but I think it just might catch the wave!
"It was my best thinking that got me here!"
Good thing I am not a surgeon?
RJ
PS. I like Brian!
Waite,
Not here much anymore. Busy with other things. I will be around to pick up my FASC pay check once we get those multiple orders in we have been waiting for.
Don't forget to bake the celebratory strawberry pie,
RJ
Al,
I am just assuming that when a person invests a little money he puts a little serious thought into it?
With that idea we can assume "it was your best thinking that got you here."
Just be glad that you are in good company!!!!!
RJ
PS. See ya at the FASC shareholder meetings.
Hi Sam,
Brian tells me that there is a lot of competition that sells grinder dryers much cheaper. He also states that they can not produce a pathogen free product or as fine a powder mesh that is needed for powder burners. FASC's KDS also makes a denser better quality briquette.
I am believing most facilities feel they can do will a lower quality product to save on up front costs?
RJ
Al,
Most penny stocks don't make anything, pump, dump and when they run out of shares sell the shell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
RJ
Fasctrack,
"If FASC survives" are my words reading between the lines.
I feel that way sometimes myself!
RJ
Hi Fasctrack,
I am believing that Brian is more concerned with keeping FASC as a viable business than worrying about trading at this point. Getting current with SEC and Audits probably can come later if he survives.
I am also sure that FASC's attorney's opinion is listened to more than mine as a shareholder. I really do not blame anyone. It does protect my investment in the long run.
In response to the conversations about QL resources, I shared a couple of months ago about the delays.
When Al responds to my post, I am sure he will be able to give you better and more updated information about our investment than I can.
My opinions, I hope it helps?
RJ
Hi Sam,
1st deposit check went to purchasing electrical components needed to complete a KDS machine and get bills paid up to date. 2nd is going to Mainland Machinery, When more money comes in Brian will get us up to date and current standing for trading. Until that time FASC's attorney has advised Brian not to do PR's and be very careful of any communication. Once Brian can afford to get FASC back in legal trading territory, (reporting)? I am sure Brian will have something to say?
Our CFO is still around and "also waiting"
Companies have tough times, Brian will not do any illegal pumping. I am believing if Brian told us anything at all, it would be truthful, and the PPS would be much lower than it is.
My opinions,
RJ
PS. It was our best thinking that got us here! (I did DD and I was wrong!) Lets hope for better going forward. I need to get some of my self esteem back!!!
Hi Waite,
"promises and hopes expressed here for a long time--all to have evaporated."
No one here can promise, but we can hope and share.
As far as Brian is concerned, anyone knowing his personality will know this; He does not promise anything other than that he will show up for work!
As I have said here before. I would have done things different than Brian and Cal, but that does not make me right.
RJ
Hi Sam,
I personally do not know anything about the dollars, but I do know that all the parts other than the electrical are at mainland. Brian said that the electrical parts are now ordered. It should be a quick assemble.
RJ
Sam,
Brian told me he has a deposit for only one sale at the current time. He continues to quote many projects. I am believing that the word HOPE is very relevant. However I can help with the rumor mill if you would like?
Did you know Sun is in the boat anchor business? He is using look alike KDS machines and is very close to a patent violation.
RJ
Sun,
You hurt my FASC feelings! Anyone got a band-aid?
RJ
Sun,
Is it the "SS FASC Sun-Chaser" ?
Just to inform others of your engineering prowess I will share an interesting tidbit about your boat.
The SS stands for Steam Ship. The yacht is a fairly efficient one. There is a miniature KDS aboard and near the engine room that is able to process sea weed, scraps from dinner, and other waste for an energy supply for the heating and cooling systems while the steam emissions are used for the engine propulsion.
I know that you and the other KDS customers have a privacy agreement, however the PPS of our little company is not going to go anywhere if no-one knows about the supernatural abilities of the KDS. Since I do not have a privacy agreement such as you and the other KDS customers have with FASC, I feel at liberty to share this very interesting little secret.
RJ
Sam,
How ugly do you think it would be if there was not a sunshine club???!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think TR is waiting for FASC's PPS to drop to a penny before he picks up another million shares!
If PPS drops to a penny and holds I will buy 50 or so shares for every million that TR buys.
A couple of other stocks that I have sold climbed expectationally
once I dumped them. Maybe that's the secret? I sell...and ..you make all the money!
RJ
Hi Waite,
I am currently taking the last remaining sibling of my mother, her younger sister on an eight day vacation which includes visiting serveral relatives in route. I am getting paid in hugs. I am not sure how that compares with 100 FASC shares an hour but your offer is very interesting! Especially if you hold that offer open when the PPS reaches $1.00 per share.
There was a day that I scoffed at working for such wages, funny how time changes everything.
RJ
Waite and Sam,
Unless I am misunderstanding you extra-ordinary fellas, are you implying that by using FASC shares as "TP" , the limited remaining shares available would progressively go up in value?
RJ
Waite,
There was this minister who owned lots of FASC shares. One Sunday he was feeling to discouraged,he just could not be preaching that day. So he called in "sick". Then he packed the golf clubs in the trunk of his vehicle, drove to the next county where probably no one would know who he was. During this game of golf that was supposed to cheer him up, he shot his first "hole in one" ever! The course offered him a free day of golfing with cart and eating what ever he desired from the clubhouse for his accomplishment! He was just so excited that he quickly reached for his cell phone to share his good fortune, only to remember that he could not share without telling on himself.
....another sharing story goes like this; there was this fella running to' and fro' all over the earth........
Well Waite, I am sure you can tell the second story better than I.
The reality seems to be that no one seems to like to swim, sink or be discouraged alone.
An investors analogy?
RJ
Waite,
Didn't you see the 60 year old engineer in the news flying his skid attached to Helium balloons? Sadly, he eventually landed in the trees 40' above the ground and his wife was laughing!
The landing caused him to fall out of his lawn chair. Should have obeyed the seat belt sign.
Go FASC engineers!!!!!!!
RJ
Charlie,
Was that you sitting in your lawn chair, on that skid tied to those helium balloons? It sure looked like you. You should have painted on the bottom of the skid FASC. It would have been a nice promotion until it landed in those trees!
RJ
Al,
You know how I hate to disagree with you, but I would not call it a rally. Maybe, a tiny little bit of FASC "sunshine" peaking through clouds?
but thanks,
RJ
Waite,
Yesterday I picked up my mother in laws fifth wheel, golf cart and three wheel bicycle from a 10 day camp meeting. The supervision was intense. I got everything home and she had me setting up for her two week camping trip up north in August. She wears me out and she is 89 years of age. I haul her things, she follows me in her car. If there is any driving corrections to be discussed it is her critiquing my handling of her stuff!
I told her that when she turns 90 this year, she may want to look at slowing down. (for my sake?) I did not like the look I got.
She is probably made up of some of the same stock Brian is made up of. If this is true, Brian will be at the helm of FASC for quite some time.
RJ
Waite,
It is not me vs. Al. You made a reply to Al, in that reply you asked me to respond, and I did.
You are correct. A broken record accomplishes nothing.
As most investors realize, the question is; what is FASC's potential from here. I do not care to argue silly facts. I do like to hear about possibilities to ease the pain!!!
Bantering playfully with you about FASC, that is another story!
RJ
Waite,
" What did I ask for?
Al - Regarding BN. Let's factor in a few positives. On second thought--let's let someone else do this-if they wish. RJ--would you consider doing this? Waitedg
Waite,Does this answer your question?
RJ
