so you think deans been dragging his feet on purpose with mtnl just to until after the share increase.It make sense,without warrents the mtnl news would raise share price but not working capital in the short run...

rob k told me in november they got a letter of intent from tracfone.

I first spoke with dean in 2005 and that was becuase he called me.....he got my number from rob k. dean called me becuase i called RCCC and found out there was no pending deal, I told rob and he told dean .... dean calls me and says that they do not encourage shareholders to call customers end quote.... well guess what dean i'm calling everyone now....if you wont update us i will.

since mtnl is up and runnigs there should be a PR first thing in the morning.... if not im calling my ...well you no!
