LOL. Well, there was that one time that could have been interpreted as possibly positive. 18850 LOL

Very well put. I agree with the solution coming and the PRs being reminders that the solution is coming.
I understand xtrapink's post and valuation and not that I disagree with it at all however it isn't off of hard numbers since we(the market) don't know how many leases/acres they have in hand for certain and how much oil is actually in the ground on any of the leases. Other than the one report which is probably a good reason there is support at these levels and we aren't back sub 10 cents. Also, it is unfortunate that xtrapink's post doesn't get 100% market penetration to sway all to his valuation and point of view.
I agree with the undervalued statements since I believe as the other longs on this board do that there is much potential to hemi. However we all know that until the hard numbers come out or until Keith starts revealing details as to why the higher pps is justified, we remain frustrated with the pps. Once it comes out that all 40 sq miles are secured and there is however many millions of barrels of proven reserves under the 40 miles and that Wilshire has committed however many millions is their deal, we will be very happy.
"Management and groups assisting Hemi are addressing issues involving the artificial low market cap. Management knows that the total value of the oil and gas reserves in Kansas, BOE values on leases in four other states, an extensive library of geological information, and management experience, confirms that the undervalued stock market price is irrational considering all the values and fundamentals above."
The market doesn't know the value of the oil and gas reserves in Kansas. or in the 4 other states or even how much land or leases there are in these other states. The market doesn't know how valuable the extensive library of geological information is.
They are addressing the issues and hopefully the pps can act accordingly soon. That's why we are all here right?
Sorry, I ran out a long time ago so we don't have the same point of view on the opportunities.
However I still think that there is no mystery as to why the price is the way it is. NSS or not.
Can't just say "we have a bunch of oil in the ground and a bunch of leases and growing" and expect everybody to know what the exact FMV is and the pps to act accordingly. The pps can't run up forever on potential alone.
Let's sum it up a bit simpler perhaps?
"We think the pps should be at fmv however we can't tell you what the fmv really is until we get done with our deals/securing our plan."
So in the meantime we wait until the plan can be revealed so the pps can act accordingly and profitably.
Management and groups know but what about everybody else that buys and sells at undervalued prices? It isn't irrational at all since the market can only guess at what fmv is. There's all this great news that is upcoming but the details are still unknown. So since the company hasn't told us what the fair market value is, then of course the pps doesn't reflect the unknown potential.
Of course it shouldn't be a problem once they can start releasing all the good information. Once they tell everybody the company is worth $xxx, xxx, xxx, xxx then the pps can act accordingly. But it isn't a mystery why the pps doesn't reflect an unknown specific fmv.
wow Jagman. That was some bait. Quite the reaction. What else do you have in your tackle box?
"t 0.1873 107000 OTO 16:06:18"
like this?
Would be nice to get something 100% definitive for the AH t trades. and when will they stop? LOL
So instead Keith should have his own blog on the hemi website?
But that STOP only shows up on pinksheets.com right? That won't show up anywhere else? Since most people just use their brokerage for the price quote, they won't see any difference or am I wrong on that?
So once they aren't a pink anymore then you won't feel that way about HMGP? You could then support going long with Hemi?
ok, I'm in since I'm local.
Even at the $15 per acre with 25000 acres, that's still production to pay $375,000 in cash for the leases and afford drilling with cash and more. I know I'm not figuring the time difference between the first lease and the last of the 40 sq miles if not already done but it shows that Hemi is making money and without debt.
Did I miss the details? I don't want to be left out. lol
LOL. Let me rephrase. Due to the leasing in Woodson still underway, I don't expect to see any "HUGE" news until it is completed.
We'll see the news they talk about tomorrow on the show. I wonder how quick the show will be available on the website or if some of us will need to take on the task of posting it up tomorrow...
Remember there won't be any big PRs until the leasing is finished in Woodson. Keith last said August but the chart seems to be leading up nice to the end of August so the time should fly.
The broker might be just throwing out the semantics of the TA not being able to issue anymore shares as a truthful excuse as to the false reasoning why they can't get the cert.
So the person requesting the cert then has to request again however using the correct jargon to slip past the excuses of the broker. perhaps?
I thought it was a buy recommendation since NITE is selling at that price.
what brokerage gave that reason? or was it heard directly from the TA?
Did you notice on their updated website they talk about acquisitions? as in other companies and their leases. and keith mentioned possible buys from other small companies that aren't surviving the floods in Kansas. So I'm hoping for much more than the $2 range.
Very nice that it was conveniently updated before the show airs. I was having trouble trying to get it load earlier when it was first mentioned in IE or Firefox. But seems they were still updating it at that point and is done now. No more error on line 73, no more picture with the gas pump to the head and no more join the mailing list. Is the site still being handled by SIS since it doesn't have that link at the bottom anymore? Was the updating the work of anyone on here?
what is wilshire's website again? has it been updated too?
so the blue line still needs to bottom out before it will rise along with the pps?
is there an explanation to the huge volume that happened in december? that big spike. was that previous covering?
Nice line and charting.
However does anyone have a line for the bottom of the chart? To see when the two lines will be close to intersecting or actually intersect so the chart can break out of this pattern?
You're right however I think you already answered your own original question.
What is illegal, from the sec link you posted, is naked short selling to the point of market manipulation.
There is no naked short list since naked shorting is illegal.
I'm still a bit unclear on how deep the rabbit hole goes.
Since there are so many NSS floating around, what if the 400K that Schwab grabbed today will be FTD? Then they have to keep buying more until they can finally get real shares?
Also, when a FTD occurs, does the brokerage just have to wait for the MM to deliver eventually? or does the broker take the loss and say the customer has the shares?
LOL. If everybody else orders certs and the o/s is already in cert form by external shareholders, Keith and co might end up with the NSS when trying to order certs. Then you'd see some action taken I'm sure.
I love Tivo. It's already set. :) The shows at those times just show "Paid Programming"
How does this show make its money to be on the air?
No one has kept a running total?
I'm just looking for evidence to take the information one step further. If the total is a strange super high number it would tend to confirm MM manip. However if the total comes to add up to an even amount or close to it, that would indicate there's an end in sight. Hopefully that makes sense.
Was there an AH trade today? No one posted it yet.
That'll be nice. A week or two after and we should hear rumors of production? or more like 3 or 4 weeks?
With the Reno lease they expected to do in May, do they have to get another permit or can they just move ahead?
Has anyone kept a running tally of all the AH chunk trades? I'm curious to know a total to date if anyone has it. If it is someone actually selling there is only a limited amount of shares. It has to come to an end eventually. Hopefully soon?
Sorry about the misunderstanding since I linked to your post. I definitely wasn't accusing you of whining. Thanks for all of your DD and surveillance!
I just think the big stick hasn't come out to play yet.
1. The weather has caused delays in drilling. Have to wait for mother nature.
2. All leases in Woodson have to be finished up before information can be revealed about them. Have to wait until done.
3. Wilshire has to be finished up before the final info can be released. Have to wait until done.
Until the deals are finalized, there's no point in whining on a forum that can't provide solutions. When the problem is the focus instead of the solution, no progress can be made.
If it's after 5pm and ok for me to come along, let me know.
I also like this part due to recent doubts:
"On the flip side we have the funds (a large amount) to continue expansion and development, with out issuing stock or incurring debt."
Let's translate...
We are here to do some stuff to try and make some money!
Does that about sum it up?

A regular on this forum (it was awhile back) posted that they called Jesup Lamont that confirmed Wilshire is a subsidiary.
No kidding. I think some of the Miltons are going to set fire to the building too from all these negative posts. LOL
45 million
They still have to finish acquiring the full 40 square miles of leases in Woodson and then they will get the final number. No reason to get the final numbers on the initial lease when they will have to get another report once all the leases are secured.
