...and for near half-year, the PrimeGen website remains under construction?
or are they waiting for a timed release date?
PrimeGen Global: Our site is getting some work done. Please check back soon!
PS. during that time their website name changed.
It used to be: "primegenbiotech.com"
but now it redirects to: "https://primegenglobal.com/"
...and the PrimeGen website status remains "getting some work done. Please check back soon!" as it has been for 5-6 months.
However, I notice there is an interesting difference from when I first bookmarked the site:
It used to be: "primegenbiotech.com"
but now it redirects to: "https://primegenglobal.com/"
Are they waiting until the Patent App is officially granted before proceeding publicly with all steps?
Yes it was! I think I will eat breakfast
at my desk tomorrow morning.
PrimeGen website has been "under construction" for months.
As you pointed out months ago this may be something to watch.
I have built complex transactional websites in less time.
I believe PrimeGen is simply waiting to 'publish' their website in order to coincide with some other important announcement.

JDCA focus on Item 4 of their Key Takeaways will put PMCB in a very strong position.
Encapsulated cells grow from 3-4 weeks according to an Austrianova chart.
But that same chart also states "product is ready for further testing".
A list of milestones for PMCB's trial cells is still needed.
However, this chart is referring to a "Proof of Concept" phase; I hope we are beyond proof of concept.

PrimeGen website still under construction (for months?).
Unlikely, it would seem more likely they are on hold for something.
PrimeGen: Our site is getting some work done
I think it was esusun highlighted this fact a while ago.
Possible connection? I don't know, but I check it early each morning.
Doesn't this statement received by PINK mean "production run"?
and doesn't "it is being handled" imply presently active?
PharmaCyte Biotech Completes Report of FDA Required Study Assessing Safety of Placement of Its Pancreatic Cancer Product
"A formal study report, including all the data from the previously performed porcine animal studies, has been completed and independently reviewed and verified. "
It (2.25mil sell trades at the bid) is encouraging if you believe that PMCB is done and satisfied with the prepwork/content for the IND and it is ready to be submitted
or has already been submitted...
And now all that is needed is to pay the bills for the completed IND work.
I agree and appreciate your efforts to nail down the event of the IND filing.
Especially when considering that the IND filing is the only definitive date in this FDA process.
From what I have read, the FDA does not officially approve the IND, but simply allows 30 days to expire after the filing. And the FDA does not exactly disapprove, but submits request(s) for additional information.
Therefore the IND filing date is all important; it is that date on which THE timeline for everything is based.

End of 3rd Quarter is Oct 31st for PMCB.
When people hear "3rd Quarter" they often assume Sep 30th.
Discussions of value and reverse splits (R/S) seldom acknowledge the value of pps and multiples of value.
True that the value of a company remains after a (R/S), but the supply of potential stockholders is reduced depending on the ratio of the split.
Yes, we (longs) would likely retain our value, but a 100/1 split will definitely reduce the number of potential buyers and, IMO, will decrease the irrational price to value multiple which I would like to see occur when the events begin to happen.
I do plan to take advantage of that irrational out of balance condition, ie., pps to real value, and reduce my holding until it settles back to a "normal" multiple and then buy back to ride a wave of the true long-term value I believe this will have.
I do not want to see a R/S but I am staying long until whatever happens.
agree; therein lies the real value!
when not certain of a problem accessing a website, try this one:
"isitdownrightnow"
I have found it safe; used it for years now
yes, received Chrome msg "Servers too busy";
unable to access until opening bell.
I agree that more regular public updates would eliminate the speculation. (Thanks for reply)
So this announcement was only validation of the MCB? and then they do it all over again? Couldn't have k...ed two birds with one stone?
The July 23rd PR refers to the successfully completed study on the stability after “hand thawing” syringes of the Cell-in-a-Box® encapsulated cells that will be used...
What was this all about if not the encapsulating of the trial product, as well as for testing rqrd by FDA?
According to the June 1st PR, the tests that were completed allowed Austrianova to begin the process of encapsulating the cells...from our MCB:
Thank you. I had really hoped that the run earlier this year WAS to produce the product to be used in the trial.

I think that the green lines represent the "?" trades, ie., not able to classify as buy or sell.
The blue seem to correspond to the "buy" trades and red are the "sell" trades.
I didn't locate documentation for those volume line colors, but when you look at the Tools/Trades iHub webpage you see a 64,511 trade at 09:46:47 which appears to correspond to the taller green line on the volume chart at about the same time.
?another possibility for CIAB to assist targeted delivery of drugs?
There are two shipments of cells according to PR and "IR response" and the problem for me is Lack of clarity re: terms etc.
(from rcstock posting)
"They will announce when cells have been shipped.
Our understanding of WHEN cells can be shipped is wrong."
It's possible that shipment to Austrianova has occurred.
(from Feb 6 PR)
Shipment 1:
"The tests being conducted vary in terms of time to completion. However, when the sterility and mycoplasma tests by Eurofins are finished and the cells “pass” these tests, vials of cells from the MCB will be shipped to Austrianova to manufacture PharmaCyte’s clinical trial material."
Shipment 2:
"Regulations require that before the cells, which are placed inside a syringe, can be shipped to PharmaCyte to use in a clinical trial,..."

Isn't it possible to conduct a 2B trial without an IND, for example outside the US, and then use those results in an IND later this year?
Was an IND submitted, approved, etc., prior to the 2B trial years ago?
exactly as you point out and documented clearly on the PMCB website.

Yet another possible candidate for the CIAB delivery system.

Molecule behind Huntington's disease found to be cancer-killing "super assassin"
quote from article:
"This molecule is a super assassin against all tumor cells," say senior author Marcus Peter. "We've never seen anything this powerful."
The next step for the researchers is to work on refining the nanoparticle delivery method so that the cancer-killing molecules can be more accurately delivered to a target tumor. This is obviously several years away from becoming an approved clinical treatment, and it is still unknown whether administering these damaging molecules to neurologically healthy humans would cause Huntington's-like symptoms."
I am with you on each of your points,
except I didn't join "the club" until 2009.
I am not in for a dollar, but I'll take it
and be happy, if that's where we end up.
Agreed, but at my age all I have left is hope and only a little of that; generally more skeptical than I used to be.
Great to see this! Is the appointment of Alan Morell, Creative Management Partners, as Strategic Advisor providing some benefit?
