Just filled my buy at the ask after 5 minutes. Small order.
I've had a buy in at the ask of .001 for 2 minutes and no fill yet.
Good morning everyone.... I see we have another PR today and personally, I like having the company putting out PRs that inform us as shareholders. I look at the PRs as a way to verify if the company is setting goals and meeting them.
I also look at the PRs as a way to validate some of the information that is being posted on the message boards. I would rather have the company tell me in a PR that they are going to Europe and the reason for the trip rather than just read it on a message board that someone got it in an email from the IR.
Also, in order to try and understand the existing and potential Internet exposure that this company has I have been researching the domain names Esprit Financial Group/Cash Now own and whether they are active or parked. Over the weekend I was up to 56 domain names they own, today I'm at 63 and I just found more that I need to confirm. I will post the information once I get it compiled.
This company appears to be building a diverse company in a important financial sector. Again, I welcome the company PRs and as they continue to follow through, we are able to track their progress.
Hello everyone... just checking in this morning. Looks like more good news this morning and nice to see they are working with a different Japanese company.
Too many good things are happening and in the works. Once this makes its move I think lots of people have it on their radar screens and will be buying. Right now folks are just watching and waiting.

Hello everyone...In case you haven't looked yet, the new http://www.lowpips.com website is now up!
Hope everyone is having a nice weekend.
Good night everyone... I think I've been on the computer long enough for the day. Have a good weekend.
I agree with you stocktrendsetter.
Well, from what I understand Cash Now acquired Global Vision primarily for Jack Chang. They kept some of the operations that were appropriate for the company and then probably sold the Global Vision Holdings shell. If you look on the Nevada SOS site, Global Vision Holdings is now owned by Mark Smith and from what I have read, he acquires shells and does reverse mergers and turns them into new companies.
I didn't follow Global Vision Holdings that closely when they traded with Jack Chang as CEO, but it looks like for the last two years they went from to .055 down to sub pennies and when the acquistion went through it looked like they were at .01
Any other comments by anyone?
I think that is the CNN RSS feeds that allow websites to put related newslinks on their websites. They are free for non-commercial websites and commercial sites probably negotiate a fee to use them.
RSS (really simple syndication) service is a means by which CNN.com offers feeds of story headlines in XML format ("RSS Content") to visitors to CNN.com (the "CNN Site") who use RSS aggregators. These Terms of Use govern your use of the RSS service. The use of the RSS service also is subject to the terms and conditions of the CNN Interactive Service Agreement, which governs the use of CNN's websites, information services and content. These Terms of Use and the CNN Interactive Service Agreement may be changed by CNN at any time without notice.
This is a December 2006 press release from Global Vision regarding Jack Chang and the latest development they had with prepaid debit cards. I like to read it because Jack Chang is one of the main reasons I bought shares in CHNW.

Global Vision Launches International Prepaid Debit Cards For The World Market
December 05, 2006 Banking & Investment News
(PRLEAP.COM) San Diego, California – December 5, 2006 – Global Vision Holdings, Inc., (Pink Sheets: GVHL), business developer and worldwide wholesale marketer of advanced payment system products and services, today announces the launching of 3 International Prepaid Debit Cards for different regions of the world.
All 3 Prepaid Debit Cards are branded by major international credit/debit card issuing associations. Each card carries a major brand’s flag and hologram for full-function use and as a prestige product for the consumer. It can be used at more than 1.2 million ATM’s worldwide and millions merchant locations, as well as for bill payments and online purchases.
World Market
Unlike U.S. banks’ issued Prepaid Debit Cards that can only be issued to U.S. resident per the requirement of the Patriot’s Act, Global Vision’s International Prepaid Debit Cards can be issued to just about anyone in the world without requiring credit, banking and employment history. This is because Global Vision’s international card products are issued in association with three different international banks from different regions of the world.
Global Vision’s CEO, Jack Chang, said, “There are many competitors in the U.S. Prepaid Debit Card market. However, there is little or no competition internationally. Therefore, our strategy is to focus on the International Prepaid Debit Card market, which is virtually untapped and enormous since more than 5 billion of the 6.4 billion people in the world are “un-banked.”
Consumers desire these cards for the security of their funds, convenience of ATM cash withdrawals and purchases at merchant locations, bill payment and telephone and online purchases. They are just like any regular bank debit card except they are prepaid and they can be loaded at banking as well as retail locations.
Because the cards can be issued to non-U.S. residents with or without credit, several very significant advantages of International Prepaid Debit Cards over U.S. banks’ issued prepaid and normal debit cards emerge:
1. Wider distribution and uses - The International Debit Card is a great product that can benefit people worldwide. The applications include as a General Purpose Spending Card, a Payroll Card, a Travel Card and a Funds Transfer & Remittance Card.
2. International Payroll - For companies with international employees and sales affiliates, paying with International Prepaid Debit Card is less costly than paying with checks and cash. Productivity and loyalty are further enhanced when employees are not concerned about getting their checks cashed,
3. Money Transfer - The most efficient & low cost way of remitting money to friends and relatives is Card-to-Card Transfer from one International Debit Card to the card of a second cardholder located anywhere. It is a person-to-person transfer rather than a location-to-location transfer, and it is instantaneous using the phone or through the Web at any time 7 days a week.
We now have distributors in the U.S., Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa. Starting in November of this year, we have already taken orders of thousands of cards. The financial incentives of doing business for our distributors and Global Vision include:
· Upfront commissions from the sales of the cards
· More importantly, from the cumulative monthly residuals from card account maintenance fees and cardholder usage fees such as ATM withdrawal charges and Point of Sale fees for purchases.”

Good morning everyone...lots of posts to review from last night and this morning. Thought I would add a few more so we have something to do on a non-trading day.
As a follow up on Brians post regarding Cashnow and website traffic. Take a look at cashnow.com alexa traffic report http://www.alexa.com/data/details/traffic_details?url=cashnow.com and to get a good idea of the traffic they used to generate from 2003-2006 move the range on the graph to MAX and look at the Reach, Traffic Rank and Page Views. You can see when they were fully operational that the network of websites they had along with the website exposure, they had huge traffic flow. That is what they are working towards. Remember, they didn't have Forex at that time and they are now increasing the EM2 and e-wallet products with Jack Chang.
Also, to see what the cash now website looked like in 2003 (copyright date), take a look at this link http://www.cashnow.com/index.shtml and see all the products they were involved with. These might be some of the stuff that was "mothballed".
Hope everyone has a nice day...

This is my last post for tonight... have fun!
I saw the Minaco related pages at least 3 weeks ago... I don't remember the exact time frame. It was when I was researching all I could about Cash Now and I was just following links.
If you find out anything about Minaco Corp... let us know. I'll keep looking but haven't found any leads.
I tried finding info on Minaco Corporation several weeks ago but didn't locate anything...
I don't think this was the shock and awe... here is a list from the Nevada Business Entity site https://esos.state.nv.us/SOSServices/AnonymousAccess/CorpSearch/CorpSearch.aspx and the list of companies that Hugo Rubio is associated with...Thought it was interesting they had Hugo I Rubio listed as president of Esprit Financial Group INC as well as Garr Winters. Garr is listed as president on the official corporation site.
If you want to see Hugo Rubio and his history with Cash Now then go to the SEC website http://www.sec.gov/ and search on Cash Now.
Officer Name Officer Type Entity Name
HUGO RUBIO Secretary ESPRIT FINANCIAL GROUP INC
HUGO RUBIO Treasurer ESPRIT FINANCIAL GROUP INC
HUGO RUBIO President MAGNA HEALTHCARE SERVICES, INC.
HUGO RUBIO Secretary MAGNA HEALTHCARE SERVICES, INC.
HUGO RUBIO Treasurer TANGO CAFE SISTEMA INC
HUGO RUBIO Secretary RENU USA BIOCHEM INC
HUGO RUBIO Director HARBOUR TWO CORP.
HUGO RUBIO President HARBOUR TWO CORP.
HUGO RUBIO Secretary HARBOUR TWO CORP.
HUGO RUBIO Treasurer HARBOUR TWO CORP.
HUGO RUBIO Director HARBOUR ONE CORP.
HUGO RUBIO President HARBOUR ONE CORP.
HUGO RUBIO Secretary HARBOUR ONE CORP.
HUGO RUBIO Treasurer HARBOUR ONE CORP.
HUGO I RUBIO President ESPRIT FINANCIAL GROUP INC
I think you have the wrong Esprit company.... There are several different companies that use Esprit in their company names. Cash Now is Esprit Financial Group Inc.
Hugo Rubio is currently listed as the secretary and treasurer of Esprit Financial Group. He is the father-in-law of Miro who used to be the CEO of Cash Now.
Go to the Nevada business entity page https://esos.state.nv.us/SOSServices/AnonymousAccess/CorpSearch/CorpSearch.aspx and search on officer name Andrea Rubio you will find Renu USA Biochem Inc. When you look at the list of officers you will see Hugo Rubio listed (Andrea's husband I believe). I assume you know who Hugo Rubio is?
I think this is a side business that Hugo and Andrea are involved with.
I don't think they had it hidden for future use. I think they replaced the intro page with the Forex image and missed the homepage link that takes you to the original cashnow uk web site.
Yup, I saw that several weeks ago and it is where I got some of the websites associated with Cash Now that I posted here #22613. Couldn't find any good info on Minaco Corp. and the companies they had listed were cash now, tango cafe and renuyu. My feeling is they are going to use that website to launch into the European Forex and I don't know any more about it.
Thanks... have a nice Easter weekend too. Take the time to get some rest and glad you are feeling better.
Hope everyone has a good weekend and I'm sure I'll be checking in some this weekend to see what the lastest topic of discussion is.
I still would like to see some comments on both the daily and weekly CHNW charts. Glad to see Penny_ta still watching and commenting. Thanks.
Good post MNM... I think we were typing our posts at about the same time. The scary part is that we both used the term Garr at the helm... LOL! Are you peeking at my computer??? Too funny!
I don't claim to be a chartist, but what I have read, it looks like we just finished the 5th week of basing after our run up. From what I understand, some of the strongest breakouts tend to occur after 5-8 weeks of basing. We have also had several weeks of very tight closes which also make for a strong base. I realize that this is a pink sheet stock and they may operate under a different set of "rules", but from what I can tell, this is typical and "healthy" for a stock after a dramatic increase and will provide for a stronger and longer lasting breakout.
I know we were all anticipating the ticker symbol change today, but I didn't buy this stock just because of the name and ticker change. I bought it because I felt and continue to feel that it has a lot of potential and to me, appears to be one of the most promising subpenny stocks.
I will continue to watch and see if the company delivers on what they have told us will occur. I still have some unanswered questions about some of their statements in their PRs, but at this point they aren't a major factor in my decisions about the company. (Primarily the Grove Consulting PR that I've posted about in the past).
There appears to be alot going on with the company right now and they are in a major gear up and implementation phase. It takes time and remember, Garr hasn't really been at the helm for even a full 3 months yet.
A lot has happened since mid January and based on what the company has released, there is a lot more in the works.
I welcome any comments by those more knowledge about charts and any thoughts on what this company has done since mid-January and has planned for the future. I still think Jack Chang is the ace in the pocket for this company.
Good afternoon everyone. Just checking in at the close to see what has been happening.
OT: Moneynmetals... Good morning! In response to your question to me this morning - nope! Thanks for pointing that out.
Glad to see you are getting a few words out and feeling better.
I'm very curious to see how things work out today... raining today so I have a good reason to stay in the house!
Good morning everyone!
I need to learn more about CUSIP and symbol changes. I understand why everyone is concerned that we are coming up on the "deadline" for the change but I am also trying to imagine the amount of work that must go into it... especially if certificates are involved. Trying to account for all the shares amongst all the brokerages and whatever else that is involved. Just trying to track and account for all the trades that went through today would be mind boggling to me...Can't imagine what must involved to account for all the shares that are out there. I'm glad that isn't my job!!
Does anyone have actual knowledge of what this entails on behalf of the TA and the other entities involved? Also, based on the daily lists of changes that are provided, a lot of companies go through this process. It isn't like CHNW is the only one they are working on.
I'm just trying to understand the process better. Anyone with comments?
Hey everyone... just checking in to see what is happening. Looks
familiar! Nice weather today and trying to get some work done outside. I'll check back and see if there is any more word on the symbol change. Glad to see KA12 is still keeping the TA on his toes!
Good morning everyone! More CHNW news I see. Glad to see some info from Jack Chang and an update on the electronic money management side of the business.
38 now!
You are welcome Rig... you are doing a great job as moderator as are your assistants. Thanks for taking the time to get involved.
Dinner time! I'll check back later to see what has transpired...
Take care!
