No exactly surprised with the R/S the share structure wasn't acceptable for the company they want to build. Plus they needed the cash. Haven't bought anything in months. Figured this would happen. Now the real question is to buy after the R/S or wait and see what they do. Could go either way good or bad.
If you get a response please post it.
Interesting news. So basically EFIR will acquire Terra. Terra needs to perform at a certain level for decent payout. Makes senses. This will build EFIR's rev's. Now what will happen is EFIR will probably settle down and finish it acquisitions and show some real growth. Downside is that there will be a R/S alot depends on the pps. Current share structure can't support what's going on unless the pps rises into the cents range.
Appears to be a reverse merger to me. EFIR acquires Terra then leverages its assets to fully buyout its remaining acquisitions. Would be easier to get financing this way.
Lot of shares being shuffled, hoping to see it hold.

Wouldn't call them 2 bit
Very good news. Answers the question where EFIR will be getting some financing. They can leverage this, to get some. Buy Southwest Traffic, fulfill their obligations to E-views. Then use whatever rev's they get from the oil business to pay some bills.
Company needs this stock in the .01-.05 range fast if it hopes to capitalize on its growth plans
Ok where the heck is EFIR going to get 10 mil to buy E-views. They still owe 1 mil for SouthWest Traffic.
Well they blew out the out the o/s 500 mil ....
Show the court order stating they got 1 mil not your messageboard lawyering unless you claim to giving all of us legal advice
Yup 5k Thanks ed
Sorry you can't show a shred of evidence the court ruled that AERO owes 1 mil yo NASCAR. Flo co is 5 k
Once a year, not as much as a I used to, mother in law moved to florida :)
non-existent default judgement for 1mil... no judge has decided anything except for one judgement for 5k...
Nice post. The guy at the helm is Dennis Alexander. He's a pretty decent guy who over the years has tried pretty hard for EFIR. Agreed on the Ray's not sure on them. EFIR has pretty good potential just need to see a bit more.
Actually has to do a lot with M3 and SATC0. It's their type of business line. The one I want to know about is Southwest signal. They put 1 mil already down on it and need another. If they close that along with E-views they will sew up the traffic light business down south nicely. Siemens will most likely bundle e-views with their product line.
Interesting PR. They are laying a lot of the groundwork for some interesting stuff. The good is that they do have some visibility into the market they are targeting. The bad is new need some real financing to get it done. From an investment aspect its still a high risk for and investment firm/bank. They need to start showing some hard revenue coming in. Stabilizing the price back over a penny would go a long way. My gut tells me a small r/s is needed.
Boy its gone quiet here.
Well it can't hurt. Still like to see another acquisition and some financing deals
Has good and bad. The good is that they retired debt. They've been paying out shares for this debt for a few quarters. The bad is where they got the money. Doesn't really state it. So thats the big question. Caddo is still in play. Which is good, bad is how they pay for it. Still no financing options available as of yet. What they really need is some stable bank or investment firm to partner with. Stop the dilution, build the stock price up, do a small r/s and get out of otcbb.
Joe must have texted you while collecting shopping carts at walmart. He's a lousy IR
Caddo actually is small and pretty insignifigant. The company has a really shady past and the fields don't have much left. The traffic signal business actually has more potential long term. The biz is really short term cash.
Good luck on Joe responding he's been the IR for years(he sucks). He might answer the phone if its a full moon or an eclipse occurring. Joe pretty much does the bare minimum as an IR. They really need to fire him and hire someone competent. Maybe even update the website..
Depends on what E-views can actually produce
Fingers crossed on it go back over .01 and it closing a few more deals. Financing is the key here.
Well until it gets back over .01 I won't be too excited. Company has potential. Needs real financing.
still here
Kodiak was laso suppose to get 1 billion shares and basically own the company
I still have money in this stock
Not really less than $100. Just play money. Had about 5 shares left last year threw another $100 at hit for fun. I like Dennis but appears he's not calling the shots anymore. He had some integrity.
Not really it doesn't say they received 1 mil dollars, just they started it. Might be spread out over 5 quarters or never completed. Only thing these guys are doing is pumping out shares
Pretty disappointing as I've been a very small shareholder for years. All we need is the exciting "share" buy back program to kick this completely down the gutter.
They broke the .004 line not good.
I've owned shares since 2005(not many) I like the CEO he's a decent guy, not sure about the new folks. I do understand investment capital is at an all time low. It's strike while the market is cheap for acquisitions and risk the stock pps or play it safe and wait for investment capitol. Both sides are legit
My guess is that its the shares that were given for purchases. They are playing with fire to be honest. Market will only support so much without real growth, if not its a death spiral and a R/S. Based on their acquisitions they are focusing on one are in La. Company really needs 10-15 mil in revs. Based on their numbers they might have 4 mil.
EGPI Firecreek in Final Stages of Definitive Agreement to Acquire Caddo International

Was Caddo International Publicly traded?
Well he certainly doesn't pay his IR guy with them. Wonder how his day job at walmart is going? He's certainly not hiring a high school kid to do the website.
OK this is headed towards major dumping and another R/S I wish I had those series C
