Cash:--Consider the source.
Although I believe at this point in time that they will emerge from this catastrophe in tact, they did in fact write the darn thing!
Just look at 7 & 8...
Thank You Lisa...
Yes and No...
Yes It think FRNT will end up on the Pinks, But No I don't think you can make a profit there.
As I stated before, my belief is that existing shares will be canceled when they emerge from their reorganization.
But - Do I think a profit can be made on this stock (without flipping)?
Yes I do... Personally, I think these guys are going to come out of this O.K.
Business seems to be going on as usual.
I think that they have done what? Sold two planes for cash flow because of the credit card squeeze and canceled a couple of lesser profitable routes.
They haven't laid anybody off yet and say they won't.
These guys flights are on time more than most in the industry, the service is great, what's not to like?
I think that this all stems from the credit card company going into semi panic mode over the state of the airline industry overall and maybe FRNT just got hit first and are a strong company with the foresight, business savvy and strength to just say... NO!... And then protected themselves.
With all of that said.
How do we make a profit off of this company that we all believe in, or at least have invested in?
Well boys and girls, by FRNT's timetable we have about 18 months or so to figure that out.
We should all do our own DD and share it here.
Bounce ideas off of each other.. Stay calm and do NOT squabble amongst ourselves and ruin this site!
( HEED THIS WARNING NOW: When we get to the pinks, thats when the sharks come out. Know who your friends are. AVOID the pumpers and dumpers with disdain).
But here's what I think at this point in time:
Your current shares will be canceled -- Any shares that you buy
on the pink sheets WILL BE CANCELED!
We have to know the date that the restructuring is complete and when the new stock price will be announced and buy those shares properly and at the right time.
It is my belief that it will be those shares that you will hold and carry into the future...
But I could be wrong. So do your own DD and report back.
PEACE...
It's not so much the delisting as it is the chapter 11
where you are going to lose all value in your shares.
(In concert together, well that just hastened the death knell).
They are going through chapter 11 reorganizing for a reason
and you my friend as a stock holder are just another creditor.
It's not personal, it's just business. Don't make it personal.
Just sell, get out and move on.
IMHO this stock will probably zig zag up and down while on a downward overall ark as many savvy traders make money on the decline.
Take the anger and emotion out of it, watch it, study it and learn.
And here is something to investigate because I'm not quite clear on the answer (as I have read FRNT plans to come out of this restructuring in about 18 months -- you have plenty of time).
If you ride this thing down past a quarter, past a dime then a nickel and are acquiring more and more shares as you go because you truly believe they will emerge from the restructuring as a viable company, are those shares in FRNT that you have acquired along the way at very low prices going to reap profits on the way back up?
I don't think so!
If / when they emerge from chapter 11 stronger than before, my belief is that existing shares will be canceled with new shares at a new price being offered and you could get stuck with 8 million shares of nothing...Again it's just business.Do the homework and learn the rules.
Like I said earlier I'm completely out of this one, watching and learning from the sidelines.
Good Luck...
FRNT closed Tuesday at .78 --- Down .02
Actually that's a bit misleading as the after hours trading
was quite active.
FRNT dropped another 26% after the close.
My gut tells me that we can expect an opening tomorrow in the
range of .50 to.60 and dropping fast!
JUST MY VERY HUMBLE OPINION -- DON'T HOLD MY FEET TO THE FIRE OK?
Personally I have a Market Order in to SELL ALL ASAP!!
I can always buy back in if I'm wrong now.
Good Luck on this one. And do what's best for you...
"POOF"
Actually for a better and more reliable answer.
This from TheStreet.com..... 04-15-08.......05:29 pm EDT
Frontier Airlines(FRNT - Cramer's Take - Stockpickr), which filed Friday for bankruptcy court protection, says its stock will be delisted from the Nasdaq.
The Denver-based carrier doesn't intend to appeal the decision. Shares will trade on the Nasdaq through April 21. Once they are delisted, limited trading is expected to continue on the over-the-counter Bulletin Board or the Pink Sheets. The shares closed Tuesday at 78 cents, down 2 cents.
Generally, existing shares are canceled when a company emerges from bankruptcy.
Just a thought...
But I don't think that de-listing in concert with a chapter 11
is going to equal free money.
In fact you might want to think about
selling off a few shares...
(like first thing tomorrow morning).
Would that be mid Feb. of '06-'07-'08?
Just sold ALL of my EXCS.
It filled immediately at 0.01
Good luck to you all...
DUDE... There are no Russians!
AS OF THIS MORNING.
We've dropped another 33%+. But we can handle it.
We are one experienced bunch.
WE SPIT IN THE FACE OF 33% DAILY LOSSES IN STOCK VALUE.... HAH!!!
OH MAN, the Lazy Guy is gonna be all over me
for that killer statement and I didn't even make it.
He has a whale of a temper when it comes to me you know.
C'mon T
Why hold back. Tell us what you really think
ABBAM
I am truly sorry as my number is only down around TEK's
As pizzd off as I am, I can only imagine (actually no I can't) what you must feel. And what can you do ... really?
There's nothing anyone can say.....
.....other than in the Bible it is said in many ways and many places, New and Old testament..." You reap what you sow"
We'll see you later Sam et al.
EYE MAN
Isn't your own post informative enough to tell you how much of your time and money you are wasting here?
A similar thread appeared over on the "Dark Side" not too long ago.
Might that be where you got your idea, or is fact just finally hitting you in the face?

"Don't worry, Velvet will figure out a positive spin to the afore mentioned, long awaited, wonderful and soon to be very profitable activities with one of our many JV partners in our ever expanding efforts to bring to you our loyal shareholders, riches beyond your wildest dreams...
i.e. Purifying aged frozen oil sludge located in in a unique corner of
Bashkirya into high quality alcohol spirits. It could work"...
I offer to walk away
and "never to address" you again
and yet you challenge me further?
Talk to you later...
Last time I MAN I promise.
From here on out I will leave you alone as you have requested. I can only imagine the suffering you must be going through right now.
And the worst is yet to come.
This will happen when you finally realize that, yes "money was always the issue with this company".
But your guess (thus far) is 180 degrees wrong.
Sam's 1)negotiating 2)salesmanship and 3)his ability to surround himself with capable people has been flawless.
This stock was, is and always will be a scam.
WOW: What a GREAT question. I would say off the top of my head all the way to sale of the shell.
But we can't talk about that.
But in real numbers-- I would actually book Quad Zero's and we still will hear positive expletive from our good friends with private placements, private e-mails, private agenda's etc....
Uh, O.K.
Mr.L.Z. Eye
I'm not exactly sure to whom you are referring to or why, when you post that you are gladdened "some of you are losing money right along with me". As I for one feel quite terrible that investors of all financial abilities have been forced to take losses both large and small, long and short, on this particular investment, which with all due respect has dropped approximately 99.9% in the past 3 years or so.
I also feel that the less fortunate of our brother and sister partners here deserve better from one of our more voiciferous pundits a statement like "You have lost money here. Grow up and get over it already".
Please for all involved it would be appreciated if you could try and handle yourself with a little more maturity and compassion in the future.
As always, your friend Jed.
Sorry Q.
It's only because I've seen so much red in the portfolio over the last three years not just months that the killer instinct in me says that there is a whale of a ways to go before we see a day of green in this avalanche.
Hit a few more stores last week.
Yes Greggor some of the products do exist on Store websites, just not as inventory in the stores themselves. I.E. You can not go into one of the stores I have visited listed on the web site and purchase the item in house. They don't carry Execute Sports products in stock...
Check on-line inventory from each store and they're all the same, meaning it's coming from a universal warehouse (which is not available for inspection by shareholders).
Not that theres anything wrong with that. Just that they're might be a tad more exposure (not to mention validity) if one could actually purchase a vest or a wet suit at one of these venues rather than just on line...
If these facts are different in you're neck of the water, please say so, as this would elevate the value of our stock in my humble view.
Or maybe the fact that this is an on line only purchase product is cool with everybody........... Just tossing out what I've witnessed...
Remember, my personal D.D. is limited to a small section of SoCal. surrounding their headquarters in Torrance Ca. only...
Have any of you actually looked in a store only a few blocks beyond your computer for a product that you are investing in? Have you ever seen a product made by Execute Sports? Does it matter?
Just thinking out loud...
------------------------------------------
GO WAR PASS.
Jerry..
Yea, real nice spread...
Is ANY of this starting to make sense to you yet?
The address is the address...
I CAN speak for that.
And if the web site stated stores are not holding any inventory of EXCS merchandise, where then does the exposure come from?
Honestly: how many reading this post have ever really seen one of these products, touched it, felt it between their fingers? Not me, and I've been by the water my whole life.
Just a thought.
Also I am quite available to speak out in favor of the company should they respond and allow me to see what it is we are actually investing in.
For what it's worth...
Execute's web site says that it is located at 21143 Hawthorne Blvd.,# 425 Torrance, Ca. 90503. With their warehouse being in Gardena, Ca.
Since I live in Hermosa Beach Ca. only about 5 minutes away, I figured that I would go and check out their operation first hand.
No address was given for the warehouse so I pulled out 3 phone books for the area to look it up.
Nothing in any of the books for Execute at all. Next I called the phone number posted on the web site 310-505-8902 and talked with a nice young woman to whom I explained that I am a stock holder in the company and would like to visit the warehouse to view their operation. I was very politely told No, the warehouse was not available for stock holders to view, but that she would have her boss call me back.
Any way I've got the address for their headquarters in Torrance so off I go. It's located in a very busy commercial area of Torrance Ca. in a shopping center on the Northwest corner of Hawthorne Bl. and Torrance Bl.
Directly across the street on the Southwest corner of Hawthorne and Torrance Bl. is a Sports Chalet which is listed as one of it's many outlets so I figured I would go in there to look at some of the product line. No luck, as they don't carry the Execute line in their store.
Over on the Southeast corner of Hawthorne and Torrance Bl. is another shopping center with a Sports Authority located within.
No Execute products there either.
Check out stores in your neighborhoods, see if it's the same.
O.K. maybe it's an online order type of company, nothing wrong with that.
So now, back to the Southwest corner of Hawthorne Bl. and Torrance Bl. where according to their website is where Execute Sports is located. 21143 Hawthorne Bl. # 425 Torrance Ca.90503 is a postal box in a UPS store.
And no the boss never did call me back.
oops missed a zero
Make that 60 bucks...
What was I thinkin?
Looks like somebody jumped up
and spent 600 bucks to buy some of the stock that's gonna make all of us rich...
What was he thinkin?
Yes and thank you...
Thought I sounded too negative and didn't want to go there...
Not to worry.
When that finally happens I am fully confident that we will all be provided with an email address, a website, an account number et al. Where we can continue to send our money enabling us to receive a special placement in the New Comany that will rise out of the restructuring stronger than ever...
Rick
You are wrong on that fact my friend.
I'm not b'ching and moaning -- I'm asking solid questions (in my mind).
I am just another long not quite so blindly looking for other peoples given truth.
Lets just agree to disagree and let it lie. Only time will give us all that which we ultimately desire, even though you can't see what I see and I can't see what you see.
But believe this above all else: I truly hope that you can retire on this stock...
That is a given...
Rick
So the business plan and future of this company is in the sludge business, o.k.
Strats web site states however;
"Our corporate strategy:
build strong asset value through the acquisition of licenses
for oil and gas properties with proven reserves
and where possible with producing or capped wells,
initially in the Russian Federation".
But now we are in the sludge business... o.k.
We may or may not have a buyer for our sludge... o.k.
We do not at the moment have the financing to produce the sludge that we may or may not have a buyer for... o.k.
That's water under the bridge. There are other processes out there and by the looks of the JMCP PRs from the summer, Strat has a solution in place...
On this one I just have to call you on: ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
JMCP and the phantom $1M bucks... C'mon.
The questions that I have as to what type of business are we in.
What are the objectives?
What are our short term goals?
What are we doing to get there?
What are the long term goals?
Can't be answered,CAN'T BE ANSWERED??
These are the basic tenets of business.
Of any business.
Of any business plan.
Why put money into a business that we have no idea what they do and how they are going to get there?
I'm not trying to be a smart ass, I Just want real answers to basic questions.
Maybe even Sam could enlighten us in between high holydays and constant travel even if he has to delegate one of his staff to do it.
It just isn't that tough.......If you're on the level!
Rick,you say that
"The problem with Strat (Sam) has been that he has not been able to execute his plan until he gets the cash necessary to do so. Obviously this has been a problem over the past months or so and it has been reflected in the share price.
That being said, I am confident that if Sam does get the necessary investment dollars to execute the plan, Strat will ultimately be successful. For me, that means the share price will be greater than my cost average".
--------------------------------------------------------------------
So I ask you,
What are the objectives?
What are our short term goals?
What are we doing to get there?
What are the long term goals?
What kind of business are we really in? From your point of entry it seems you believe "sludge is the current endeavor" but does anybody really know?...... Where are the portable units?
I mean is there even a friggen business plan we can look at somewhere?
Are we searching - are we negotiating - are we purchasing - are we drilling - are we storing - are we separating - are we pumping - are we transporting - are we selling?
A lot of this came way before the sludge stuff you new guys grabbed onto.
What services does this company that we have all invested our money in offer to anyone.
What are the reasons the price should then be higher than it is?
WHY DO WE KEEP ON GIVING OUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THESE GUYS AND JUST WHAT IS THE MAIN FUNCTION OF THIS COMPANY?
WHAT DO THEY DO 'EXACTLY"??
--------------------------------------------------------------------
What are the real reasons this company doesn't report?
What is the reason the Pink sheets lists this company as a "STOP" /NO INFORMATION entity.
And what efforts has it made to elevate itself from the bottom rungs of the new OTC rating library.
And if Sam gets the money he wants to execute the plan, what's the friggen plan, what's he gonna do with the money, does anybody have a remote clue?
Just wondering.
greenbulls
Just an idea, but...
And I'm no expert. Obviously.
But you're in this thing 15 grand and been around for over 3 years now, I can relate. And obviously you can't afford to sell because all you will reap for your hard earned investment is enough for a nice dinner and a bottle of Jack.
By my similar calculations I figure that you hold many shares at the .15 to .25 range and have probably averaged down to make this thing somewhat palatable. I would estimate just for conversational purposes that you hold about 750,000 shares, averaged down to about.03 to .045 and just can't see putting any more into this, no matter how low the cost.
Now this is just an idea and I don't advise taking tax or financial strategies from a poster who holds this stock, and maybe others out there with more knowledge than yours truly could pitch in.
But why not sell?
Sell it all!
There are only a few days left until the end of the year.
Take the tax loss (make a few bucks there) and wait out the obligatory time period, then pick up a million shares for about a grand.
Just thinking outloud, that's all.
Velvet
Taking into consideration that we all bought at the same time.
Just how do you discern between a "loyal"
a naysayer and an antagonist, other than layers of expressed frustration?
Is there really a whale of a difference?
Will a "loyal" have a better year than a frustrated naysayer or antagonist that can not afford to sell and is waiting for the same upshot as everyone else just because we don't get private e-mails?
I think not..
But with all that said I do wish you and yours a very happy and healthy Christmas and New Years (and years to come).
For this I truly pray.
MERRY CHRISTMAS SAM...
The new winter coat you just bought for your beautiful young daughter...That was on me, (my daughter can go another year without one). God knows your trying and we'll keep giving you everything we have to keep you in business.
I have an extra truck that I use for small odd jobs that I can sell to buy more shares if that will help, whatever you need Sam, we're here for you.
Don't let these ner'do'wells get you down.
Kool Aid, canned beans and corn aren't so bad when the chosen ones of us know that we're just around the corner from Nirvana.
A whale of an opportunity awaits us all. And to think of all of the people who would just kill for this insight being blown by the wayside. What a shame -- what a shame...
Of course there is nothing wrong or illegal with anyone saying things are coming together, "but not sure how long it will take".
But if you've waited for over two plus years now , you are finding yourself down over 99%.
And you're right I can't prove this statement wrong no matter how many times I knock myself out.
And as for more information soon, c'mon
Who are you really kidding besides the newbees??
What do they do?
If an R/S isn't in the near future. What is??
Maybe the deployment of modular chemical sludge separator units??
Remember those?
Aw what the heck let's not let reality get in the way of a great investment opportunity.
Sorry: forget that. Does anybody here actually know what direction this company is going in at the moment?
What are the objectives?
What are our short term goals?
What are we doing to get there?
What are the long term goals?
What kind of business are we really in?
Does anybody know?
I mean is there even a friggen business plan we can look at somewhere?
Are we searching - are we negotiating - are we purchasing - are we drilling - are we storing - are we separating - are we pumping - are we transporting - are we selling?
Or are we just dreaming?
I actually have no idea anymore.
No sarcasm please...
But what services does this company that we have all invested our money in offer to anyone and what are the reasons the price should then be higher than it is?
What does this company do exactly?
Aggie.
We're at .0008 now.(and dropping, by the way).
And so now that's not low enough for you?
You feel the bottom is even lower?
What .0006 -- .0004 -- .0002?
Mystically a good buying opportunity will appear
And then you'll buy all you can?
Why not wait a few more months
and buy at quad zero's.
Think of how many shares you'll have then...
Not to mention how much better your pps will appear.
Now that's funny...
