Boxter-It means something to those who are still holding shares.
It's also a learning experience for many here.
And I certainly am curious to see how it all ends. I am the "elder" on this board ( Chevy is also about the same "age" as far as joining this board) and have owned IMGG since late 2006.
Have traded millions of shares and am quite happy with the results.
But the questions of resubmittal, possible approval, jail times etc. are fascinating to watch develop here.
I would consider buying back in if positive results start coming to light, but I think the chances are slim - but one never knows, ESPECIALLY with the penny stock game ( and game it is mostly!!)
Here's the reason why the bid and ask on IMGG are so different in after hours vs the actual closing b/a
IMGG certainly falls into this category.......
However, once the trading day finishes and after-hours trading commences, there are much fewer participants entering bid and ask orders into the system for a security. Because of this lack of order volume, there is a much greater chance that a big dollar value difference will exist between the quoted bid and ask values for a particular security.
If a stock has a wide difference between its after-hours bid and ask prices, this usually means that there is little after-hours trading going on (if any), and usually does not imply that there has been a big change in the security's market value.
So the CLOSING B/A ARE WHAT IS ACCURATE.
Homer-as SMF explained- when the markets are CLOSED, the bid and ask are not the actual values.
I don't know exactly what they are, but they are not the actual closing bid/ask
And to be accurate, .08 is a support, not a resistance. It WILL be a resistance if it breaks down as a support though---:o))
Bama-my apologies to Mr. Stills. You are absolutely right. JA did sing it, but BS was original performer with Stills writing the lyrics
Now, what do you think about IMGG ?
Gotta' stay on topic .. Do you think Dean will pull off a re-submission and an approval?
Do you think Dean will go to jail?
lobcrab-FWIW-from your posts ( esp this one) I "get" that you are legitimate. I may be wrong, but it matters not one way or the other.
Thank you for sharing what you have. We don't agree, but I think we are both gentlemen who can agree to disagree.
IMO, there should be more of that in the world.
IMGG started out for me as a benefit to the medical world ( of which I am a member) and as an opportunity to financially benefit from that . Nothing wrong with that.
As I traded the stock over a period of 5 years, I have made a very nice profit. I find the posts of late to be somewhat humorous and certainly entertaining, but certainly not of the "professional trader" quality.
Somewhere along the line, IMGG became an amateur's dream of " the big killing". A defect that most penny stocks suffer from.
I certainly wish the best for everyone here.
IMO ( FWIW) DJ will not go to jail, but may end up with a tarnished reputation that will follow him into whatever endeavor he pursues.
lobcrab-if what you say is true-good for you.
If what you say is false - shame on you.
Either way, it doesn't affect me. I am surprised if you are such a big time trader, you have never presented any technical information on this board.
But I will give you that IMGG is a tough nut re TA.
Do you have any technical skills? I don't know anybody ( and I personally rub elbows with some very sharp and well to do big time traders) who is successful in the markets who doesn't use TA to some extent.
Just wondering
lobcrab-$16 million and you are on a stock message board ?
You should be on a yacht somewhere in the Caribbean.
Bit of a stretch for me to believe that number!!!!
lobcrab-once again, I have to acknowledge your optimism - be it correctly placed or not.
I agree with SMF - the bid/ask he quotes are my "live" quotes also.
Who would use iHub as a source of quotes anyway? A great service, but not for quotes !!!
.08 is a CRITICAL support. If it falls, all the optimism in the world won't heshe goes down.lp.....
Stop, now, what's that sound?
Everybody look what's going down -- Jefferson Airplane lyrics

Former and xtra-Let's assume that your time frame is correct.
It would be a first for an investor on this board to guesstimate a time frame correctly BTW---:o))
What is your guesstimate what the PPS would be by then? Do you really think that "investors"
in a spec stock are willing to wait that long while the PPS languishes ( which I am quite sure it will
do, at least as far as my technical and experiential skills allow me to be be "sure") )
This stock is doomed from a sound investment standpoint , IMO ( OF COURSE!!!!)
Bankruptcy is the way out, IMO.
lobcrab-I admire your optimistic attitude in the light of all the obfuscation ( I really like that word!!)
that has occurred on DJ's part over the years. I hope it pays off for you in time.
And, yes, I have made some bad calls in the past, as this stock is ( like many penny stocks) very
vulnerable to manipulation.
But given the fundamental money problems that underlie this company, I just can't see it pulling
itself out of this quagmire.
Bankruptcy seems like the only way out, IMO.
UH OH-The MTV thingy didn't "goose" the price
Chart is looking real weak. Hold your shares at your own peril (don't say you weren't warned)

"Only the Truth" is your alias. But why should we take your word for it that you saw the bill.
If you were standing that close that you could see the bill, and Dean allowed you to see it, I would have to think you are buddy buddy with him.
Is that so ?
Why should we believe this story has any truth to it ?
Any verifiable evidence or is this going to be another string of gossip ?
"Only" want " the Truth" to be verified.
Meat-that is a meaningless bet
What fundamental or technical reasons do you have for that .11?
I see no reason why the PPS won't be LESS than it is today (.085), based on the charts that I have been keeping since 2006.
It is obvious that this company is in deep financial trouble - based on the numbers that have been made public and many of the posts on this board ( particularly those of one poster who has followed this company for a long time)
What info do you have to justify that .11 figure ?
Or was that a WAG ?- based perhaps in wishful thinking?
And those dates are ?
Listen, I don't support this type of shenanigans on a personal level. But there is a lot of "presuming" going on here that these pics were relatively recent.
Maybe they were and maybe they were taken 4 years ago. I haven't seen proof that they are recent, and that would make a difference in my perception if they were taken recently.
Just asking for some verification to justify all the gossip that is taking place.
I don't really care one way or the other, as I have long since divested from all my IMGG shares. Just don't like to see another human being ( be he carnival barker, con man etc.) being attacked with no proof of substance to the attacks.
If the pictures are recent -- prove it -- otherwise , they are meaningless
With all the GOSSIP going on here , does anyone know WHEN these pictures were taken? That is a very important issue which I see NO ONE here has addressed.
If you think you know the answer, post some PROOF that can be verified - otherwise it is nothing but GOSSIP.
INDIAN-at least honor us with the fundamental or technical basis for that prediction
otherwise it is pure ................
PHOTOS HAVE DISAPPEARED-what a surprise !
Hope most of us had a chance to see them.
I wonder who closed the Flickr account !!!!!
Lamb - I posted before that I think it must have been the pumping done on those promoter sites mentioned here.
No fundamental reason for it as far as I can tell
It did disrupt the trending (down) that was established -- but that is the problem with TA on penny stocks that are manipulated rather easily due to generally low volume
))))))AND THAT NEWS IS ......?(((((((((
HAHAHAHAHAH!
" some of our cash" - what cash is that ??????
I think the pumping done on the promoting sites ( mentioned later in the posts here) is the likely reason, but that is only a guess.
The chart did indicate that a shift in the "trade winds" was in the air, and that something was up.
optimus-this makes very interesting reading, as we a viewing them in retrospect.
The game has been going on for a loooooong time, hasn't it?
Pumper-I didn't say it was a MEANINGFUL development - merely an interesting one - to me as a chartist anyway ---:o))
And I agree, the low volume renders chart interpretation questionable.
Chart update:interesting development

kimble- yes, that's right about the form, but I don't know if they would disclose the offering price UNTIL you could be determined to be a qualified investor.
Especially now since the "closed mouth policy" seems to be in effect !!!
If you can even begin to translate this gobbledegook into plain English, and still remain invested in this stock - then you deserve to get whatever it is that you get.
Time to wake up and realize you were taken to the cleaners by a very good CON MAN.
Learn from it and move on ( unless you are a glutton for punishment ---:o))
A boring chart.........................
About as much interest in the stock as there is here on this board.
3 posts since Saturday til now - must be a record of some sort !!

Without some fundamental news, my guess is a break down from here - but WDIK?
N Chicken-deep chicken philosophy there.
At least you didn't make an ash of yourself ! ---:o))
Yes, there were (are) many lessons to be learned here re trading penny stocks.
I don't think IMGG and Dean Janes are that much different than many of the other pennys featured on Money TV.
The games can be played -- with the losers ( stockholders) getting the brunt of the losses.
Dean and Company will probably never face any criminal charges - or, if suits are brought - then no jail time will be served ( IMO, of course).
So, lick your wounds and live to fight another day. Just be careful out there !!!!
kimble- couldn't have said it better myself-LOL
Tomorrow will be the telling of the tale. If a legitimate reversal, then the trend will continue up.
If the old timer sobers up, and sells his shares tomorrow-- well, then , here we are again at .08
Most interesting reversal of patterns.............................
Would love to know what caused this. It was not on heavy volume, so not sure how legit the reversal is.
This is a most interesting stock -- that's for sure

Box-can you reference a direct quote ( verifiable) that MN made in the last two years that the device worked as advertised ?
Prior to that , I know he was "in the dark" re what was going on and if the device was a working model, 3D ,real time machine.
He's not an engineer or a scientist or a radiologist. He's the PR man, not privy to any bogus science that may have occurred.
Lamb-can you entertain the possibility that MN knew what was going on, and was unable to do anything about it?
Can you entertain the thought that suggestions made to HIS BOSS were unheeded?
Can you entertain the thought that MN has a family to support and, as you say, this isn't a great market to be out on the street.
Can you entertain the thought that MN never lied to an investor when asked a question? I know for a fact, due to a 4+ year "relationship" - all on the up and up - that MN has never (not once) lied to me.
Can you entertain the thought that MN has lost a great deal of money during his relationship with IMGG?
Some men have integrity and some don't. I don't know how old you are, but I am 68 years young , and have been around the block a few times.
My BS meter is fine tuned, and I can tell you that it never went off once with Mr. Nessen.
How well do you know him?
I think if you think about it, you will realize " this time is different"
Nobody in their right mind would continue believing " It's not a matter of if, but when "
was really a reasonable gamble to take. I don't think there will ever be a "when"
A lot of disclosure has been opened up and the investing public is very wary and weary of the
obfuscation that has taken place.
It looks to me that DJ's escape hatch will be bankruptcy...... Just MO
sano-I must admit, you had your finger on the economic situation starting many years ago.
I read your posts and was a bit skeptical, but since I was trading the charts, it didn't matter to my particular financial investing plan.
But I appreciate the fact that you called it years ago.
PS - about 100 more posts for you to take over position #1
Don't give up - There are plenty more posts that could be made re Dean Janes the huckster, carnival barker, sociopath, psychopath etc etc
And I think Mike Nessen should have his time in the "hot seat" - you know, the nice guy who has been in on the ripoff the whole time, PRETENDING to be a nice guy.
I'm sure there are plenty of "put down" posts left out there.
Start in on Mike Nessen - why not?
He deserves it ! -- for lying to us shareholders the whole time. Go for it!!! Beat him up like you have done to Dean Janes. Two peas in a pod, obviously from all the "evidence".
Don't let him get away without handing him his medicine.
exium-yes, I agree with you to a certain extent.........
but the charts do show the EMOTIONAL leanings , if somewhat after the fact.
Technical chars, by their very nature, are REACTIVE, and do not predict, as some critics here
would have you believe.
This chart is what happening in the here and now:

Lamb-thank you for that.
It is true that I have no "personal" stake in IMGG at this time, but after almost 5 years of being invested ( and I don't mean only a dollar investment) I am still interested in the whys and wherefores that the stock goes.
There is an opportunity to learn more always.
As far as Dean Janes is concerned -- time will tell, and if there are penalties to be paid, then they will be paid.
I see no sense in defaming him here on this board, but that's my personal philosophy on life. Let others who see differently do their thing.
