Thanx Jag. I think potential hot-spots like this are what we should be looking for.
I've just started the 3rd book in a Richard Maybury series entitled:
"The Clipper Ship Strategy"
So far he is actually talking about the government pouring printed money into what could become hot-spots but seeing evidence of sales is key unless you just want to speculate.
I think your post goes in this direct and I will add those ticker to my streamer.
See Jag, your not such a bad guy after all. ;)
LJPC, ACL
Exactly boatman. One should at least find a scam like QASP that has a story line that hasn't burnt to the ground like Dean has done with his PRs. lol
Which oil company portfolio will get the BP reserves up north?
http://www.foxnews.com/
If they get any pop at all out of QASP they should preserve whatever principle they can and lick their wounds and move on.
Live to fight another day and learn from it.
How many times have we heard about the MMs.
Oooo, watch this MMs you guys, no wait, now watch the other one.
MMs are here to make money and they have a ton of penny scams to do it with. They could care less about one little scam like QASP.
If they can make money they will, if not then they let it flounder.
Yep. There is no way this kind of resistance rules the QASP board if QASP were the real thing.
Making excuses and attacking on behave of QASP won't raise the pps one bit, unless there is no real debate present. Then maybe newbies will bite and buy!
Then why the incessant excuses/fluff about QASP.
These types of posts FAR out weigh the critcal posts.
I and others are more than happy to stay on topic. How about you?
It does seem to be a bit deep in here. Better break out the critical thinking.
DUMP QASP
;) Good one.

Maybe Dean spent the money on water front property to do the demo on. ;)
Was that Demo or Dumpo!
It's amazing how Con Bradley announces a so called share buy back and yet at other times some say he will buy back carefully as to not alert the market and drive the pps up too quicky.
It's getting deep in here. lol
And once again you are correct about QASP.
Lots of carrots but NO beef!
That's because he understands how QASP and other pinkie scams work.
It's an old formula. PRs dangling carrots but the delivery is always just around the corner for some reason. Go figure.
Agreed. Glad your post was put back.
This QASP loan crapola is really worn out.
If the CEO can't even keep his word to the shareholders why in God's name would a bank or any other legit lender ever trust him.
lol
You must be concerned about QASP?
I've read the fluff side of QASP a 1,000 times here.
Yes, the QASP CEO wants to imply sadness when profit is the true motive.
No investment here, that's for sure.
QASP is going political now.
They are using unassailable victims to minimize criticism of this scam!
Absolutely shameful!
With all of the QASP delays in mind the principles involved should have viewed adding this man's death to a PR involving the logistics of a busniess venture as in bad taste.
His death should have been made public apart from a PR.
Your d*mn right it's cold that Dean or anyone related to his business would PR such a thing to enable another of many, many delays.
The PR could have used any excuse they wanted for another delay and included this man's passing apart from any reason for delay. But they chose to use it as part of the reason for delay.
Shameful!
ROTF...did it stop the itch?
Good point chief...one wants to watch out for false bid support.
Sometimes it works, but the story-line for QASP has grown tired, and if it is false bid support, which is likely, it will drop like a rock if and when the newbies bite on the ask enough to feed the appetite of whomever provided the bid support in the first place.
INV...greek to me. ;)

The Series A warrants will be exercisable for a five-year period commencing six months after the date of their issuance. The Series B warrants will become initially exercisable on the 60 day anniversary of the date of their issuance if the market price (calculated in the manner described below) of our common stock on such anniversary date is less than the $2.565 per share purchase price of our common stock to be issued to the investors in the offering. In addition, the number of Series B warrants that will become exercisable will increase on the 120 day anniversary of the date of their issuance if the market price (calculated in the manner described below) of our common stock on such anniversary date is less than both the $2.565 per share purchase price of our common stock to be issued to the investors in the offering and the market price (calculated in the manner described below) on the 60-day anniversary of the date of the issuance of the Series B warrants. In each such event, the Series B warrants will be exercisable for a number of shares such that the average price per share of the (i) shares of common stock to be sold to the investors in the offering and (ii) the shares of common stock issuable upon exercise of the Series B warrants equals the greater of (i) the market price (calculated in the manner described below) of the common stock on the date of calculation and (ii) $1.60. For purposes of the Series B warrants, the term “market price” is 90% of the average of the weighted average price of our common stock during the 10 trading days preceding the date of calculation.

Morning JUST...I don't have PM so I couldn't respond to your QASP question.
I wouldn't touch it unless it slammed into the basement all in one move, then maybe a couple hundred bucks to catch a bounce. FWIW
INV...can someone tell me what an excercise at .01 that I put in bold means? TIA

Probably another big dump heading towards .000s
Very good point iwondertoo!
A pro would know that low-volume indicates little interest or pps manipulation. A low-volume pull-back might mean something different though.
"Volume precedes price." That means good volume, not low-volume.
Looks like QASP is on its way down unless you see some small trades holding it up.
Big Red Flag!
