Caught Trading Places again the other night, and I think I've finally figured out what's going on with this IBCX stock...
Okay, IBCX prices have been dropping all week, which means that everybody is waiting for it to hit rock bottom, so they can buy low. Which means that the people who own the IBCX stock are saying, "Hey, we're losing all our damn money, and Christmas is around the corner, and I ain't gonna have no money to buy my son the G.I. Joe with the kung-fu grip! And my wife ain't gonna f... my wife ain't gonna make love to me if I got no money!" So they're panicking right now, they're screaming "SELL! SELL!" to get out before the price keeps dropping. They're panicking out
there right now, I can feel it.
Good call bad1968ss. A shareholders conference call would be excellent.
Realest ... that's good DD. I had heard that Wayne had an interesting background, but never caught what it was. Ran across a Wayne Burmaster by Googling that had worked with the Teamsters ... and thought perhaps that might have been him.
Sounds like his securities background could be a good thing, or a bad thing, depending on how it's utilized.
A few thoughts ... after having just gotten back and reading through today's postings...
While there have been many times recently that I thought IBAC was up to no good, or that they were diluting shares, I somehow manage to keep proving myself wrong. I really did think the REGDEX was a smoking gun until I looked at it myself, and saw that it was not at all what I had imagined.
If Ed were to publicly PR the reduction of shares, then secretly start authorizing more, certainly he would have the SEC and the Attorney General's office for one or more States after him in a New York second.
I think it's more probable that, like one poster pointed out, what we are witnessing is little more than churn associated with the dividend. I got mine on Friday, and some people are just now getting theirs today.
Agree that the Delaware SOS tends to run a tad bit slow, and that the 2 billion figure is probably out of date. We all know 2 billion to be the historical figure from way back when ... and it's just a little convenient / coincidental that we would be back up to that same figure again. For all we know ... the latest filing was in fact the reduction of shares that Angel originally thought it was. No one knows for sure at this point.
And this "I talked to Ed today" stuff is for the birds. There are a few folks here on the board who have followed IBAC for a while now, and who hold some degree of credibility with the rest of us. When one of them (yes, you know who you are) manages to get Ed on the phone and get some cold, hard facts ... then I'll stand up and pay attention. Until then ... it's kinda like that old Mojo Nixon song "I saw Jesus in McDonalds at Midnight" LOL. That's not meant to be a jab at anyone ... so please don't take any offense to what I'm saying. If it makes you feel any better, I wouldn't expect anyone to believe that "Skelton" talked to Ed Hayter, either.
Good luck to all, and let's hope that we can get some good solid (verifiable) information in the days to come.
Hehe -- thanks.
Thanks Lakingspan ... was already in for 10, decided to pick up a little more this morning. Tight float on this one LOL.
No ... 5k of 20k
That's me
Pine Bluff is a college town ... and therefore has great prospects. What more do you need to know? LOL
Another thing too... Here in Baton Rouge, I can attest to the fact that a brand new convention center downtown had been completely trashed following the housing of Katrina evacuees. I remember news footage of a bathroom stall door just hanging on by a thread.
Likewise ... there were a few hotels here that, quite frankly, were ready for some of their temporary residents to move on. People trashing the rooms, throwing donuts in the fish pond from a few stories up, etc.
So yes, I can imagine the Royal Arkansas needed a paint job and a **** load of screen doors after the fact. If Becker was running around charging up credit cards to make payroll, I'm sure the place didn't get back on it's feet until recently.
Guys ... do a little Googling. There's really no downside to a reverse merger. It's done all the time.
Additionally ... it's really not fair to paint Ed Hayter and company as out to deceive the shareholders, throwing us a curveball, or anything of the sort.
I mean, honestly, they reported that they had the A/Fs in hand and, somewhere down the line, they probably ran into something they didn't like. I mean ... what are they going to PR ... Becker screwed up and now we have to do a little damage control? LOL. They're not going to come out and say that. They have, however, fixed the problem and continue to move forward. That in and of itself impresses me, and tells me that Hayter and crew have it together.
Let the weak hands sell. I'll be there to pick up their shares LOL.
My opinions are my own. Do your own DD!
Agree Binzer. If we get a good dip, I'm loading up the truck and waiting for the next run LOL.
Sandbath ... agree there's probably (read: more than likely) an issue with the A/Fs, and if I had to guess, I'd say it's probably related to Becker.
But management appears to be working smartly to move beyond that and move forward with their plans for the OTCBB. The RM, from what I've heard, typically only takes about 2 weeks.
Great news today! I've been thinking for a while now that this company has been moving forward at a furious pace, and the only real stumbling block they have encountered was Becker's little stunt with the Royal Arkansas. IMHO ... that is probably what has been holding up the A/Fs ... not Ed Hayter or his team.
Now it appears that they are steering around that bump in the road, and getting us back on track for the OTCBB.
They seem to be doing a good job of keeping things moving foward, and I think us longs are going to be in for a real treat come the beginning of the year JMHO.
Props Lookatme123. You might be a pumper, but you did call it before anyone else ... and I don't hear anyone complaining about today's run LOL.
Thanks Bad1968ss ... it's looking good so far
Thanks Mick. Been tracking the board for a while and was excited to see some new life in IBCX today. IMHO it looks like we're in for some good action between now and Friday
It's looking that way. Either that, or a whole bunch of folks are wanting to acculumate in advance of the divy.
Might have to get me some more too while it's still cheap
Look at that volume. Now that's what I'm talking about!
Man, check out that chart. Doji, Dragon Tail Dogi, then another Doji all right in a row. I smell an uptrend coming
They may have changed web hosts, and the DNS might be taking time to propogate out. http://www.e21golf.com/ is coming up fine for me. Not a bad looking site IMHO.
New site's up. Flash intro states, and I quote, "Watch It On CNN Nov. 22 2006 6:00p EST"
Now that's what I'm talking about!
Lobster -- if you do talk to the IR folks, see if you can pin them down and find out about "confirmed" media coverage for the space shot.
There has been talk about x number of viewers worldwide including x number of golfers, which would be fantastic, but I'm still wondering who is going to broadcast the event besides NASA TV and Space.com. The ABC and ESPN thing ... just seems a little iffy IMHO.
