Beautiful looking chart:
IMO if nickel holds and results keep coming like recent we will see at least $5.00 barring a buyout.
When the hedge comes off we could see a double from here do ya think. There I go getting greedy again.

Its been fun so far!
And were still having fun

In anycase looks like we will be pleasantly rewarded for the wait.

If one is a chartest the backfill looking very healthy.
Regards: R.J.
Taking profit is always good.
However I am holding a core position imo we should see a steady or unsteady increase in share value over the nx 2/3 months. Production up for 3rd.qtr.2007 hedge to come off in July. Plus as I previously mentioned Labrador could be a sleeper.
Regards: R.J.
I don't believe we should worry over financials at this point.
Looks like 2007 could be the year for BMC to really break out. Nickel up Production will probably be way up at Lafrancia.
Canada could be a sleeper.
All IMO Regards: R.J.
Some like this. traded up to 1.09 looks like a close around 1.05
Would be nice see BMC breakout (around 1.15)
Maybe nx. week.

More news from down under:Sally Malay surges on record price for nickel
25th January 2007, 7:00 WST
Sally Malay Mining has overcome its production problems and aligned its growing output with exploration success at a time of record nickel prices, sending its shares soaring.
Just 77¢ a year ago, Sally Malay shares this week broke through the $3 mark, surging to a record high of $3.10 yesterday, capitalising the company at $575 million.
The miner has been forced to defend itself in the past against detractors who criticised it for the high costs and relatively short lives of its namesake project in the Kimberley and the Lanfranchi mine near Kambalda.
But managing director Peter Harold said Sally Malay was now attracting support as it ramped up production.
“The more tonnes you can get through, the more money you can make,” he said.
A strong focus on exploration to find future mill feed has also paid off.
Drilling results this week from Lanfranchi’s Deacon deposit, discovered in October, suggest Sally Malay can significantly add to its resources and extend Lanfranchi’s five-year mine life.
Mr Harold said Deacon could hold at least 15,000 tonnes of contained nickel.
Sally Malay produced 9500 tonnes of nickel last financial year and is aiming for 12,700 tonnes this year, rising to 18,000 tonnes in 2007-08, assuming the Copernicus joint venture with Thundelarra Exploration in the Kimberley starts production.
At that rate of production Sally Malay could potentially claim the title of Australia’s biggest purenickel producer.
Royal Bank of Canada this week initiated coverage of the company, with analyst Paul Young saying the high-growth profile had not been fully valued by the market.
Mr Young said that by 2008, Sally Malay could be second only to Minara Resources and ahead of Jubilee Mines and Mincor Resources on the production table.
“We believe the company’s upside production is huge,” he said. “If Sally Malay develops all four of its growth projects it could increase the company’s production . . . making it the number one producer of nickel in Australia.”
RBC and other analysts tip the company’s net profit to increase to between $58 million and $73 million in 2006-07, leaping to more than $100 million the year after.
Mr Harold said he was not concerned with overtaking his rivals.
“You could be the biggest nickel producer in the world and not make any money,” he said. “From our perspective it’s about margin — we are chasing quality, not quantity.”
With the nickel price reaching new heights, driven up recently by the threat of industrial action at a major mine in Canada, the market has bet on Sally Malay ringing up even bigger profits.
Nickel now fetches about $US40,600 a tonne on the cash market, up from $US15,000 a tonne a year ago.
Mr Harold, however, warns that the price of nickel could just as easily retreat.
“It wouldn’t be unexpected to see a pullback but I don’t think we are going back to the long-term prices for a while. At some point in time there will be some profit taking by the fund managers.”

Sally Malay Shares Rise After Drill Results at Nickel Project
By Madelene Pearson
Jan. 23 (Bloomberg) -- Shares of Sally Malay Mining Ltd. rose as much as 12 percent after the Australian nickel mining company said it may have found more of the metal at its Lanfranchi project.
Drilling at the Deacon zone of Lanfranchi showed it had potential to increase the nickel resource estimate, the Perth- based company said today in a statement to the Australian Stock Exchange.
``Given the close proximity to the Helmut South ore body once this drill program has been completed and assuming results continue to be positive, the Lanfranchi joint venture will move quickly to resource and reserve estimates with a view to developing this exciting new body of mineralization as soon as practical,'' Sally Malay said in the statement.
The stock rose as much as 30 cents, to A$2.76 on the exchange and traded at A$2.73 at 11:04 a.m. in Sydney. Sally Malay shares more than tripled in the past year, compared with the 19 percent gain in the benchmark S&P/ASX 200 Index.
