So many cow pies out there and its dark, RSMI can't afford to turn on the night lights, electricity costs you know. I think its fair to say that Ray and Brad are earning their salaries stress wise now. Chipwa1
As of April 30, 2008: Cash on hand. $2,000.00; Accounts/Payable; $1,865,000.00 and Short/Current Long Term Debt; $5,148,000.00. To a layman it must seem overwhelming. Then there are all the normal variable and fixed costs to contend with, even with being a shell. This amounts to over $7,000,000.00, ouch! Chipwa1
I wonder if the Payroll Department had to work overtime Friday meeting the deadline for writing Ray and Brad's checks. All kidding aside, I wonder how and if they met their financial commitments for the month just ended? I don't think the pumping crew would step forward again, do you? Chipwa1
excell. Of course, its the end of the month too! Chipwa1
P.S. batman9388, see I can do it twice, this was for you. c.
I have two; (1) RIME and (2) REAM. Chipwa1
doesn't seem to be the case with Schwab as far as I can tell. Chipwa1
Must be true, just found another post relating to the same thing; JennaA, post number 42326. Chipwa1
I did find this post while searching around. skier321, post number 79145. "...Scottrade has set restrictions on RSMI...no buy/sell only, or no buy/no sell....". Can someone check on that to which applies and is it true, who trades with Scottrade? Thanks in advance. Chipwa1
Well I guess I can stop looking for the news on the "...Reverse Split...." until September 4, 2008. The stock wouldn't trade for two days while they change the symbol. To me that would be the next do date. Then you have a week end to absorb the shock, before trading starts again. Chipwa1
"The State of RSMI"! No matter what anyone predicts, RSMI is still a ten year old shell in the classic sense. No product, no orders (O.K. gray orders), no money, no people and no shares to sell (O.K. reverse split would give some room to move). Chipwa1
If the burn rate is still $1,000,000.00 a month, where "...on God's green earth...." is that money going to come from? A "...Reverse Split...." of 4,000 to 1, isn't so far out of the question. Then RSMI is still left with all of the same old problems! Chipwa1
batman9388. If you want a complete honest answer, here it is! I normally don't use "Public Reply" Function and I don't do "Private Reply" ever, its mostly a matter of habit. Nothing sinister, it just what I'm comfortable doing. Chipwa1
batman9388. I once went six months without salary in an effort to save a company, of course I was just plain stupid, right? Yet, I believed in the product, but the funding didn't make it in time. Chipwa1
batman9388. When salaries are the main priority, where is product on that list? Chipwa1
batman9388. There are a myriad of hurtles and barriers that RSMI must get over. The first, this a shell, vastly underfunded and never met a goal in over ten years. History isn't a friend to RSMI. Get real. Chipwa1
BATMAN9388. Does it really matter how I reply? The bigger issue is RSMI and its ability to perform to a P.O. and if they can survive. "...Reverse Split..." and those sorts of things. Chipwa1
iwant1mil. First, there has to be "...A Shippable Product...." in sufficient quantities to meet the customers requirements. Second, the produt must be smaller than a laptop. Third, the company must be financially stable, because the customer needs RSMI to be there tomorrow. Fourth, the product hasn't been in the field, no quality and reliability history. Fifth, a good management team, no just a shell. Get real! Chipwa1
iwant1mil. One more thing, there wouldn't be many posts here if you weren't so prolific in your number of posts. Ah, most are responding to you, not RSMI. Chipwa1
iwant1mil. I'll get back to you when RSMI announces the "...Reverse Split....". Chipwa1
iwant1mil. I guess you haven't noticed yet, this stock is a money sponge, that you don't get to ring out. Only the chosen few have the privilege to ring it out in their own private buckets. Please let us know when you make a buck! We're all waiting with bated breath. Chipwa1
iwant1mil. Most of the old timers have endured eight, or more years of drum rolls, then news, then deathening silence. At one time our hearts raced and we cheered at each word uttered by RSMI management. Durning that period, the only people to find financial rewards were the chosen few. Those who have only waited for that golden technology to burst onto the telcom scene, pockets turned inside out, are those who post in opposition to the hollow words of RSMI management. They want only to see the RSMI flame extinguished. Enough is enough. Chipwa1
iwant1mil. You know that is a crock. Chipwa1
iwant1mil. Just finished a complete review of the chart for RSMI for the last year. Including all those features I use to spot trends. My own thoughts are that it reminds me of "...flat line..." (the last few weeks) when a patient has died. Not sure I know what you are seeing? Chipwa1
I look for news after fridays close. End of the month, MM's have cleaned their drawers out. May not be good news, just a R/S to feed the wolves and make payroll. Chipwa1
Soliton Waves. Well let me tell you a quick story. I have satellite T.V. But I turned off power at the outlet, turned off the T.V. and the satellite controllers. I was upstairs doing some DD on RSMI and I heard voices down stairs. I go down and the T.V. is on. I tell you something is about to happen with RSMI. The ghost of nvei past. I think the MM's got the word that something is up and they got rid of their shares yesterday. Anyway we'll see soon. Chipwa1
iwant1mil. Yes, ten years ago tomorrow, this stock was at 0.18, then it went to the moon and now its sunk into the bottom mud. You can huff and puff all you want, but its doesn't seem to be a floater. Chipwa1
iwant1mil. You can have your 1,000,000 shares for $100.00 plus commissions, its waiting for you. Your average must be about 1/10th of a cent now per share. I think goldrusher got out at $28.00, one other basher was $7.00, as for me $2.40. Still think a "...Reverse Split...." isn't on the horizon? Where is the $1,000,000.00 a month to run the shell going to come from? Chipwa1
iwant1mil. Dead Money! Chipwa1
Oh My God! Two minutes ago 200 million shares went across. Something may be up. Chipwa1
My vote is still for the reverse split. BK would end the free paydays. 0.0001 would be the end of the line confidence wise. Just think a 4000 to 1 would give so much room to deal and best of all iwant1mil would get a free pass to his $1.00 for a RSMI share. Chipwa1
iwant1mil. Please don't waste posting opportunities; you have four left from today and two from yesterday. Cipwa1
iwamt1mil. Simple questions asked by average people are the hardest to answer. Where is the money coming from to sustain this non-"...going concern...."? Please respond, if there isn't a "Reverse Split....", then what? All knowing person, help educate me? Chipwa1
O.K. iwan1mil! No more nice guy, lets cut to the bottom line; how are Ray and Brad going to maintain their standard of living? If they cannot have free range at your pockets and wallets, how can they meet their financial obligations? Oh, maybe they paid cash for everything. Chipwa1
iwant1mil. It takes $1,400.00 an hours in expenses to run this puppy, thats $33,600.00 a day. Now of course you have a simple answer as to where this funding is going to come from, right? Let me exclude Ray and Brad's wallets. Oh, let me exclude you and I too. O.K., your turn to put forth an answer. Chipwa1
iwant1mi. My one question I have still goes unanswered. How do they pay the bills? Wheres does the money come from if no reverse split? Empty pockets and empty claims, just about sums up RSMI. Chipwa1
iwant1mil. I believe you still have four more posts today. If you need to conserve, I don't mind being lumped in with some else's post. Chipwa1
iwant1mil. Just incase you overlooked the current burn rate while doing your in depth DD, its over $1,000,000.00 a month*. My stupid question is "...where is the money going to come from..." to cover the cash flow? Chipwa1
* From the quarterly report. c.
iwant1mil. O.K. lets try your spin on the story; "...NO REVERSE SPLIT...."! (1) where does the money come from to pay the monthly burn rate? (2) where do they get the money to pay off those loans coming due, or that are now past due? (3) where does the money come from just to pay the interest on those loans? (4) where do they get the money to pay for a production run, if that extraordinary large order comes in? Chipwa1
