Talk to Michael Alexander. He didn't seem to have any problem giving shares to himself or his wife. Maybe he could spare 6 shares for you.
Ask him what he did to deserve the shares he gave himself and ask him what happened to all the money the company got from the private placement investors and the toxic funding while you are at it.
OT: Sammy, do you make good money on penny stocks? I do not play the pennies. I find them to be too risky although I am trying to understand the penny market as I believe you can make good money if you can time your entry and exit points well.
I think this is a good time to look for shorts or puts on the NYSE or Nasdaq. The market, in my opinion, is about to correct 10% or so off the recent highs.
I recently bought puts on the QQQQ and am studying some other stocks that are looking weak.
I believe you don't fight the trend. Right now the trend looks to be heading down to me. When it finds support and the uptrend resumes then I would cover shorts and go long.
Phil is still running his mouth on HSM.
His line of reasoning is something like you said I was wearing a green shirt when I robbed the bank. The video tape here shows I was clearly wearing a blue shirt. This is evidence I did not rob the bank.
Further evidence is that you quoted me as saying, "Give me all your money." The bank clerk says that the robber asked for all the bank's money.
Phil, give it up already. You're a con man. Most are on to your game by now.

Scam targeted non-profit and the elderly.
TWO PLEAD GUILTY IN HEDGE FUND FRAUD AND STOCK MANIPULATION SCHEME
R. Alexander Acosta, United States Attorney for the Southern District of Florida, Andrew A. Apollony, Acting Special Agent in Charge, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and Don Saxon, Commissioner, Office of Financial Regulation of the State of Florida, announced today that defendant, Anthony Giordano, 29, of Boca Raton, pled guilty to federal securities and wire fraud charges in connection with a hedge fund fraud and stock manipulation scheme. Co-defendant Joseph Zumwalt, 46, of Fort Lauderdale, also pled guilty today to mail fraud in connection with the hedge fund scam.

Again this was the company that Mitchell Sepaniak (of CSHD) was the CEO of at the time.
...
Does anyone remember Mitchell Sepaniak of CSHD? We don't hear his name much any longer, but he was the CEO of Weida Communcations when a big scam involving their stock took investors for millions.
The CFO (who worked for Mitchell Sepaniak the CEO at the time) and the largest shareholder of Weida were both indicted in the scam.
The first stage of the scam targeted non-profit organizations, i.e. churches. The second stage targeted the elderly and unsophisticated (I think they mean unsophisticated in terms of experience in the stock market).
Sound familiar?
Here is the actual article from the SEC web site.
According to the SEC's allegations, Giordano and Zumwalt's first scheme victimized several investors, including two nonprofit organizations, who lost millions of dollars in a purported hedge fund, EPG Limited Partners, Ltd. Giordano and Zumwalt are allegedly responsible for numerous material misrepresentations and omissions to investors concerning the use of their funds and EPG's purported assets and returns. Giordano and Zumwalt are also alleged to have diverted substantial amounts of investor funds for undisclosed purposes, including personal use. Giordano and Zumwalt's second scheme involved market manipulation of the common stock of Weida Communications, Inc., a publicly-traded company. Giordano and Zumwalt are alleged to have manipulated the market price for Weida common stock to approximately $5 per share, in part to facilitate the sale of Weida stock in private transactions at approximately $3 per share. Hundreds of investors, many elderly and unsophisticated, allegedly paid millions of dollars for Weida common stock at these inflated prices between June 2004 and April 2005. The SEC suspended trading in Weida securities on April 25, 2005.

....
It is opinion, not fact and I do know a little about what I say.
First of all Level II is a farce and heavily manipulated. Second of all, you're talking some kind of intraday illusional support. I am talking support levels over days, weeks or months.
Oh, and I don't think this will be .165 by Christmas day like one guy said. I'm not going to go to that extreme to say that.
Meanwhile someone made millions and will truly have a hard time deciding what car to buy for their girlfriend this Christmas.
Maybe a trip on the private jet to Hawaii for the holidays for the people who were trading the free shares they gave themselves and sold to others at the expense of the true owners of the company (the honest investor).
The fact is that the CEO of this company blew through a hell of a lot of shareholder money while giving himself free shares for doing it.
Michael is such a good man.
I suppose it depends on what you call support. I'm talking possible reversal points. I hardly think you can call .0195 and .20 as being two different support levels, but if you say so, who can argue?
Captain Solo is a sample of reality. Many people were encouraged to bring friends and family into this stock and were given promises by con men. I am the kind of person who cares more about my friends and family than myself so if I was responsible for losing someone else's money I would feel much worse than losing my own.
I really feel for these people and it hurts me even though I was not a part of this in any way and I did not invest here and I am not having to suffer as these people are for their mistakes.

I wish I could just even bring them some real news. I know they wont ask but you can just sense they all want to say something. It's a strange feeling.
Please John , Release something decent today.

Any new information on the commercials?
If .20 doesn't hold, .0175 is the next support level.
I'm too busy picking out my $200,000 car. I am thinking about a Ferrari. Any ideas? Maybe I should visit Tall Rob for some car ideas. I just have so much money to spend I can't think straight.
No kidding, I thought carrots were supposed to be orange, what's this green and black looking stuff all over it?
Maybe not, but us Christians seem to be the easiest to fool. Why don't the scammers ever try this crap on the Jews?
.12 reset is now reset to .11
Happy Holidays to you and yours and I will be praying for you and yours. God speed.
Some methods work better than others.
Same 14 day to 30 day carrot. Well not the exact same carrot, but it comes from the same garden. The garden of hope and greed.
If they hurry, then can think of something for February.
I assume you are making that up and if you aren't my guess would be Rufus.
Did you hear about the dog who had a bone in his mouth, stopped by a pond and saw his reflection and dropped his bone in the water trying to get the bone in the reflection?
Sometimes the more bones you chase, the less bones you have.
OT: Cdbaby
Wow, what a man who has time to run 4 businesses and still finds time to trade penny stocks and post on message boards. Are you super human?
Did you know that it is easier to make money buying a stock going up than a stock going down?
Then why not pay .023 or whatever it takes to buy the stock? Why are you playing games trying to see how cheap you can get it?
Be wise and not a fool and remember to not get greedy.
In other words the company shows you no true long term value but you are trying to play some momentum on hype. Smart man.
I have no problem with trading penny stocks as long as you realize most of the CEOs are lying, manipulating or simply misleading investors. As long as you play the game realizing it's nothing more than legalized gambling where the last man standing takes the hit to his bank account and loses money, then go for it.
Just don't be foolish enough to believe everything the CEOs tell you. They didn't get to be CEOs of penny stock companies for being honest.
Don't get me wrong, there are some honest people involved in penny stocks, but they are few and far between.
Are you a day trader? If you think this stock is going up, why are you trying to pick shares up .001 less? Where do you see this stock going in the next month? .024? I mean why are you sweating over .001 if you truly believe in the company?
Attention Brent: Could you please list say the top 5 reasons you invested in this stock. Thank you.
Are you the commercials running yet?
They talked about that on MSNBC last night on that special about a con man. They said it's in his blood and he will do it again and again. Once a con, always a con.
It amazes me that people think that someone will not lie to you because they introduce you to their family or because they say they are praying for you. What the hell do you expect from a criminal? Do you think they are going to shake your hand and say, "hey, I'm a criminal, give me all your money."
Some people kill for money, some people rape, some people simply lie to your face, shake your hand, befriend you, promise you the world and then rip you off, take your money and blow it on strippers.
Booyah!
I think they are owned by Lucifer.
Confidence is High. Con!
I am watching a special on MSNBC about a con man. I had forgotten that the word "con man" is short for "confidence man."
I wonder if there was a play on words when the pumpers would repeat that "confidence is high." Maybe that was started by the con men of the CSHD con meaning that the con was going as planned.
Interesting story on this Christopher Rocancourt man. He conned the rich and famous because they were greedy and stupid. There was never enough money for them. He would promise to turn $50,000 into over 1 Million just because he liked you.
Con men do not feel badly about what they do and they will take your money, leave you homeless and laugh about it.
Believe it.

Janice I am sorry a mind so small as yours cannot clearly see exactly how this plan is unfolding. Rufus should not have to take the time to explain it to you or hold your hand.
I don't have any relatives in the CIA that I am aware of but thanks for playing.
and a Happy New Year.
I am not concerned about it or going to "waste" the SEC's time over you. My concerns reach far beyond you and if I waste anyone's time it will be the FBI.
Serfdom's 5 seconds of fame in the ihub Christmas poem.
Oh wait, my bad, that is not the master plan. We are not here to make money are we? We are here to stop naked short selling and fight the SEC (note sarcasm).
If that's the case, cash the bonds and pay a $15 per share cash dividend. That will put a hurting on the shorts.
Oh wait, there must be a good excuse for not paying a $15 cash dividend. Why wouldn't that fit into the plan? I'm sure you pumper dumper boys and girls can find a reason other than, uhhhh, I don't know, uhhhh... maybe...
CSHD does not have $15 a share to begin with?
